Location was superb. The communication with host was wonderful. There were enough comfy seats for the four of us. Balcony was nice (only two chairs) and kitchen quite well appointed. It's a nice apartment.<br/><br/>The large bedroom has an ensuite that smelled really horrible throughout our stay. The doors bang very loudly and are on springs. The second bedroom is very small with bed and space too small for the other couple. They had no shelves nor drawers for clothes and wished the bedside tables were replaced with small drawer units.

Lovely stay at this apartment, would highly recommend. Situated right near the city centre, with great access to local sites. Apartment was exactly as described, and actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Beds extremely comfortable and the private garage is a massive bonus. Would stay here again if visiting Liverpool in the future again.

Garage was bigger than expected and easy to use<br/><br/>No details of air extraction and very noisy. Host and Stay did resolve it after two hours. Would be useful to label switch in airing cupboard what the switch did so no-one else has the same problem.

The proximity to both the shopping area and The Albert Dock. The garage was also a great asset. The property was spotless and the balcony was an added bonus.<br/><br/>Nothing at all.

Great apartment, 10 minute walk to albert dock and close to Liverpool one. Apartment was spacious and clean, great balcony to relax at the end of the day. Everything seemed new cushions/bedding etc all in good condition. Great to have an en suite, lovely toiletries provided. Kitchen had everything you need. Having a garage was the icing on the cake ?<br/><br/>Maybe a dishwasher would be more useful than a washing machine and it would be nice to have a small amount of washing up liquid provided but no biggy ?

The apartment was absolutely amazing. It was so modern, spacious and clean. The facilities were fantastic and the size was great for a group of people. The beds and sofa bed were really comfortable and everyone we stayed with couldn’t fault the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect and directly in the city centre. The open kitchen living room was so useful and the added extra of a balcony was lovely to sit out of an evening. The property was easy to access via a lock box and the car park space was huge. We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough!!<br/><br/>The only negative was we had to chase the hosts for answers to questions and for check in information, including waiver deposit money for the second apartment. We rang and spoke to people, who never responded and then we were passed from person to person. What was being said on email was different to on the phone so it wasn’t the smoothest stay possible, especially when people never got back to us regarding information after ringing numerous times.

Would say it's a better choice of appliance over the washing machine. <br/><br/>Mattresses are very firm- realise this is personal preference!

Durante a estadia a comunicação foi precária. Eles respondem as mensagens com muitas horas de atraso. Não forneceram sabão para a máquina de lavar como as outras casas que me hospedei em UK. Host and Stay nunca mais! E no final recebi apenas um pedido de desculpas.

The apartment is perfectly placed for you to enjoy Liverpool City Centre being just over the road from John Lewis, the parking was a bonus although they say a compact car will fit the garage there was ample space for our Discovery Sport. The only downside was the seagulls as they were rather noisy at 5am but there is nothing the host could have done about that. The apartment is very spacious with 2 sofa beds if required (one in the lounge one in the master bedroom). The master bedroom was very spacious and the entire flat was well decorated and furnished. There were 5 adults in our party and the place did not feel cramped at all. We would definitely use the apartment again for the money we paid and the amount of people it accommodated. Highly recommended.

Location was close to everything. It was clean and airy with good bathrooms. Garage for a car<br/><br/>No dishwasher, noise from substation and streetlamp made balcony unpleasant. <br/>Very few dishes for serving or making food. Sofa was uncomfortable. Only one pillow per person. No doorbell made deliveries difficult. You couldn't let people in from upstairs meaning you had to walk down two flights of stairs to let people in. Very poor internet and TV reception via its aerial got few channels.

It is a great place. The location is very close to the city centre. The place matched the description and photos mentioned and it was very clean and spacious. The team was quick to respond to any questions i had and was very supportive. One of the best places I've stayed in Liverpool.

The property was clean and spacious and exactly as pictured. It has everything you need and is right in the centre of town. I had read on a review that the garages were tiny and would only fit a smart car but this could not be further from the truth…we had a van and had no issues getting it in.

Lovely accom & location right next to the coach station & harbour, great communication via the company too!<br/><br/>Nothing, just takes two weeks to get your £300 deposit back -£10 admin fee, which is a bit annoying but all good in the end.

Modern and clean spacious<br/><br/>Booked 3 apartments for 16 people but booking only gave me code for one lock box with one set of keys. Spent an hour trying to ring booking.com host and stay to find out other keys and was raining and locked outside. Wouldn’t give me the codes even though I’d spent over £2,000 on this booking. When I finally got through to an operator they said this was because I only paid for x1 damage waiver fee despite a previous member of staff telling me I only needed to pay 1 for the whole booking not x1 per apartment. They didn’t email or contact me to tell me this but instead just didn’t provide any keys leaving us stood out in the rain for over an hour 8pm at night trying to gain access. I then had to pay a further £50 before they would verbally tell me the codes which I had no choice but to do. In addition you had to use fobs to access the buildings and they gave us 4 apartments across 2 seperate buildings with different fobs so because there was so many of us trying to take luggage and food etc up to apartments we had to hold the main door open to prevent it from shutting behind us as we kept getting locked out! I then got 5 missed calls voicemails and messages on booking.com saying the owner was watching us and that other tenants had been complaining about us for doing this. Also the Fridge didn’t work for 2 days, none of the doors would stay open and banged shut really loud, dark room with tiny window in one of the bedrooms. One of the apartments smelt very foisty and damp. None of the sofa beds were made up.<br/>Lock boxes where keys kept very temperamental and couldn’t always open them. Plugs not near the bed so couldn’t charge phones. Lighting very dark could hardly see myself in mirror.

The location was excellent, very close to Albert Docks and John Lewis / shopping centre. The layout of the apartment was great, worked well for three sisters staying there. We loved sitting out on the balcony at teatime before going out to eat locally. The property company was great and provided us with lots of very helpful information - the app was good and easy to share between us.<br/><br/>The apartment was excellent overall. We felt it would be improved if the window in the ensuite bathroom could open and a towel rail would be useful here too.

I stayed with my husband, 4 year old daughter and sister for a weekend for an event and M&S bank theatre. Great location walkable from Liverpool line street station and to the docks. Restaurants near by. Apartment is clean and new. It was really nice having the fold out sofa bed in the main bedroom so we could share a room with my daughter. Having two bathrooms and balcony was nice. There wasn’t a dishwasher but not needed for us as we were eating out. I would stay there again definitely!

Het appartement was superschoon met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een balkon. Je auto kon in de garage onder het appartement. Binnen 5 minuten loopafstand zat je echt midden in het centrum.<br/><br/>Echt helemaal niets, wij zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan.

It was easy to find and the instructions for getting in made it even easier. The guidebook was really helpful. Parking was a great bonus and the location was perfect. There were 6 of us staying and it was a big enough space that we weren’t on top of each other. The apartment was exceptionally clean on arrival.

Good design, space & comfort with high quality fittings. Superb location combined with a quiet off street view from the bedrooms. Beds & bathrooms clean & new. The balcony was a real bonus when the sun came out.<br/><br/>The garage is really small so only suitable for a smartcar or similar but nearby car parks are secure. The only quibble was that the WiFi was a little unreliable, maybe needs a more powerful router?

We appreciate the timely response for our queries by the staff. Moreover, the apartment is spacious and kept very well cleaned and maintained.<br/><br/>If I could mention one thing, I would say that the apartment is not catered with a lift which would be needed especially with luggage.

Almost everything. Comfy beds. Good supply of hot water. Nice kitchen. Location very convenient for central Liverpool shopping and entertainment. Good guidebook and clear information. Generally a very nice set of rooms.<br/><br/>Bit noisy in the main room until very late on Friday night. Could do with better sound insulation.<br/><br/>Lockbox clear button was a bit stiff and caused everyone who used it a problem. I expect easily solved.

The apartment was very clean and accommodated 8 of us sufficiently. Location very central. Apartment was well equipped but couldn't get the tv to work.<br/><br/>Couldn't get tv to work. 8 of us stayed in the apartment for 2 nights so there was quite a bit of rubbish but nowhere to empty the bin. It states in the welcome pack to maybe take your rubbish home with you but we were on the train. Couldn't find the bins to dispose of it. Yes we did look. But couldn't find it

I liked the comfort and security of the apartment, the closeness to the M & S Arena and the city center. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It also had a really nice balcony, if the weather was nicer it would have been lovely to sit out. Very quiet apartment, bedrooms are at the back into a courtyard therefore it was very quiet.<br/><br/>We missed having a dishwasher, we cook in the property. It is not a major issue, everything else was perfect.

Clean and warm. Balcony with two comfy seats. Well equipped kitchen but bring own milk. Coffee and tea supplies, sugar. Plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Bring own toiletries especially if staying longer than one night and extra toilet rolls and tissues for longer stays<br/><br/>Early check out time! 10 am too early especially on a weekend break. Having to access information on the mobile. Would have been nice to get a welcome pack on arrival. The information link didn't work on phone so had to phone the company several times to ask how to get into the garage. There is no lift so for older people it's quite a haul carrying suitcase and provisions up two flights of stairs for flat 4.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the property is centrally located for Liverpool City Centre<br/><br/>The water did not stay hot, so it was impossible to have a hot shower. The towel rail was constantly on with no off switch in the bathroom. Only one of the windows in the small bedroom opened, all others in the apartment had been painted shut. The apartment had a terrible Wi-Fi signal scrambling the TV channels

Location and convenience. Secure car park. Showing overseas family the sights of the city nothing could have been more convenient and knowing the car was secure because we didn’t need to use it everywhere on foot. Loved the property, it was fresh, clean and comfortable. Centrally located which was great and there was a garage for parking the car.<br/><br/>There was not enough towels. Fine for those sleeping in the bedrooms but none for those sleeping on the sofa bed. The bedding for the sofa bed could have been doing with a refresh. Nothing major as thankfully I had packed towels etc. Other than that I would have scored the property a 10.

We stayed at these apartments for a two night stay .The apartment had excellent decor throughout to a very high standard. Easy access to city centre (2min walk)<br/>Waterfront (5min walk).Theatre's, Cinemas, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We stayed here as we were doing Christmas shopping and visiting a local Theatre. We will definitely be returning in the near future to this apartment as we had a really enjoyable stay. Also there was good communication throughout the whole process.

the apartment is beautiful so clean and beds very comfy and the location is brilliant good for shopping,eating out and entertainment all on the doorstep would highly recommend to family and friends excellent stay<br/><br/>i had bother getting a link to get the keys it kept coming up error i had no wifi so i had to get my daughter to travel 10 miles to sort it out on my computer at home after 2 hours we got them but i think it would be better with a key safe outside the property, as we were all over 60 and it was quite a walk with cases apart from that a brilliant stay in luxury aparment
