The Space
Princes Place Hideaway V showcases a sophisticated open floor plan living area which blends comfort with modern design.

The apartment has a welcoming living space decorated with contemporary furnishings and a wide-screen Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day out. The living room also features two comfortable sofa beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements for four guests.

The well-equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring modern appliances, a convenient breakfast bar, and a wooden dining table for a delicious meal with friends and family.

The master bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a double bed and a unique mezzanine level featuring two single beds. The second bedroom offers another comfortable space with a double bed for a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk, chair, and mirror, which can be used for work or as vanity tables.

Featuring two sparkling clean bathrooms, Princes Place Hideaway V is perfect for hosting up to 10 guests, ensuring everyone can prepare for the day ahead with ease. One bathroom presents a bathtub complemented by an overhead shower, while the other provides the convenience of a standalone shower, accommodating individual preferences with equal ease.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located on Princes Road, the property is in surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building, accessible via stairs.

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy.<br/><br/>Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries.<br/><br/>Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location.<br/><br/>The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire.<br/><br/>The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut.<br/><br/>There is a shortage of plug sockets.<br/><br/>Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding.<br/><br/>Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

This is one of these rare reviews where my only regret on heaping so much praise on the property and the team looking after it, is that I hope that it doesn't become unbookable as a result of the success of the place.. I will definitely be coming back here, the apartment was perfectly located to allow for walking into the city centre, Sefton Park, Lark Lane, and the views from the windows were pretty great too. <br/>The apartment has a great communal area, which is perfect for respectful reunions of friends and served as a great base for our city exploring and nightlife foraging. The two toilets and showers meant that there was never anyone waiting to use the facilities, and everyone slept very well. The design is stunning in its simplicity, which also makes it easy to keep clean and tidy. <br/>As a place for a relaxing getaway, or if you're looking for a base for something more adventurous, it is an ideal landing and launch pad for anyone looking for a balanced stay in Liverpool. <br/>God bless

The apartment is in a good quiet area a 20 minute walk from the city centre with good public transport access. Property very easily accessible. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, well furnished, clean and modern. Good sized outdoor area. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool.
