The Space
Our light and spacious duplex apartment is perfect for that getaway with your family or small group of friends.

Sleeping arrangements and property layout:

Bedroom 1:
Fitted with one king-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests

Bedroom 2:
Fitted with another double bed to also sleep 2 guests

Living Room:
Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge:
Fitted with a double sofa to sleep 2 more guests comfortably

Bathroom:
Toilet, sink, bathtub

Kitchen:
Fully kitted kitchen featuring the essentials like fridge freezer, oven, hob, and even a dishwasher. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware, and a beautiful farmhouse table to dine together!

Please note that there are no black-out blinds in the lounge.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Situated just a stones throw from the beautiful leafy Princess Park and around a 10-minute drive from the city centre.

If you wish to explore a great variety of restaurants and independent shops, Lark Lane is only 5 minutes drive away! Once there, try the following local favourites - The Tea House for an afternoon tea experience, Chilli Banana for Thai Food, or Gelato for their authentic Italian ice cream. It's also known for flea markets and pop cafes at The Old Police Station and crafts at Arts 47.

Nice, big and airey. Very comfortable and clean<br/>Wasn't a problem so didnt advise at the time (so could have been me) but couldn't get live TV, only the apps.

I have written to Host and Stay a week ago to give them time to respond to my complaint, however I have had no response.<br/>The heating and hot water didn’t work unless I kept topping up the pressure in the boiler.<br/>The WiFi never worked, no matter how many times I restarted it. Which meant the tv never worked unless I latched it onto my hotspot, and the same for my laptop to do work. <br/>The last day there was a leak on the outside of the door to the apartment, I think from a dodgy toilet. <br/>All this has been sent to the company.

Clean, spacious and comfortable<br/>The shop to return the keys to was shut on Sunday morning and hence another trip had to be made to leave them inside the property.

Really good base for visit to Liverpool with good bus links into the centre of the city. Secure gated parking. Beautiful main living area with good facilities.

stunning renovated church<br/>due to the extreme weather conditions the well insulated building held a bit too much heat within the bedrooms. also a local key safe would have been a simpler method to collect keys. an unnecessary 5mins drive/20 mins walk.
