Quirky cottage in a beautiful village with lots of places to visit around it (recommend the folk museum). Arrived with a baby expecting there to be a travel cot given it was described as baby friendly but there wasn’t. Sent host a message but after no reply I phoned only to talk to a very unhelpful person. Lots of clutter and broken board games with some deep cleaning needed but lovely bedrooms and overall a good space for the family.

Beautiful cottage right on the moors in the lovely village of Hutton le Hole. the cottage has 4 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized kitchen and dining room. plus a garden and private parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The only very small complaints that we had were: 1) the kitchen cupboards need to be emptied out and properly cleaned. 2) It would be useful to know when the rubbish needs collecting (which Wednesday is the 2nd wednesday, maybe a text message the night before). 3) the seals on the fridge have gone and it needs replacing. that size fridge is too small for 8 people to use. Apart from that it was great
