(up to 4 guests in total) - Also comes with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table. Bedroom - Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests. Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more. Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Sink. This apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access into the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

The property is only a 5-10 minute walk away from Hope Street, the heart that connects the two prised Cathedrals of the city, one being the Anglican Cathedral, Britain's largest, and Europe's 5th largest. Located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool! This beautiful base is a short walk from the City Centre and even closer to some truly exciting places to visit such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Make sure to take a walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of tasty cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!
The nearest bus stop is on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and fro town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self check-in service which is accessed from the communal space. Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Good location In the lead up to our stay, we received multiple messages a day with repetitive and unnecessary information which was really annoying and something we’ve never experienced before. All the information could have easily been sent at one time or just not sent at all Shower took ages to heat up.
