great location, very comfortable The shower and tap temperatures were not good, going from normal to roasting hot is not safe, this should be looked at, also a hole in the floor, just the little things but makes a difference to the property. Possibly a lift would be good

Historic, atmospheric, original. Spacious, safe and full of character. A little chilly.

Comfy bed Where do I start.. Took 4 hours to check in, numerous fonecalls made staff not very helpful Got into apartment and then there was no electric Also dirty towels lying in bathroom Bins not emptied Rubbish lying on counters Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes and smell coming from it

Great location close to the Cavern Quarter. The accommodation is big and airy, well provisioned kitchen, good shower power in the bathroom, clean bed linen and towels provided. No under sheet provided for the sofa bed No terrestrial stations on the TV, seems like an aerial issue Fire stick operation was intermittent due to poor wi-fi speed (only 3G/4G connection available on hub, 5G required for stable fire stick) Lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke A number of bulbs need replacing in the bathroom and main living room

The property was beautiful, very rustic and something different. First of all we were locked out for over an hour and when trying to contact someone to get the keys we had 0 luck. We rang, emailed and messages on the app multiple times. There were many issues with the property. It wasn’t very clean the floor was dusty, aswell as the bathroom. The fuse on the back of the iron was exposed which is obviously extremely dangerous. The tv remote was missing for the tv - and it has no signal like the aerial wasn’t even connected. Again, when trying to raise these issues it would take someone on average 5 hours to respond. We asked for a late checkout - this could not be accommodated which I believe after the issues we have a faced a 2 hour checkout isn’t much to ask for. The main issue was the communication with staff who run the company. We found the experience very distressing and will not be staying again.

Modern, clean and close to the center of everything. The beds were very comfortable. The stairs but I was fully aware of them when I booked.

The location The quirky accommodation Unfortunately the flat was dusty with cobwebs when we arrived. Boiler was erratic so no hot water some of the time. Kitchen under equiped No personal touches. Information about the property would have been interesting. No welcome pack Its expensive accommodation so unfortunately not good value for money

Nur bei der ersten Türöffnung ein kurzer Wow Effekt der Wohnung, das war’s Das Bad hat dauerhaft extrem gestunken und war eiskalt, da es keine Heizung gab! Keine einzige Steckdose im Bad In das kostenlose WLAN konnten wir uns zwar einloggen aber es war so schlecht und mein Mann hätte es zum Arbeiten gebraucht! Die ganzen Nächte war es von draußen (Betrunkene) unglaublich laut, sodass wir die drei Nächte kaum ein Auge zugemacht habe

Amazing apartment right in the centre of Liverpool with just a small walk into the town centre. Everything was perfect for my birthday weekend, and I’d definitely return.

The property itself was fair and in a great location The awful communal stairs - terrible smell and very rundown Can’t say the flimsy front apartment door engenders a feeling of security

Excellent location for exploring Liverpool. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Beautiful apartment.
