The location being right opposite Filey Beach. The apartment was advertised as 3rd floor but was in fact 4 floors up. When you opened the door of the 3rd floor apartment it was in fact up a further flight of extremely steep narrow stairs. Totally unsuitable for anyone with a mobility issue and was never stated on the original description. There was a problem with the shower door which continually came off the tracking and there was no WIFI, to be fair I was advised on arrival, but the fact the TV was accessed by the internet, made that unusable for us, despite a written note that we could access it through live TV on settings we were unable to find the sat imput setting. There was also a problem with closing one set of bedroom curtains as there were no hooks to hang them from. I did leave a text report to the contact name given on apartment info provided but have had no response. I also informed cleaners of problem with shower door.
