There is a shared garden beyond the shed, the bottom section of the garden is for the use of Ward Cottage. There is also a wooden locked shed for bike storage on the patio.

Keys to the property will be accessible via key safe. Please note that access to the property is via a shared path alongside the Hill Memorial Hall on Malton Gate. The access is through 2 gates and is the first door after the second gate. There is On Street parking nearby with limited and unlimited areas. There is also a Public Car Park across the road, near the Lake which is Pay-and-Display but not overnight. Please note a king sized sofa bed is also available at the property.
