The apartment is located above a bar with a live singer and so close to other great bars and restaurants - everything's within manageable walking distance! **Please note: Due to the incredibly central locations this apartment does get loud in the afternoons and evenings with nightlife venues around the area. You may also hear noise from pubs emptying bins early morning. There is a CCTV in the building. Whilst there is street noise from surrounding establishments, we kindly ask our guests to remain respectful of the other residents in the building. There is strictly no access to the balcony. For health and safety reasons, it will be locked off.**

Our apartment is less than 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station, Moorfields / Liverpool Central / Liverpool Lime St and the main bus station at Liverpool One! Taxis can’t access this area but you can ask them to drop you off as close as they can. There is no parking available at the property, however, there are plenty of car parks in the area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you.
