Lovely clean house, tastefully decorated and had all the creature comforts we needed. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds we're large and comfy. The kitchen is well appointed and the pool table was a real hit with the kids (and grandad when he visited). We felt right at home.<br/><br/>Visibility when exiting the drive onto the road is limited.

The property is tastefully renovated & the pool table was a great addition to the accommodation but we had a lot of minor issues that Claire, the owner had to sort. Both toilet seats were broken, one of the bar stools was broken & more. Be aware, if visiting in the summer, not all the windows open which meant the lounge got hot and stuffy. There is no dining table ( only a breakfast bar). It was stressful finding the property and accessing it from the busy road but there is an easier access at the back that the owner showed us. The computer desk is an added bonus as we were all here for work purposes ( not holiday). The guidebook provided by host and stay does n’t give information about the area, it mentions a pub in Wales! 3 good places, to eat, a short drive away in Ackworth are; The Boot and Shoe ( for its wood fired pizza, Ego at the Beverley arms, the Angel Inn ( but make sure you book) Overall, it’s a good property, it’s a shame we had problems as it was our 1st air b n b

The Hay Loft is a smartly decorated property with some unusual inclusions such as a pool table and impressive outdoor play equipment. Perfect for a family. <br/>It’s an easy walk from Nostell Priory - well worth a visit!

Great place that worked really well for four of us. Well equipped with very comfy beds and clean bathrooms with good showers. Ideal for our weekend away.

Loved our stay and the location with plenty to do around the area. The house was spotless and I was impressed with the cleanliness. We asked for a cot (sheets provided) and a high chair which both were provided great for our little one. <br/>I would say the directions could have been a bit more helpful in locating the house but we soon found our way. <br/>We found the house to be great and very modern I would have liked to have seen some pictures on the walls to give it more character. Given that some finishing touches of paint would have tidied up the walls <br/>Over all we were really pleased and happy with our stay

We had a great stay in Wragby. The accommodation was very nice, clean and spacious, and the pool table a real bonus! Easy walk to Nostell Priory, and was a great base for visiting the area. Would recommend!

Very disappointed with Host & Stay. <br/>1st issue was a £200 deposit for a £300 stay (took 13 days to refund, after chasing up) We were travelling from Australia staying in various airbnb accomodation and this was the first time were asked for a deposit, no check in instructions will be provided until paid. My wife is an Airbnb host and knows that Airbnb has an insurance policy to protect hosts so this was above and beyond.<br/>2nd issue were the directions, both the link and address in the check in instructions were incorrect and we were taken to the middle of a very busy road with no where to pull up and with no clear directions to the property.<br/>The property itself was clean but very cold and sparse, not cozy at all and the upstairs toilet seat lid would not stay up, also the TV signal is terrible.<br/>Positives were a comfortable bed and couch although the seating area is not adequate for more than 2 people. Plenty of parking and a pleasant host, who has made a mistake hosting with Host & Stay

Amazing Hosts, place is up on the side road although the post code points at the middle of the road. When you get inside it feels the perfect get away lace for a family. great staying. recommend.

Accommodation was great, very clean, nice and airy and they provided a high chair. There was a fab climbing frame/swing set.<br/><br/>Be aware that in advance you’ll need to pay an additional £250 deposit minus £10 admin fee or £25 waiver. I wish this had just been included in the original price if it’s a requirement as feels like unnecessary admin in advance of the holiday. I also had to call up the company the day before checking in as they hadn’t sent the details for accessing the property which was annoying. Nostell Priory is really nearby but other than that there isn’t really anything in walking distance as the local pub has closed. It would have been nice for the property to have a few basics like cooking oil, salt, sugar, tea bags so that you didn’t have to go to a shop as soon as you arrive as these things are often provided at similar properties.

The property was very clean and had great facilities including modern shower and large LCD TV. Towels and toiletries were provided and there was plenty of parking on site. It was also in a very good, quiet location. The instructions on how to find the place as well as check-in/check out were fantastic as well as the communications from the team. I would highly recommend using Host & Stay!

Had a really pleasant stay would come back again

Stayed at Wragby accomodation. Just like the photos. Nice and clean and bright. Lovely layout and parking available. Very good response time from company with questions and queries. <br/>Small snags: Sleeps 4 people but not enough seating in lounge area for 4 to comfortably relax. Log-fire was great feature but only provided 4 logs and told to only use the logs provided in the stove, so that didn’t last very long! Would’ve been nice to be able to access the property an hour earlier if feasible.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Hayloft. The accomodation was exactly as expected and made for a comfortable short stay. <br/>Entry via the key box was simple and it was extremely clean throughout when we arrived. <br/>The beds are comfortable and bedrooms well furnished both in the main bedroom and the twin upstairs. Bathrooms clean with all working as you'd expect. Be careful of the high water pressure at first!<br/>Kitchen has all the basics, though could do with a draining board for any washing up done. We only used a few bowls, mugs and glasses but it was a pain to wash and dry up when not really worth putting the dishwasher on. An additional tea towel would have been good too rather than trying to drain washed up dishes on kitchen roll. <br/>Lounge area lovely and cosy. TV was great though the reception on some channels was a bit dodgy, not sure if it was the stormy atmospherics or always like that. <br/>On the whole a lovely place to stay for a few nights.

Great place our family enjoyed it<br/><br/>Go the extra mile to get wow reviews ! Condiments salt / pepper / cooking oil : Coffee /tea/ shower gel and shampoo to last the trip. Most air b and bs have this. Amazing venue if the little extra was there would be a perfect vacation home. Especially as there is not a shop In the village to get these supplies

Very nice tidy house. Make sure you follow the hosts email with a exra regestration for host and stay you then get very detailed instructions on how to get there. Overall easy to deal with.

Clean, modern, well presented.

Spacious barn conversion, wood burner was lovely, modern minimalistic interior.<br/><br/>No curtains in the lounge just a transparent voile, therefore lacked privacy in that area at night. The booking process is a nightmare! The fee quoted on here gets broken down into fee for owner, fee for management company, and then there's the additional £250 security deposit, which when booking I didn't realise (it's in the small print if you look for it). Just for the reason of reconciliation of my company accounts, unwanted hassle for a couple of nights away, then awaiting for a deposit refund.

We often visit the surrounding areas of Leeds and this is our first time staying in an Air B n B. The Hayloft stood out to us with its modern decor and welcoming photos and it did not disappoint. We also traveled with two children who also loved staying here. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great weekend

The accommodation was very clean and modern, it's minimal but has everything you need for a short stay. There is good onsite parking and the privacy of the location keeps you away from the main road and overlooking neighbours. The post code location given does not take you too the property, so it's better to look at the downloadable guide book for a more detailed description of the entrance and access point. The beds are very comfortable and offer generous pillows. The kitchen however did have a few issues one would only discover by 'living' in the property, such as no draining board for simple rinsing of cups and plates. So practically, there are limitations and a slight inconvenience of function. The cooker is an induction style top, which is incredible difficult to use and takes trial an error to get working. It also seems to have a mind of its own and turns off while in use. If your ordering takeaway or eating out, then this place is for you. Some more cosy lighting would be nice.

The Hay Loft has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best Airb&b places I have ever stayed at!!! It was simply amazing, the manager of the property is great as is the host, so available and kind and very sweet to me and to my kids. I felt like at home, in one of the places I love the most (next to Nostel Priory, where my best friend got married 13 years ago). <br/>The way it has been renovated and the attention paid to small details indeed make the difference. I would certainly recommend it to anybody passing by Wragby or in the neighborhood.<br/>I cannot but express my gratitude and satisfaction to the host for letting us spend the most extraordinary break in Yorkshire!

Lovely accommodation with one minor gripe. The TV wasn’t picking up any stations whatsoever so could only watch certain things on apps.

Extremely modern, comfortable accommodation. It was also spotlessly clean. We met the owners who were friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic location with private off street parking. We were in the area for work, was perfect for the 3 of us, will definitely be looking to stay there again in the future.
