Very convenient for town centre clean and comfortable<br/><br/>Nothing really except it was sl difficult to find parking behind property , instructions not very clear

Holiday ruined by inconsiderate hosts. We corresponded via email in advance asking for a travel cot to be in the apartment for our arrival. We were ensured it would be. It was then not there upon our arrival. We called and asked for a solution - there was nothing they could do for that evening as they didn’t have a spare travel cot. But said they would speak to the owners and get back to us asap. We did not hear from them that evening at all. Our son had to sleep on the floor and whacked his head against a chest in the room and made his head bleed. The next day they did not call, so we had to chase until they finally said to look under the bed for one! We checked, and no travel cot. We relayed this to the hosts and they again said they would speak to the owners and get back to us. After many calls where they said they would get back to us…we gave up! And they never called us back. Our poor son had nowhere to sleep for 4 nights. Extremely inconsiderate and no feelings whatsoever.

A very nice and comfortable flat close to the centre of Harrogate. Easy off-road parking at the rear and free on-road park on side street.

It was a lovely clean and comfortable property had everything we needed and would definitely try to book if we visited Harrogate again<br/><br/>Because we arrived in the dark-it was very dark to the rear- a sign in the parking area saying Kulla loft would have been helpful- there may have been security lights but they weren't working. Finding the keysafe took a while. Instructions for parking are in the handbook in the property they could be emailed with the keysafe number

Property was beautiful, and full of character. Location was great, and really easy to find. We loved the hidden book clues dotted around too!<br/><br/>Nothing!

Just spot on

The flat was comfortable and had enough space for four of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook with. It was very peaceful inside and out and within walking distance of the town centre.<br/>There was a great deal of information provided for the property via a website link and it's clearly professionally run. In a way it's more like a hotel than an Airbnb.<br/>Overall a place I would recommend if you're looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and quiet in the area.<br/>The only negative was the damage deposit scheme, so factor in an additional £10 (for the £250 deposit "administration fee") or £25 (for the £500 damage waiver) to whatever fee you see on Airbnb to your budget.

Lovely Airbnb, brilliantly located next to the centre and well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Be aware of minimum £10/£25 damage waiver fee as additional to cost as this was not clear on booking.

I’ve never stayed in such a well stocked apartment, there was everything you needed including hair dryer and straighteners. Lovely decor and a great location, only a 5 minute walk into town.<br/><br/>There was nothing to dislike

Good location

Excellent location as all you might wish to do in Harrogate is a short walk away. Great to have parking space. Lovely flat with beautiful views from the kitchen towards the Dales. Comfortable and clean although we found the main bedroom bed far far too soft and so had to sleep in other room which was very disappointing.<br/>An enjoyable stay with great visit to Headingley test and excellent and varied meals out .

Beautiful apartment, tasteful decor, high comfort, very clean, great location for Harrogate convention centre.<br/><br/>Not being allowed to park the car at the back after checkout when there was plenty of space and only one other car parked there at any time during our stay.

Far too many emails beforehand

The whole apartment was amazing. I literally wouldn't change a thing.<br/><br/>I don't like the fact that the water in Yorkshire makes nicer tea than the water in Lancashire. But that's a me problem.

Well appointed and very comfortable. Would very happily stay there again.<br/><br/>Kitchen lights flickering. Needing to have window open in bathroom - it was a very chilly weekend! Most of all, I'd prefer to that the breakage insurance mentioned before booking rather than after.

The accommodation was lovely but the parking for the property is not clearly marked, especially in the dark and the bombardment of messages was not pleasant.

Overall, the stay was really good. The flat was lovely - clean, well-stocked and beautifully finished, with some really well thought through touches for visitors. I would definitely go back.<br/><br/>My only issue was that there is a security payment of £25 OR a security card block (with a £10 admin fee) which was not made clear on the listing before we booked. However, this was a fairly minor annoyance given everything else went very smoothly and the flat was really lovely.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. As it was dog friendly we took our two dogs along with us and they had a superb time. <br/>The kitchen is well provisioned and the rooms were well presented, very clean and tidy. <br/><br/>The layout of the property was interesting from our perspective, it is a top floor Victorian apartment so there are some stairs to climb however we saw this as an advantage to getting in our steps. <br/><br/>The only disadvantage as far as we were concerned was the neighbours in the flat below stay up late and each night they have their TV rather loud. As the lounge is not carpeted, the noise penetrates through. Light sleepers may be bothered by this. <br/><br/>All in all a good stay.

I liked the location,parking and it was clean and well equipped<br/><br/>the fact that you had to pay “superhogg” £250 bond two weeks beforehand and you got it back 12 days after checking out.Also the £10 admin fee and the change in check in time after booking (although this was remedied after numberous complaints)

Partner booked through Vxxbx which had been a pain. Numerous unnecessary emails. Had to pay deposit which was held for the stay on top of paying for the stay. The place was cosy and conveniently. located. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly although we do understand that people checked out in the morning whilst we checked in the same day on New Year’s Eve, the cleaning team may have rushed to finish their job. The place had all the facilities we needed. Tenant downstairs was rather noisy, again this may be due to it being New Year’s Eve.

Love the decor and the main bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in.<br/><br/>Had some issues with the shower and boiler. The Combi boiler would over react to minute changes to the switches. This would mean you rarely had a satisfactory shower

Communal entrance is dirty. Visitors should ignore the host’s instruction to leave the Nest heating control in it’s specified place, which is directly above a radiator and therefore means the rest of the house is heated to a lesser degree than the control shows. There was only one dishwasher tablet provided, and a lack of cooking equipment. TV remote needed a new battery. Downstairs neighbour was rather noisy.

Tastefully appointed - comfortable beds- central location<br/><br/>There is a problem with lack of sound proofing - attractive stripped wooden floors are nice BUT noise from the flat below was intrusive late into the night

This description omits the fine detail regarding Host and Stay who manage bookings and begin to threaten cancellation if you fail to complete a verification process and pay a damage waiver of £250….. all of which is unwelcoming …. Ended up with a pleasant stay apart from noise which pipes up through floorboards from apartment below - marred though by a hostile build up and automated emails which anticipate that all guests intend wrecking the place !

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Harrogate. It’s a short walk to our favorite restaurants and the on site parking was great. We will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful flat in a great location for rhe Train station, town centre and Conference centre. Clean and cosy, beautifully decorated.

A lovely home away from home. Enjoyed our stay immensely . The extra homely touches were greatly appreciated. Everything was of a high standard. <br/>Apartment is in a quiet location. Easy walking distance to everything and most convenient for anyone who does not have a car, such as ourselves - arriving by train. Thoroughly relaxing stay, which provided an excellent base for us to explore Harrogate and everything it offers.

I loved the flat. The view from the kitchen window and main bedroom is stunning, and inspired me to head out to walk in Nidderdale (the view)<br/><br/>Flat was v clean, main bed was v comfortable and it was lovely to have a bath to soak in after a long day. <br/>Great books & reading material too. <br/><br/>The only downside is there not being any furniture storage for clothes in the second bedroom. Given the size & layout I’m not sure how this can be rectified. <br/><br/>Nevertheless I’d definitely stay again.

location , car park, size<br/><br/>BEWARE, this is run by a management company who wanted personal details including copy of driving licence & bank card. having booked and paid through booking .com I did not give these. I recommend an internet search of that company before complying with this.<br/>ALSO could not use bathroom basin because the tap had seized up and had to wash in kitchen sink, the shower hook was broken as was one of the keys in the keysafe.<br/>These issues should surely have been seen on cleaning before we occupied <br/>We informed the Management on arrival of these problems, in case they tried to charge us for them<br/>THIS WAS NOT RECTIFIED DURING OUR STAY

Kulla Loft has a very homely feel to it and is very comfortable. We enjoyed it's convenient location close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Harrogate itself was a joy to wander around such lovely parks and gardens with lots of independent shops.<br/><br/>Nothing

Location was close to town.<br/><br/>Filthy, noisy, and overpriced. No instructions how to get in where to park etc. Facilities poor eg fridge froze anything you put in it, filthy toaster. No welcome pack upon arrival. No instructions where everything was/how everything worked etc.

Lovely apartment with nicely furnished rooms, homely and fun. Great location, ideal for the convention centre - closer than we expected. Easy (free) parking - important in Harrogate. Nicely equipped kitchen with some welcome goodies - lots of nice touches. Would recommend.<br/><br/>Main bed is a bit squeaky - but still comfy! And the bathroom cold tap needs a fix. But both are minor issues.

Great location, lovely appartment, very warm and welcoming. Would recommend and will stay again. Private car park space at back of property brilliant.<br/><br/>The entrance hall is a little dark perhaps, but this is really a tiny issue and the lovely flat more than makes up for it.

This is a lovely flat. Centrally located, spacious and everything is solid design and good quality. It’s a short walk away from the conference centres and plenty of bars and restaurants.Lovely soft bed.
