We found the property cozy , had everything we needed for a comfortable stay
Had difficulty gettiNg the lid off the hot tub as had no lifting mechanism and had to be dragged onto the decking
Some of the pans could do with being replaced

Clean and fresh. Spacious and the hot tub was fantastic
Nothing!

Everything!! It’s beautiful clean and very very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our break, we will be rebooking. If anyone thinking about going to stay there you will not regret I.
Nothing there’s nothing to fault this property.

It was very clean. Bathrooms immaculate. Everything you needed was there. Lovely welcome basket. Private hot tub and seats on decking. It was in a quiet spot on the site. The site is extremely central for exploring Northumberland.
Nothing I didn't like.

Liked everything, lovely lodge, great hot tub, double bed was comfy. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer.

The accommodation was beautiful and we had a lovely time celebrating our daughters birthday
Tv channels signal lost quite a lot

Location was good and lodge was comfortable.
Received email to say shower head was missing in one of the bathrooms - someone had been but couldn't mend it on the day we arrived but no-one came back. Shower in other bathroom didn't fit into holder. Was supposed to have Wifi but wasn't available

Perfect location
Site was very tidy
Access through to adjoining site, lit at night.
Accommodation not thoroughly cleaned ( bath.had scum line from previous use)
Decking is filthy ( simple pressure wash would help)

Very good

great lodge, lovely site with good entertainment.
the fact that we didn’t have any central heating, this was raised numerous times and it wasn’t resolved.

lovely homely property, couldn’t have asked for more.
Wi-Fi could be improved as couldn’t log on.

Location is on a quiet holiday park that is central to the main areas of interest in Northumberland. The lodge overlooks a small wooded area and a stream at the back of the property, which makes it quite private. There is a small bar/pub on the site which does beer, breakfasts and meals. The holiday park next door (Felmoor) has a large American style "Crazy Horse" bar that serves good food and beer. This is walkable from the lodge across a small bridge and a flat field. The hot tub was lovely and hot! - very relaxing after a long day walking along the many dog friendly beautiful beaches located within a 20 minute drive. Getting the keys was easy, there is a coded lock box on the outside of the property.
Wifi isn't great but this is understandable it being located on a quiet park, but EE phone reception for data was adequate and kept the kids entertained.
