Everything ?the property had everything in it for your stay including hairdryers.<br/><br/>Nothing.

Great property and location . My complaint is in relation to the deposit . £500 security deposit paid . Takes far too long to refund it . I am still waiting on 26th August and finished stay on 14th August . Also the 125 admin fee for this is highly unusual .

Property worked perfectly for a large group and the communal kitchen in particular is fantastic.<br/><br/>Just be aware of the policy around damage deposits as I hadn’t and you will either end up paying an extra £15/£75 on top of your stay. Completely understand damage deposits but not keeping a £15 admin fee when the house was left in perfect condition.

Positives: clean, spacious and modern, fun decor. Close to Harrogate town centre. <br/>Negatives: not enough chairs for everyone to dine together, limited kitchen items (oven glove, knives, pepper) no speaker - music system. Oven might need a new element, didn’t get up to temp. <br/>The living room smelt musty, we decided not to use it. <br/>The hosts don’t know the property. We couldn’t find an iron and the host said there wasn’t one and after buying one we found one! The property says it has shower gel, there wasn’t any. It said it didn’t have hairdryer, it had 2-3. <br/>They require an additional deposit of £250 when you have already paid for this protection through Airbnb. It then takes 14 days or more to get this back. <br/>It really wouldn’t take much to make this place 5 stars, but it felt like it’s been a bit neglected.

Really nice clean place, very spacious. One issue was that we’d booked a private chef for our second night and realised that there was only 9 dining chairs (2 of them the backs were broken). The pictures advertised 12 and there should have really been 14 for a house of 14. The chairs in the other rooms are all high chairs so meant we couldn’t all enjoy our dinner properly.

Other than a few minor details which keep coming up like the key box, no twin beds set up, no tea towels the house itself is excellent for discerning groups<br/>It’s stylish, brilliantly located for entertainment , sightseeing, restaurants, is spacious, light and airy with super comfortable beds, immaculately clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen<br/>It’s a delight to have so many bathrooms and so much personal space

The property is well situated near the town centre and rail and bus stations. The property was well recently decorated and clean.<br/><br/>Some rooms have no drawers or hanging rails. Some bedside lights were not working. A shower door handle coming adrift. No safety mats for showers. One person found long black hairs in their room.

We stayed here for a friends hen and it was a great weekend. The house is very well decorated and the bathrooms were all great. The beds were good and was perfect for entertaining. Also the location was perfect for the train station and for exploring Harrogate. <br/>Some of the chairs in the dining room were broken so something to watch out for, but otherwise had no issues and would definitely recommend to others.

Location was really good and the house suited our needs perfectly.

For a large group staying together the house is excellent - a good mix of private and communal space. Very handy for the railway station and the convention centre is an easy walk away.

Fantastic house, great location. All the facilities were spot on, the house was furnished lovely and the bonus of a hair and make up room was just what a group of 11 ladies needed! We were really impressed and will book again.

Perfect house and location for family reunions. So much to do. We did the theater, cinema, escape rooms, dinners and drinks out (cosy room, Betty’s T shop were big favorites!) all within a few minutes walk. Shopping locally was ideal. We even took the train to York! So easy!! Was just perfect for all ages 7 - 80. We would most definitely book this again!! The house was perfect. Our group kept different routines. Some up early, some to bed much later, but the sleeping options and lack of noise that travels through the property meant no one was disturbed by others. Brilliant!

Large house in good location with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 15. <br/>Good communication and instructions for house location and access.<br/>Overall the house was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay again.<br/>Living room only had enough seating for 5 people, so with 8 adults we weren’t able to relax in there all together.<br/>Making a meal for all the family was a bit of a struggle with only a few utensils and blunt knives. With no serving dishes we had to resort to a Roses tin!!

Booking was easy. <br/>House clean and tidy and in a great location. <br/>We had a great few days whilst at a conference. Went to Bettys and had a take away on the lovely big table! <br/>My only gripe was that we had to pay a non refundable fee in case of any damage, this was only mentioned after paying for the accommodation - I would have preferred this being included in the fees as it was a large group and I couldn’t then ask everyone for extra money, so I just paid it but wasn’t really needed. <br/>Would stay here again with a group.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The rooms were immaculate and the bedding was perfect, beds were comfortable. <br/>Once we turned the heating was turned on it was lovely and warm. <br/>Our issues were that there was no key in the key safe, we were refused an extension on the stay for an hour but couldn’t get in the house for an hour and a half. The communication regarding the key was sent to a call centre, transferred to someone in England who asked load of silly questions on which box, where was the box all while stood out in the poring rain:(<br/>The next issue was the beds, we requested for the available bedrooms to be made into two doubles. After contacting again they told us they could do it on the next day. We only stayed 2 nights so totally pointless at that time. <br/>One of the downstairs bedrooms smelled really badly of sewage, looking back at some reviews this is not the first time. <br/>There was also a broken glass in the cupboard. <br/>Although we had problems the house was lovely.

Thanks for a great stay. Location is perfect, easy to find and just a short walk into the town centre. Also very close to train station if you're getting the train there.<br/>House very clean and plenty of space.

Excellent house! Perfect location

Location. Size. Parking for two cars.<br/><br/>The earliest check in was 4pm. I was emailed a key safe code for the front door only to find it was empty. I then spent several frustrating minutes trying to ring Host & Stay only to get through to an answering phone. Eventually I got through to someone who gave me a completely different code for a different key safe! I eventually was able to enter the property. It was large and modern as described but with several basic items missing. A small sachet of shower gel was provided in each bathroom but no shampoo. Some of the rooms had nowhere to hang clothes. There was no toaster or large bowls in the kitchen. The handle for the oven grill was missing so we were unable to make toast. There were no hairdryers or iron or ironing board. The check out time was 10am which we thought was ridiculously early considering what I’d paid to use the property. It was the worst equipped house I have ever hired. All these things in isolation are minor and would be easy to fix. Also after booking you are forced to pay an additional damage deposit which I was not warned about.

Fab house for group of friends celebrating a special birthday. Lovely bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Great kitchen space too. We loved Harrogate and the house and would definitely go back. Just some extra tea towels next time would be great please ?

Superb home in a superb location. Beautiful done inside, all the rooms are amazing. 13 of us and it did not feel crowded.

Beautiful house and great for our hen party. The facilities are lovely, and the house is furnished to a very high standard. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the station and 5-10 minute walk into the town centre - a perfect destination for our group. <br/>All in all a great stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Issues with the key not being in the box when we arrived. Was sorted quickly after a phone call. But only one key for 14 people staying. <br/>The accommodation is spotless and so nicely done out. Great amount of kitchen items and the furniture was lovely. Not hand soap in all the bathrooms which was a shame.<br/>Great location right on the edge of Harrogate and within walking distance of everything we needed. Quiet at night too and you can’t hear the trains even though right behind. <br/>Overall the perfect stay for our hen do and the house was just great. Would recommend to others. Very quick replies to questions etc too.

Booked this place for my best friends hens weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect.<br/>Beautifully decorated, every room was lovely (no bad rooms!) and communal spaces were great for hosting a large number of people.<br/>Place was spotless and the host and stay team were super helpful and responsive in the run up to and during our stay.<br/>We didn’t know Harrogate before booking but were also super pleased with the location. Everything is waking distance, and there’s a huge mix of things to do for such a small town.<br/>Loved it! Thank you.

It was beautiful in every way.

Highly recommended for large parties, 2nd time staying there,first time with a hen party, second time with friends.Walking distance to all amenities and plenty of parking directly behind the property in the train station car park and not expensive. There are also 2 parking spaces down the side of the property at the back.

This is an amazing place to stay in central Harrogate for a large group. It is walking distance from so many beautiful parts of Harrogate, feels perfectly safe at night and the interiors are top notch. The decor is beautiful, the colours and artwork are fabulous. There’s plenty of room everywhere and feels larger than the photos. Everything worked. So many en-suite rooms, we had a fabulous stay. Thankyou.

Perfect location and a great set up for a hen do. the rooms are all lovely and the living spaces are great for socialising.<br/><br/>nothing! if I had to give one point of feedback, it would have been handy to have a hair dryer and iron. We couldn’t find a speaker, so went out to buy one so that’s worth knowing in advance.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location - less than 5 minutes walk from Harrogate city centre. We had a great time and would recommend this to any large groups visiting Harrogate.

The house is amazing - even better than the pictures! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was a great place for a weekend celebration and had everything we needed.

Very good location but the communication could be improved. House was mostly as described, the guest book could be updated with description of how to take bins out and the washing machine didn’t work.

An amazing house for a large family gathering. Beautifully furnished and every bedroom was really nice. Beds were really comfortable. Great location within walking distance of Harrogate shopping and restaurants etc. Host and Stay were very responsive to any queries I had and always very polite. <br/>It did say there was parking for 4 cars at the rear which was not possible for 4 large cars so one of us had to park at the multi storey which is just around the corner. You could probably fit 4 small cars in?<br/>That being said we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would return and would recommend this property to any groups wanting to visit Harrogate.

Lovely stay and only reason not 5 stars was couldn’t get in front door on arrival due to key lock box not opening as should have (host and stay lady v helpful on phone and gave us a code for side door). House clean beds comfortable.

Perfect place for what we needed! All the guests loved it, especially the vanity rooms. 3 minute walk from the station, however the lockbox at the front of the house was broken and I have seen others says this in their reviews so this should be fixed. That being said with a phone call to host and stay we were given the code to the side of the house lockbox within 5/10 minutes. <br/>Sadly when we booked it said there was a 15th bed that could be made available, but when I asked to use this I was told it was no longer an option which should’ve been communicated prior to booking/as soon as the option was removed. <br/>Apart from that the house was amazing, really clean and in the ideal location.

The house was perfect for us - the only issue was the key safes were difficult to open. The hosts were very responsive with instructions, but the main door key safe would not open at all.

Was absoloutely blown away by this property. Hired it out for 2 nights for my sisters 21st birthday and everyone was so pleased with it. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen was definitely the place to be! Modern and boujee - exactly what I was wanting. <br/>Only reason I gave the check in a 3 star instead of 5 like the rest, was due to being given a code for the lock box that wouldn’t work - so had to phone them and get the code for a different box instead. However, this being said, the person on the phone sorted this problem very quickly and it was just a small hiccup. <br/>Overall, really pleased. Had a great weekend and would definitely stay again!

I was extremely disappointed, when I booked this Airbnb in December it was sold as a 15 bed property, 14 bed with one sofa bed. I was advised to contact a week before to have the bed made up but when I did they advised me there is no longer a sofa bed and the property is now 14 bed! <br/>This was a hen do and in the end I had to advise someone they couldn’t come! <br/>This person had paid their share which o had to transfer back and host and stay would only refund two thirds of that amount! <br/>The property was totally miss sold and ended up having a total knock on effect on the weekend as the bride was extremely upset! <br/>If I had known when I booked I wouldn’t have booked this property! <br/>Another disappointment was One of the rooms radiator didn’t work so the room was freezing!

What a fantastic place to stay! We had my hen do here in January 2023 and everything about it was just perfect! Clean, tidy and had everything you needed for a girls weekend. The decor definitely made it that little bit more glamorous! Thankyou!

The place is great on the inside very modern and very clean great place for get togethers I cannot fault that.<br/>My disappointment was the first impressions on arrival outside the property there were rubbish bags ripped open and bottles just dumped next to the bin. It looked a total mess then when we came to the rear of the parking there was broken glass and in the corner a black box again over flowing with rubbish. After this we were unable to access the property due to a faulty key lock on the main door when we contacted the host we were told they will have to send someone out but didn’t know how long ! Luckily this was resolved with use of a side door. I also think the check in and out times need looking at and also did not appreciate being bombarded with messages daily regarding when we needed to check out I feel 10am is not a reasonable check out time and the fact there is no option to extend this for an hour isn’t great. Other than this the inside of the property is great.

Great place for family birthday gathering and very close to town centre. All rooms very well appointed with comfortable beds and all but 2 with generous en-suites. Perhaps we missed it but couldn't find a inventory (or a cork screw!!) anywhere or how to report minor maintenance issues. We we're unfortunate to have a overflowing bin outside the front room window which Host and Stay could not get collected during our stay, so apologies to them to adding to the mess on our departure. If you're looking for a great night out on the town or a private gathering location this place if well worth the money with if great facilities and 5 star rooms.

It was a lovely clean modern property, close enough to walk into the town and the registry office, which was the purpose of our stay. Lots of space in all the rooms and with a fully equipped kitchen.<br/><br/>It was very loud with the train station behind. We found a wall plug (for a screw) in one of the beds. There wasn’t enough bin bags for the kitchen bins provided. The lights above the dinner table also weren’t working. We couldn’t access the front door lock box but luckily we were able to access the side door box.

We had a fabulous time at this property. We loved how convenient it was to to the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property for a cultural, shopping or relaxing break.

The house is done out absolutely beautifully, with gorgeous interior design. The location was incredibly central, right behind the train station -it took less than 5 mins walk to the high street. <br/>We stayed with 7 couples but it would be perfect for a hen do or a ladies getaway as the dressing rooms are fab!<br/>Loved the fact every room was very equal in size and quality so no one needs to fight over the best room, and the kitchen/dining area was plenty big enough for everyone to sit together. <br/>It was a really nice touch to provide tea, coffee pods, milk, salt & pepper ect.<br/>Absolutely perfect thank you!

The place was large enough for our multi-family group, had sufficient amenities and was conveniently located. Special thanks to a dressing room with a lengthy tabletop and many outlets that worked great as an office for remote work and schoolwork.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, the heat did not work upon arrival. Troubleshooting unproductive, so we had to leave a member of our group to wait for service (who was able to fix the issue). The next day, water leaked through the ceiling from a shower floor above. Again, one of us stayed back to meet a service person (who resealed the shower, but it was out of service for next 24 hours). These were frustrations, but we got through it and still enjoyed being together- most of us.<br/><br/>Worse was that hours after check out, the host inquired about a cracked mirror in one of the bedrooms, brought to their attention by housekeeping during changeover- a mirror that was cracked upon our arrival. Next time, I'll take photos. The inquiry remains unresolved, a burden.
