Welcome to our homey second floor family apartment in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter! This beautiful and huge 5-bedroom apartment is ideal for family stays, friends for long-waited gatherings, and guests visiting for business purposes. Fully equipped with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area for the group to have comfortable area to rest or whip up a hearty meal. *We kindly ask you to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay*

The Space

Apartment Sleeps 12: The following are located on downstairs (2nd floor of the building): Living room: • Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • The double sofa bed can sleep up to 2 guests Kitchen: • Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more! Bedroom 1: • Fitted with a king-size bed • Equipped with a large Smart TV Bedroom 2: • Fitted with two single beds Main Bathroom: • Fitted with shower over bath, standard sized bath, toilet, and basin. These ones are upstairs (top floor): Bedroom 3: • Fitted with a double bed than can sleep up to 2 guests • Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV Bedroom 4: • Also fitted with a double bed than can sleep up to 2 guests • Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV Bedroom 5: • Has a double bed sleeping up to 2 guests • Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV Bathroom: • Fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. If you are arriving with a car, we are also offering a parking permit for one car. A short walk from Liverpool One shopping centre, this fantastic apartment is still within distance of so many beautiful restaurants, bars and theatres! **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

Neighbourhood

The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets! The apartment is within walking distance from The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool, such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more! This location is easily walkable to restaurants, and bars. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Liverpool One is a 20-minute walk. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover our great city! And only 6 minutes by car if preferred. Hop on a bus (If you do not fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Dock or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other things to note

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space. Please note that there are four flights of stairs up to the apartment.
