Stunning location. Cosy accommodation. Perfect for a short break/romantic getaway.

Location wise the property is a bit far from Ilkley but has great views and is perfect for a relaxing get away. There's direct access to walk along the moors which will take you to the Cow and Calf rocks and if you continue further directly to Ilkley. <br/> <br/>The property is also fairly spacious, great for 2 people and comes with a living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom. The living room has a nice couch, smart TV and small fireplace and overall the atmosphere is extremely cosy. <br/>When we arrived the host also provided us with some amenities in the bathroom, along with eggs, milk and coffee for use in the kitchen. The kitchen comes with enough to cook simple meals and the whole place was spotless when we arrived.<br/><br/>The pathway up to the house was fairly narrow so keep in mind when driving up in a car. We didn't have a car so it was a bit far to get to Ilkley but the relaxing atmosphere was definitely worth it.

Easy access and check in, made clear from the communication. Apartment was spotless, so clean with some complimentary little bits (fresh eggs, milk, coffee etc). Lots of space, nice and cosy. Plenty space for cars to park too

A lovely apartment in a barn conversion. Beautifully converted, spotless, stylish and well appointed. Right on the edge of the moor! Lovely walks and a peaceful location. Very friendly hosts! And the view is something else! If you want a moorside getaway this is the place! Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and lovely flat. Nice hosts and nice touch with the farm fresh eggs and honey. Just beware of hidden cost! Keep deposit for up to 2 weeks and even if no damage, they keep £10 admin fee. Shame, as otherwise lovely place to stay.

Lovely location. Great views. Comfortable beds. Owners seemed kind (see separate comments on the Host & Stay company).<br/><br/>Host and Stay are dishonest. They took the full payment for the booking and then introduced additional fees that were not advertised. There were extensive ongoing building works next door to property which we didn't know about in advance. It wasn't too bad, but did disturb the sense of peace.

The place is difficult to get to, but it was warm and comfortable.<br/><br/>I would never recommend anyone using Host and Stay. They were not well informed on the property or its location and the amount of email communication was not helpful.

I loved the location of the property very peaceful and beautiful views of the Yorkshire Dales. A lovely relaxing place to unwind. It is a good location to explore neighbouring beautiful villages and plenty of nice pubs and restaurants.<br/><br/>I think if the property had its own outdoor space that would be nice as to maybe BBQ or just sit and look out at the wonderful views.

It would have been great if we could have dried our towels on a warm towel rail. But a small detail!

This property was in a beautiful position litruly on top of lLkley Moor, views from outside fantastic. Property very clean and we'll presented but not very big, but definitely cosy.<br/><br/>Very narrow track/road up to property and didn't like the fact that the hot water and heating are controlled from owners accommodation downstairs.

Beautiful, clean apartment, with everything that we needed, with the bonus of being able to walk out of your door and straight onto the beautiful moorland. The wood burner was a lovely addition too. The only downside was the slightly deceptive £25 additional accidental damage waiver fee, which I think should have been made clearer from the start, or just factored into the original cost to avoid confusion. Otherwise, an excellent little place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable. It was clean with lovely views. The information link sent to me with places nearby was very helpful.<br/><br/>It was icy so we couldn't take the car up the hill and had to walk most of the way. Could use little sachets of sauce packets and hot chocolate as you Don't wanna buy a big one for a short stay. Other than that it was overall good and we enjoyed it ??

The Hayloft was delightful and the owners helpful and friendly.<br/>The home was well appointed and scrupulously clean. Salt and pepper would be a good addition to the cupboard, it's not something you think to bring!<br/><br/>The only downside was the endless repetitive long emails from Host and Stay that didn't even send the correct links!

Excellent remote location with splendid views. Great area for walking - the footpath onto the moor is right outside the front door. Cottage itself is very warm and well kitted out and the hosts are very friendly (The Hayloft is self contained but they live in the main part of the house downstairs). Considering the remote location, the wifi is very good. Good pubs in the area - The Hermit Inn is walking distance and highly recommended, also the Flying Duck in Ilkley which has its own microbrewery on site.<br/><br/>Just one very minor thing - the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling so need to stoop when walking around.

Cozy and nice cottage type flat. peaceful surrendering. kitchen is fully equipped. bed was super comfortable. Had a serene two weeks in Yhe Hayloft.<br/>my hosts ( owners) were kind and very tentative about making sure I am comfortable. <br/>thank you Sally & Chris and Host& Stay team.

Fabulous apartment- well appointed and really comfortable stay. Location is quiet and has opportunity for lovely walks and lots of great places to visit close by. Definitely recommend.
