The bed was uncomfortable, the sofa bed was terrible and did not have adequate bedding supplied and there was no bed at all for the fourth guest.
Good location. Allocated free off street car parking. Modern apartment. Loved the pillows! We were unable to get on the Wifi during our five days stay as advertised. We contacted Customer Service and spoke to someone who said they would get back to us but they never did. The password given on the QR code was incorrect. Bed was rather uncomfortable. The one bedroom was more like an attic room so had a low roof in parts. Oven was unclean with a build up of grease. We only used it once but there was a lot of smoke so we were afraid the fire alarms would go off. Most disappointing for me was there was no electric fan. We arrived on a 37 degree day. We have been travelling for four weeks and every place we stayed in provided a small fan which certainly helped in UK's fifth or sixth heatwave of the year. A fan would have been very much appreciated even though it didn't promise one when we booked.
