3 Queens Court

We are all used to property not quite looking as good as the photos but this property bucks the trend! A super space with ample everything for the 8 people that it can hold. Great showers - not always a given in holiday accommodation. Fabulous views out to sea and only a few minutes walk to Turknaz (great food and atmosphere), Spanish City and the beach. So pleased we were able to take the dog with us.<br/>Would definitely book again if need to stay in the area.

This is the best place we have stayed by far, the house was well situated and has absolutely stunning views from every floor - the large windows allowed us to enjoy the stunning sun sets over the sea from the kitchen, as well as lovely views of the sea from the living room and front two bedrooms! The house is lovely, clean and modern and the kitchen is well equipped!! The pressure is on to ensure we are able to book this place again next time we visit!!

Great house for a family get together. Perfect location to walk to the different beaches. Beautiful views every morning. Quick response when contacted anyone. Perfect.

We had a good stay, the location is great and th3 apartment is spacious. The apartment looks just as the pictures show. We had a few issues and found the host not as responsive as hosts normally are, which is a shame.

I stayed here with my family for my graduation weekend and it was perfect! It was so nice to be on the coast instead of the city centre and could easily get Ubers and the metro into the centre. It was great we were able to take the dogs just make sure you're aware what specific area they're allowed on for each beach (depending on the time of year)! The views were amazing and the kitchen was really well equipped. Overall we'd highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at 3 Queens court in Whitley Bay. Can't beat the location with gorgeous sea views! The property was well appointed with very comfortable beds and couches. Lovely kitchen and large dining table. Option to enjoy a coffee on the front terrace while taking in the sea view or the more private back patio. Perfect for a large family or group of friends. Highly recommend.

Superb location and a lovely spacious house with everything you need

I don’t know where to start with my review of Queen’s Court.<br/>I booked it for an early birthday celebration family weekend. <br/>The house is stunning, so spacious and nicely decorated. The weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time in the front yard admiring the sea view, when we weren’t out and about. We didn’t use the living room as we were happy to sit in the dining area on the ground floor.<br/>Having 4 bedrooms was great for 3 adult sisters and 2 teenage girls who shared the bunk bedded room.<br/>The beds are super comfy and waking up to the sun rising over the sea, from the comfort of my bed, was the highlight of my weekend.<br/>It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Metro station with lots of shops close by and of course the beautiful beach across the road.<br/>The information given by the hosts was spot on, they were very helpful and informative.<br/>Would absolutely love to stay there again in the near future as it’s the best place I’ve stayed at in a very long time.

Really nice house located directly on the waterfront. You can see St Mary's Lighthouse clearly from the property and its very walkable to Spanish City (5 mins), Cullercoats (15 mins) and Tynemouth Beach (20 mins). Close to Metro system which can get you into city centre within 30 mins. Nearest stop is Whitley Bay a 5 min walk.<br/>Great communication from the owner, very proactive.<br/>We did raise an issue with the TV not getting signal on our first day and it still wasn't resolved by the time we left (1 week later), despite being told that maintenance were going to come out and look at it. That was very disappointing so we had no live TV to watch/available during our stay.

The property is in a great location with a number of restaurants and beach within walking distance. Very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. Really enjoyed our stay and loved St Mary’s Lighthouse.

Absolutely amazing accommodation over three floors. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Immaculately presented with comfortable sofas, chairs and beds. Extra details like pictures, books and indoor plants gave it a homely but contemporary feel. <br/>The kitchen was so well stocked with an ample of supply of crockery and cooking utensils. More than you would expect. Bathrooms very clean and good showers with plenty of hot water. <br/>Our host Charlie was really helpful before and during our stay with ideas of where to eat and local shopping options. <br/>The views over the sea and to St Mary’s lighthouse were beautiful. We’d love to live there!<br/>Highly recommend

Only downside for us was the beds which were too firm for our old bones ?Otherwise faultless and would certainly recommend the property to others

The property is excellent. It is pristine throughout with plenty of room for you to relax. The views over the seafront are wonderful and worth the money in itself. <br/>I can't recommend this property highly enough. <br/>Superb access then to Whitly Bay which had loads of excellent bars, restaurants and coffee houses. Particularly recommend the Al Bear.<br/><br/>Nothing.

Gorgeous, beautifully furnished and super clean house that couldn’t be much closer to the sea with stunning views down the promenade to St Mary’s lighthouse. Excellent location for walking to cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, Spanish City and beach. Charlie from Home Stays communication was excellent and very kind when we informed him of an accidental breakage, concerned that our safety was paramount. We found 3 Queens Court a real treat to stay in for a special family celebration and thank you so much for a great stay - we’d love to come back!

This is my family's 2nd time staying at this beautiful home and we will continue to return for our annual trip every time! We are from the US and come to visit family every year and we could not imagine a more perfect space for our family. Everything from the fantastic location to the stunning sea views as well as the space/layout, parking, cleanliness and just ease of access - we could not imagine a better pick for our trip! This house is a must rental if you are every in the Whitley Bay/Tynemouth area!! Cannot wait to return in 2025!

Lovely spacious house with more than enough room for 8. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had no issue with communication and always received an answer very quickly. The location is very central and the view over the sea just beautiful. The washer and dryer was great to have. We will definitely be coming again.

Our Whitley Bay stay was great, it is a brand new and really well kitted out property with fabulous views. It suited us really well as a group of 7 (and dog) and would highly recommend it if you are staying in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay! We are a family of five with three kids 14,11 and 5. <br/>House is a good size and spotlessly clean and tidy.<br/>Plenty space for all of us and never felt on top of each other.<br/>Location and view is unreal! So nice to sit with a glass of wine watching the sea! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby which was fantastic.<br/>Cannot fault our Host, responsive and friendly.<br/>We will definitely return, hopefully this summer as I know the kids will love the beach!<br/>Will happily recommend to friends and family.<br/>Thanks again for a great stay!

Location excellent. Near to beach and Whitley bay. Lots of restaurants nearby. <br/>Plenty of space in the house. <br/>Clean and comfortable. <br/>Cooking facilities / equipment excellent <br/>Beds and bedding clean and very comfortable.<br/><br/>As mentioned before in reviews just the one en-suite shower room / toilet on the top floor for three bedrooms was difficult between the group. <br/>Also The kitchen /downstairs living room needs a TV / music player. <br/> we needed better instructions for the central heating as it was boiling hot all the time and we couldn’t work out how to adjust the temperature. <br/>The mop bucket was broken and needed replacing.

It was our second visit and it lived up to our expectations.<br/>We will be back

we all had a lovely stay over 4 days in Whitley Bay/Cullercoats. Could not fault the accommodation. Spotlessly clean, well presented, literally did not want for anything. Happy to recommend, we already have to friends and relatives. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay again when we are visiting the area if it is available.

Great location. Lots of space. A little lacking in personality but still nice. A few too messages from host and stay about checking in and out on time.

The house is stunning, clean, homely & the beach is amazing!

Very modern and worked well for 2 families of 3. Felt spacious and it really was properly equipped for 8 people - sizeable dining table with enough crockery etc.<br/><br/>One dishwasher tablet for a 2 night stay for 6 people was a bit mean! Probably explained why a lot of the cutlery wasn’t clean - previous occupiers had presumably stacked the dishwasher on leaving but with no tablet. Also didn’t understand the heating system - master bedroom very cold and couldn’t get the radiator to work but turning up the heated towel rail in the en-suite helped. Instructions to keep the bins in the parking spaces proved tricky when you actually want to use both parking spots for cars.

Stayed here as a group of 8 looking to relax by the beach. The place was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with all cutlery and dishes needed as well as foil, garbage bags etc. The tv/living room and bedrooms were all very comfortable and clean and amenities such as throw blankets, hairdryer etc were all provided. The view of the beach from the house was really pretty and the host provided local restaurant/cafe/activity recommendations nearby. The host was really helpful and responded super fast. Overall, the experience here was amazing and memorable and we would definitely recommend it.

This was all that we expected and much much more. Such a beautiful spot right on the cliffs of the North Sea. The home was spotless and instructions were very clear. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything! The only thing which you must know is that this is a 3 story home! Rooms are very spacious. We loved the fact that the ground floor had the kitchen, living room and a 1/2 bath. On the 2nd floor Living room with 1 bedroom (twin beds) with a full bathroom (with tub) and on the 3rd floor 3 bedroom (2 rooms with queen size beds and 1 room with bunk beds and full bathroom with a shower. <br/>We hope to come again next and rebook! Magnificent views ans we had the nice cool, sunny weather almost every day.

Amazing property facing the seafront. Lots of space inside and private secure small sitting area at the rear of the property also helpful for our dogs. Sea front patio that would be perfect in the summer for morning coffee. Immaculate standards throughout and perfectly designed. Close to local shops and restaurants. Overall fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Our Stay at 3 Queens Court was fantastic! The location was spectacular and beautiful right on the water and the home was just perfect for our family trip to Whitley Bay. We cannot wait to return back!

This is the third Airbnb we have stayed at in Whitley Bay and the best so far. Lots of space for 6 adults, a toddler and an infant plus 3 additional adults that came for dinner one evening. Child friendly, clean, comfortable and of course the fantastic views which we never tired of. Lovely walks, plenty to do. Fisherman’s Bay do great fish and chips. It was difficult to leave and if we return to Whitley Bay we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, three storey house, with great views over Whitley Bay. Very well furnished and equipped. Good heating, and nice bathrooms. Two private parking bays, close to door of property. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Whitley Bay is a lovely area and Tynemouth and Cullercoats are both in walking distance. The coastline is beautiful and the views from the house are amazing. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs close by and it's very easy to get to the glorious city of Newcastle!

The house is in an excellent location with beautiful views. It is very tastefully decorated and we were extremely comfortable indeed. The kitchen had every amenity you could need. So nice to be so close to the sea and such a host of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. Fantastic communication with hosts throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect in every way!

Host and Stay were quick to respond and very helpful if I had any questions. <br/>The house was clean and as described, and the location was fantastic. We spent many hours walking along the promenade and walked into Tyneside (which has a charming high street full of places to eat and drink). <br/>The house is spacious with ample hot water and good showers. If you go in the summer you’re going to have a great time sitting outside watching the sea, and the world go by.<br/>For the cooks out there, be aware that the house is not a second home, so it is sparse except for the basics, so don’t expect to find anything other than salt and pepper. There was no cling film and aluminum foil, and the washing up liquid only had an inch in the bottom. We were only supplied one toilet roll per bathroom which meant we had to go out and buy all of the above, which was inconvenient. <br/>We had a great time, just don’t forget to take a small speaker if you’d like to listen to music.

We had a fabulous stay at the property. We got lost as the postcode takes you a black away. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean with the most gorgeous view of the sea. We really enjoyed it. The beds and linen were luxurious and we all slept very well.

The property is absolutely superb. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Sea view from lounge, kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms. If I was going to Whitley Bay again I would definitely be staying here again.

Brilliant place for a family or a group to stay when exploring the bay or other spots, most of the bedrooms face the water so you wake up to the sound of the sea. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I also really appreciated the air filtration system, a very welcome touch post-pandemic. Would certainly stay again!

The house is spotless and the most perfect location for sea/beach lovers.<br>Apart from the windows which were sea sprayed on arrival and were not clean all week. Sadly blurs the view unless you open the windows, <br>Communication with owners/management is easy however they did not deal with a few of the things that we contacted them about.<br> on arrival, the outside bin to the property was overflowing with rubbish and bags of more rubbish on top and beside the bin. We as guests are kindly asked to put the bins out for bin day (which was the day after we arrived). We would have no problem doing this but refused due to the state of it. There were also ripped up mail all over the drive and the garden upon our arrival. we informed our contact immediately via email and they did reply quickly but the bin was not dealt with the duration of our stay (6 nights). Due to weather and seagulls we kept our rubbish inside the property which isn’t pleasant!<br>The day we arrived we also informed them that the main bedroom blind was broken and we were unable to lower the blinds at night or to get privacy. Bright early morning starts, no privacy and having to get changed in the en suite all week for us! <br>I’d suggest to any other guests to bring toilet roll as the rolls provided are the cheapest paper and did not last two days let alone a week (2 adults and six children) Please also bring hand soap as two small soap bars divided by three toilets was all that was provided. I did ask if there were anymore in the property on the same email but this question went unanswered too. These are basic things in a holiday let. <br>They did however deal with a top window that wouldn’t lock as soon as possible but other than that we were left to deal with the rest and our questions left unanswered.<br>The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable, the beds are amazingly comfy and the bedding is great quality. It’s a shame that our small questions were ignored as it tarnished this review massively for us.

This is a lovely house, with a stunning view over the sea and extremely well equipped. Little things like dishwasher tablets and kitchen towels, which so often one has to go and buy after arriving in an Airbnb, really made a difference. Also loads of cups and glasses and plates meant that we always had enough before we ran the dishwasher. Decor and furniture were very nice and it was all very clean. We will book again

The property is well maintained and very neat. The neighborhood is equally suitable for real vacation. Proximity to the town centre is excellent. The property is well furnished with upscale household appliances. <br>My family really had the best of time.

Superbe propriété, propreté irréprochable, belles pièces, bien divisé, cuisine parfaitement fonctionnelle. Bien isolé - on n’entend pas le bruit des autres étages ou voisins. Les enfants ont adoré le lit à 2 étages, l’armoire style casiers et le petit bureau dans la chambre. On apprécie les 3 salles de bains (2 complètes + 1 salle d’eau ) puisque nous étions 8 (+1 bébé). Beau petit coin bistro avec vue sur la mer à l’avant de la propriété. <br/><br/>Vue à couper le souffle de 2 chambres, du salon et de la salle à manger, sur la mer. Près de tout. Le boardwalk est parfait pour les promenades. Plusieurs plages accessibles à pieds dont une à littéralement 3 min de marche.

This home is fantastic for a family stay. The kitchen and dining area is fantastic with sea views and loads of space. The location is brilliant right in between Whitley Bay & Tynemouth. The house its self is immaculate - the decor is homely, cosy and modern with such a high standard of finish. The beds so comfortable and the whole was was so clean and fresh. The pre information and online guidebook was so handy and the whole experience of booking was professional and easy. Our stay was amazing and the house was like a home from home. Thank you.

Located right on the sea front of Whitley Bay, the apartment was absolutely ideal for a long weekend with my friends. Everything was immaculate, super clean and each bed was comfy with lovely sheets. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for great accommodation in Whitley Bay / Newcastle.

It is a lovely place to stay, right on the sea front and close to amenities in both Whitley Bay and Cullercoats (the latter being a 15/20 min walk). Worth knowing that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach outside the house from 1 May and over the summer months though as that caught us out. <br/>We had a lovely time, but overall a collection of small things (like the beach not being open to dogs, some housekeeping issues, check-in being late in the day at 4pm and check out being so early on the day of departure) took the shine off the experience a little, particularly given the very high price paid to stay on a bank holiday weekend.

A nice property with a lovely view across the sea to the lighthouse.<br/><br/>The property was clean inside and newly decorated.<br/><br/>Good location overlooking the sea but a little noisy from the road at times.<br/><br/>The property was lovely and warm when we entered and close to some super places to dine. We especially liked going for breakfast at cafe 19 and to fox and finch.<br/><br/>Overall a nicely located property that has been well furnished with plenty of activities and fantastic places to eat nearby.

The house is a beautiful house which was neat and clean when we came in. It is also so close to the beach with beautiful scenic views which are gorgeous. We had an amazing weekend.

This is such a gorgeous house, a perfect location and beautifully furnished and well equipped throughout. The only little niggle is that we were told we could check in at 15:00 but we were informed when we arrived at 15:30 that it was actually 16:00. Hardly an issue as we just walked down to the beach but on a less sunny day might have been more of an annoyance. Overall loved it here and will definitely stay again if visiting the area!
