This house could be really lovely but it has not been maintained to a high standard and there was a lot lacking. When we arrived, the boiler and all radiators were off so it was freezing and there was no hot water. So we had to go around and turn the heating on in every room. There was some mouldy cutlery in the dishwasher still, must have been for a long time. There was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms and there was no bulb in the lounge lamp so we moved the one from the broken lamp. There is only one socket in each bedroom and being behind the bed is very unhelpful, by the time you plug in the 2 lamps there is no room for the monstrosity of a TV (should be on the wall) and never mind plugging anything else in. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well. The beds and doors all creaked, and there was no curtains in the bedrooms. And the kitchen and fans were not very clean at all. There was a lack of care in cleaning and maintenance and we will not be staying here again
