Overall very nice stay. Great communication and check in. Location was perfect and very handy having a parking space. There were a few minor issues with the rental but not big enough to post publicly. We would definitely stay again and that’s the main thing.

The place itself is lovely and would recommend staying here!<br/>We had an uncomfortable run in with the locals when we took a wrong turn and couldn’t find our parking space.<br/>But host and stay were very helpful when contacted and made us feel at home!

Good location and excellent condition<br/><br/>Property lacked dish towels, slip mat in the tub, hand soap in the bathrooms, and property management liked to remind me to not break anything and depart by the agreed time or we would be charged. A little too much and we took out their insurance in case anything was damaged, plus I imagine they have their own insurance for any issues. Otherwise it was very nice.

It’s a shame that check-in was late and check-out was so early which meant we couldn’t relax and make the most of our short getaway. <br/>Otherwise the property was lovely - great layout for our large family and plenty of bathrooms which is always useful. We enjoyed the town, many restaurants and activities.

Every room was furnished to a high standard, with everything you needed for your stay. We couldn't think of anything that it was missing.<br/><br/>Nothing - we were all very impressed and happy with our stay.

The living area was fabulous, it was bright, clean and modern.. Really Spacious with lovely views. The apartment was excellent, really well Equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Set in a fabulous location with easy parking.<br/><br/>Unfortunately the lower levels smelt a bit damp, especially the basement bedroom.

Spacious, modern and clean<br/><br/>No TV connection for terrestrial TV. Very disappointing as we don’t have accounts to log into the services such as Netflix . We spent a lot of the week emailing back and forth to resolve this and we were finally informed on the 3rd day of your holiday there was no aerial connection. <br/><br/>Issue with one of the en-suites- very smelly drains/ plumbing which made it unusable and the bedroom very unpleasant to sleep in. Once it was reported the maintenance team did come and try and resolve the issue.

Lovely spacious property within a short walk of Whitby centre.

We stayed at 1 The Mount on a recent family trip to Whitby, 2 adults, one teenager and 2 dogs. The accommodation is beautifully presented throughout, it is in a great location with everything Whitby has to offer in within easy reach. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again in the future, we couldn’t fault it. The sea view from the lounge is just beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying in this house. The location and views couldn’t have been better. Communication was great from start to finish and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family and their dog for a weekend! Can't recommend it enough, short walk from the town centre and the house itself is beautiful!

The location was perfect for our stay in Whitby, short walk into the town. The property was very spacious and very comfortable. Great number of bathrooms and toilets for 6 people. Would definitely stay here again.<br/><br/>Almost perfect but could do with more places to hang wet towels in the bathrooms, especially when 6 people are staying, very slight niggle.

Like many other reviews - totally agree. A stunning property throughout, Great parking next to property. Fantastic location. One the best properties on booking.com I have EVER stayed in. Close to the Harbour area and great views. Fab for our two small doggies. The Host Linzi did a great job on communication too.<br/><br/>Nothing really. <br/>One incredibly minor point for an otherwise perfect stay though - the downstairs (basement) bedroom has a small window that needs a blind as the outdoor sodium light can make the room a little bright for some.

Lovely location and the place itself is beautiful, lots of kitchen equipment and everything there we needed. The place was really amazing and the location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. I have no complaints of the property or communication.<br/>My only complaint is the deposit process…. I have no problem paying a deposit but the amount of time after it takes to get the deposit back quite frankly is too long considering it’s a large amount. I’ve stayed and many places before and I’ve never had to wait this long to receive a deposit back. Truthfully it would put me off staying again.

Very nicely decorated and in a very convenient place to access all the key parts of Whitby.<br/>Top floor lounge/kitchen area with a view of the sea down the Khyber Pass is stunning.

Great accommodation with top class fixtures and fittings. Great location with great views from lounge. Need to be aware of £25 insurance surcharge which you find out after booking. Also could do with a different photograph showing accommodation and parking as this would make it easier to find as there is another 1 the mount nearby. Overall very good accommodation in great location.

Obviously newly marketed as some appliances still have the labels on. Which spoilt the home from home ambience. <br/>Clean property that works well across 3 floors. Great to have 4 bathrooms/toilets<br/>Disappointed by…<br/>Small shower in double bedroom in ground floor.<br/>Not enough crockery and cutlery … maybe it is assumed that we will eat out all the time.<br/>Hanging/ wardrobe provision is completely inadequate if staying for more than I/2 nights

Great location, very spacious, and rare to find one with parking in that area. Property was freshly renovated with great amenities - maybe too freshly renovated, since builders visited during our stay to handle snagging
