The location was fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the property was airy and modernised. Having to pay for parking. I stay in Scarborough multiple times a year, and this is the first time I've not been given guest parking permits. Considering they cost less than £2 each from the council makes it ridiculous that we had to pay nearly £40 for three days parking. There were also leftover and half-used shower gel sachets in the first floor shower.

Great place near to the Harbour. Stairs are steep to the top bedroom, but as it overlooks the harbour it was a room with a view. Bedrooms were comfortable and we had two bathrooms. One slight niggle, a bulb blew and it tripped the circuit breaker. An engineer called but he could not find the consumer unit. We managed with the wall lights and standard lamps as we were only there for the weekend. It was a great stay and I would recommend it
