Chestnut Residence offers a peaceful retreat, tucked away down a grassy driveway, providing you with all the privacy you need during your stay. There's ample parking space on the way up to the house, ensuring convenience for your group.

As you enter, you'll find the kitchen at the back of the house, beyond the dining room. Fully equipped with everything you need, the kitchen provides plenty of space for you to work your culinary magic. From here, you can step outside into the backyard courtyard to enjoy some fresh air.

The living area, located to the left as you enter, is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Relax on the large sofa, which also folds out into a bed for extra guests. A 50” smart TV with Alexa is included, so you can easily control your entertainment without the need for a remote. From the living room, you’ll have a view of the driveway, offering just enough seclusion from the main road while still keeping an eye on your parked cars.

With three spacious bedrooms, everyone will have plenty of room to unpack and make themselves at home. For additional guests, there’s a sofa bed in the living room. The house is designed to accommodate all your needs, with two bathrooms to share. Take your time in the downstairs bathroom, which includes a bathtub, or opt for a quicker shower in the upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower.
