Ralph House is a newly refurbished, two bedroom apartment in the heart of the market town of Bedlington. Ideal for both business stays and family holidays, the apartment boasts two good-sized king size bedrooms, a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeping up to four guests, you’ll find local bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the stunning Northumberland coastline is only a short drive away.

The Space
With a neutral colour scheme and quality finishing throughout, Ralph House has a refined and stylish look. When booking this ground floor apartment, you’ll have full access which includes a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and communal backyard.

Ralph House also has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, matching armchair, and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing. Sharing this space is the dining area which features a round table and four grey chairs.

The kitchen is modern in style with cream wooden cabinets and a minimalist design. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware.

You’ll find two bedrooms at Ralph House. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom inside the apartment is also a king. Both bedrooms have premium bed linens and ample storage space.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit for your convenience.

Outside you’ll find a communal yard. Perfect for enjoying a spot of fresh air, this outside space is a real added bonus!

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Bedlington is a market town with a rich industrial history and is the perfect location for the upcoming Gigafactory development.

The historic market town of Morpeth is just six miles away. Exploring Morpeth’s cobbled streets, you’ll discover independent shops, cosy pubs and high street favourites. If you’re looking for a full shopping experience, head to Sanderson Arcade and you’ll find an array of stores as well as cafes, beauty bars and markets. When you want to get your hands on the best local produce, Morpeth’s popular Farmers Market takes place every first Saturday of the month in the marketplace.

Also within close proximity to Bedlington is the beautiful Northumberland coastline, along with the city of Newcastle and the Metrocentre where you can shop away to your heart’s content.

Getting Around
The closest train station to Bedlington can be found in Morpeth which is on the East Coast mainline. From here, you’ll have direct access to Newcastle, Edinburgh, York, Manchester, Liverpool and London. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Ralph House are accessed via a secure key safe box and full details will be provided prior to your arrival.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

I stayed here for 12 days as I was working in the the area. The place was very suitable for this type of let. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. Parking was no problem and I parked outside the property everyday. The house was warm and cosy. It was easy to get to Newcastle and Berwick. Excellent host, very communicative.

The location was stop on and perfect spacious room for family of 5, would definitely come back again<br/><br/>Everything was perfect



We had issues from the start with lights in the living room 2 bulbs out & the other 2 flickering all the time gave me headache. Kitchen drawer was broken , plinth under hob coming away . Wifi drops in & out . Stain on duvet , no change of bedding or towels. The people above noisy especially from 2am till 5am !!!! .The lack of communication and willing to sort anything out was very bad , the lights were still not fixed after our 10day stay . I would not stay here again & be reluctant to stay with the company. Still waiting for my complaint to be resolved. I have reported it to Airbnb .










Just what we wanted





We booked last minute and we didn't pay enough attention to the Damage Deposit / Waiver requirement, so it was a bit worrying for us to clear this out just before arrival, but it all worked fine in the end, thanks to the responsiveness of Stay personnel. The appartment was recently renovated, the family bed was very comfortable and all rooms were spotless.
