Best of all, this dog friendly spot warmly welcomes well-behaved dogs, making it a great choice for exploring Norfolk with your furry friend.
The Space
The living area has a comfy sofa, positioned near the balcony doors, which offers scenic views and a refreshing breeze—perfect for relaxing with a film, book, or board game. It can also convert into a bed for a child, available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including an under-counter fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals or picnics.
At the rear of the loft, the cosy bedroom features a double bed with a privacy curtain, plus a small hanging rail and coat pegs for convenience.
Next to the bedroom is a shower room with an electric shower, toilet, and wash basin.
The balcony, accessed through double doors, features a table and chairs with beautiful countryside views, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine. At the rear, there's a private garden and patio, perfect for guests bringing along a furry friend.
Neighborhood

The Norfolk Broads are practically on your doorstep—just a 13-minute drive will take you to Wroxham, the gateway to the Broads. Here, you can hire a boat for the day and explore the famous waterways at your own pace. With plenty of stop-off points along the way, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at one of the many charming riverside pubs.
A 40-minute drive north will bring you to the historic seaside town of Cromer, a family favorite with beautiful beaches, attractions, and of course, the famous Cromer Crab. Spend the day on the sandy shores, take a stroll along the pier, and soak in the traditional seaside atmosphere.

The Lodge at Alderfen View is easily accessible by car, located about 30 minutes from Norwich via the A1151 and local roads.
The nearest train station is at Hoveton & Wroxham, about 5 miles from Neatishead. Trains run regularly between Norwich and the Norfolk coast, making it easy to access by rail.
Local bus services run between Norwich, Wroxham, Stalham, and other nearby villages, though services are less frequent in rural areas. A car or bicycle is the most convenient way to get around.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
