Very convenient for Malvern town center and hills Being the Town center we expected noise, but didn't know we were at an intersection with 4way pedestrian crossing and every time the lights changed there was bleeping, also getting into the property, instructions were not very clear we thought the barrier into the car park was atomic, but no it didn't work when we drove up to it , while I stayed with the car ( parked on double yellows by the way) my wife tried to find someone to ask how we got in at the same time I was on the phone trying to contact host and stay to get help , but didn't have much help , in the end my wife worked out that there was a fob on the keyring in the key safe to operate the barrier, now if this had been made clear on the booking instructions, it would of saved us 20 minutes of hassle trying to access the car park
Good central location, functional & clean. Secure parking is a bonus. Beds are comfortable & bedding is nice. The toilet is a noisy mechanical system which wakes everyone up at nighttime. The flat is quite basic and the window views are disappointing. There is no outdoors garden or seating area & the entry at the rear is poor.Outside the pub opposite had a beer delivery at 4.30am on Saturday & the bin wagons at 7.30am on Monday.
