Very new and modern. Needs more attention to detail. TV not set up for Freeview. No reception. WiFi not accessible. Needs more instructions to find the apartment once inside the building. Needs a small mirror in bathroom.

He told me an hour before check in that he “lost the keys resulted in me not getting in and now still waiting for a £300 deposit back …. Joke !!!!

Very good location. Great heating in the property as well as everything needed for a short stay. Would be good to have a mirror in the bathroom. Also a separate bin for recyclable material would be useful. Unfortunately the Internet didn't work for the last few days I was there which didn't get resolved but it was a holiday period.

The flat was small and on the 1st floor. There was plenty parking spaces. The flat screen tv didn’t have a clicker/remote so we were not happy because we planned to watch movies over the weekend. There wasn’t a mirror in the bathroom, for shaving or putting on makeup ! The mattress sank in the middle and needs replacing with a better quality one. We are hopeful these problems can be fixed.

Great communication from the moment I booked the property. All instructions simple enough to follow and once inside the property was immaculate. No issues from my stay and will be staying again in the near future
