Graham House has a bright and welcoming open plan kitchen and dining area. The light kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area which includes a wooden dining table with 8-10 dining chairs. The cosy living room boasts two green sofas and a flat screen TV. Perfect to unwind after a day of exploring. Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find four stylish bedrooms. All bedrooms feature a king size bed with crisp white bed linen to ensure you get the best sleep possible. Each bedroom also has ensuite bathrooms which have a shower, wash basin and WC.
Graham House is located in the beautiful village of Osmotherley on the western edge of the North York Moors. Ideal for walking and hiking, the area is popular for the Cleveland Way National Trail and the Lyke Wake Walk. If you’re looking to escape the rush of everyday life, Osmotherley will provide a relaxing place to stay. Enjoy tasty fish and chips or head to one of the three quintessential English country pubs which all serve food and traditional ale. There is also a shop in the village if you need any supplies during your stay. Close by, you can discover the 14th century ruins of the National Trust's Mount Grace Priory or challenge yourself to a walk to the peak of Roseberry topping. The local market towns of Northallerton and Thirsk offer independent shops, weekly market stalls and plenty of places to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
Graham House is within walking distance of all that Osmotherley has to offer. There is a bus stop in Osmotherley so you can easily travel around the area via bus. Hop on the 80 - 89 bus service which runs to Stokesley with stops in Northallerton, Carlton in Cleveland, Kirky, Great Broughton, Potto and Hutton Rudby. The closest train station is located in Northallerton and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There are routes to Liverpool Lime Street, Newcastle, Manchester and Edinburgh.

This is a lovely home in a great location. A good space for 8 adults to get together. The communication before and during was excellent. The beds were a mixed bag. Some very nice and comfortable, ours on the top floor was a bit uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on what felt like a cheap mattress. The sheets and surfaces were all very clean, but the corners and harder to reach places weren’t. Where doorstops meet the wall, had dust webs, the walls were marked throughout, and the corners of rooms had piles of dust. But… It’s an Airbnb with I’m sure a load of people passing though, it could never be immaculate, but it could have felt a bit cleaner. That being said, it was a lovely and comfortable space, i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a group get away, and… this is the countryside, so perhaps I’m being unreasonable about cleanliness, it was ok - but not pristine.
The house itself was lovely, and exactly as the photos describe. Garden was fantastic for the dogs. However neighbours were aggressive and rude about car parking, loading and unloading. There was only 1 towel per person for a 4 night stay which was disappointing. All mattresses apart from the attic right hand side room were new and supportive. The other mattress was unsleepable, old, gave me a horrific sore back and hardly slept the whole time. Do not stay in this room if you have back or sleep problems. The fact it hasn't been changed is shocking. The floors and tiles in the rooms were dirty, dead spiders and there was cobwebs all over the showers in the attics as if no one had cleaned them in a month. Some of the drawers and blinds are broken so do not touch and if they fall down tell the host immediately so you don't have to pay for it. Simple things like only getting 2 dishwasher tablets for a family of 8 over 5 days just seems bizarre to me. Remember this is a company not a home.
