It was very easy to access the premises. Beautifully decorated soft furnishings made the place very homely. A perfect get-away to celebrate my birthday with hubby and the option to bring a teenager. Spacious and clean.

Nice neat little property, and the small kitchen even had a dishwasher in it. Very clean when we arrived. Very helpful owners.<br/><br/>Noise of traffic, as was so hot and needed windows open onto road.

Very close to shops beach and local bus stops very Cosy atmosphere with all mod cons also tea coffee etc and some crisps and beautiful biscuits provided<br/><br/>Nothing comes to mind

The beds where comfortable.<br/><br/>Lock box entry was diabolical! No code sent, from booking.com. had to call was told key code sent i never received it! Stood outside freezing for 20 mins by the time someone finally picked up the phone!<br/>The front door lock was a nightmare! Could not unlock at times or lock! Oven could not get on, it took three of us to work it out.sofas to small for four people! And uncomfortable.<br/>Traffic noise was bad so loud! And heating same problem was problematic to use! No cupboard space to store shopping! Was clean only bonus...would never book again, steep stairs, dodgy not say in description! And bannister, it totally inadequate, so felt unsafe desending! I would like a partial refund, as I left on 1st night booked for two! Left friends there! I could not handle the stairs and the noise level from traffic..never would I book this again, great for young people maybe, but I'm 64..<br/>It totally ruined my break away!!! 2 stars at the most, hallway floor to bedrooms is in need of repair, also hallway floor to stairs, and walks need a makeover!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at cobblestone in marske, the flat was definitely like home from home. Myself and my little doggo had plenty of room the bed was so comfortable. <br/>Would definitely stay again. Marske has the most beautiful beach and friendly locals.

Perfect for three of us. Kitchen just the right size and the sitting/dining room suites us perfectly. Bedrooms spacious and ever so comfortable beds.<br/><br/>The confusion over departure times. The folder in the apartment clearly stated "Check out by 10:30" so we had planned and made arrangements based on that, but then, on the morning, I get a text message moving departure forward to 10. NOT very user friendly.

Great place in marske. Close to all bars and pubs. had a pleasant stay.

Great spot, loads of room, all amenities. Nice and modern<br/>Cakes and biscuits given by host and the kitchen equipped with milk, tea towels. and all the basics so didnt need to buy stuff for just a few days<br/><br/>Lack of parking so that you can unload the car

Nice rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Could do with slight update in lounge

Really clean, thoughtful arrival process. Big bar of chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge. <br/>Good selection of cooking utensils, spotlessly clean.<br/><br/>Very minor faults in the bathroom. Sink doesn’t drain maybe due to blockage. Towel rack is loose and may come away from wall. <br/>Maybe replace TV for more modern model.

Nice and comfortable furnishings and beds. Central location. Carpeted floor all on one level made it easy to leave crawling baby to explore around<br/><br/>Central location was great but on top of a bar so Saturday eve was very loud when you have young children trying to sleep- Floor shook from a door downstairs being opened and closed. Stopped by 11 ish though and then all quiet. Bedrooms need curtains- too light to sleep in. No washing machine. Good for a short stay but any longer than 3 nights we might have struggled

Clean, well equipped and comfy beds. Everything we could need (towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, chocolate bar) and even a voucher for the micro pub downstairs (although we didn't use it as we have young children).<br/><br/>It is directly above a pub which on Friday and Saturday nights is obviously noisy. Although, it does close between 11 and 11:30pm so not a problem if you don't have young children.

Clean tidy. Milk biscuits and chocolate left for our stay. Lovely place for a nice quiet weekend.

Great accommodation and location. Beer voucher for the micro pub was greatly appreciated!

Host provided tea / coffee sugar milk etc on arrival. Property is located across from the Co-Op so easy enough to get anything you need. Only 10min walk down to the beach. Had all cutlery and utensils you would need for a few nights stay. Even had few Christmas decorations up to keep in the spirit of things. The guidebook is helpful with advice on places to eat etc. If you dont fancy cooking can get decent selection of takeaways delivered from Redcar.<br/><br/>Could do with curtains in the front bedroom to block streetlights and road noise (road isn't that busy so not major issue). We couldn't see the bins for additional rubbish even with the guidebook. Could have done with bit more space on kitchen for some food storage, but there is a lot in a small space already. Have to park across the road in the leisure centre carpark, which can get busy, but seemed safe enough.

Excellent flat, very clean and well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, easy to park in the co-op across the road. Easy access to all amenities in Marske and a good point from which to visit other lovely locations in the area.
