The location, the decor, the appearance!  The smell of the bathroom was not nice when first entered. Needs ventilation. The shower( would not stay up) slow pressure and adhoc heating of it.  Dirty pots with no scourer to clean them , remotes needed cleaning and the tv is poor quality. Sofa could use a thorough clean. The keys drop off and collections and drop off is a bit of a faff when you have luggage, it can make you feel vulnerable when collecting and dropping. , the comms (questions about my stay))(mandatory form filling was a little invasive. 

Overall lovely apartment with a lovely terrace and I would stay again.

Easy to pick up and drop off the keys at a local shop so no issue at all.  The shop was very close to the property and there were no issues in collecting them - very easy.  Was a lovely and well stocked apartment and so close to central Liverpool and surrounding areas.  Having a balcony and so much space in the apartment was great too - would definitely stay again.  There was a lot of communication from the company at points an email or two a day and text messages.  All were informative but there was too much information repeated - communication was great just did not need an email and text nearly everyday.   A small issue and overall great location, property and stay. 

Lovely location and property

Location - a couple of minutes from Liverpool one and 10 minutes walk from docks.  Near a great choice of restaurants, pubs and bars. The apartment was a good size for 3-4 people.  The incessant messages from the company managing the apartment. I received messages and calls about upgrades for an extortionate cost or discount codes to random companies, and warning me about additional charges for damage. The apartment was dirty and outdated.  There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, bird poo on the outdoor furniture and stains all over the sofa and decorative cushions.  The 10-minute walk to get and return the key away is annoying, especially as it is the opposite direction from the city and train stations and check out is so early.

Great location to get to everything around Liverpool.  Quiet, yet close enough to best clubs and pubs.   Great restaurants right in the area.  Apartment was perfect size for our family if 4.  The only drawback was picking up and dropping off key is in a different location, which can be difficult with having luggage also.

Excellent location, great space for family. Private terrace was perfect!  

Great location, clean and great price facilities .  They key pick up and drop off is too far away from the premises. We got dropped off with our luggage and had to walk 15 mins each way to get the key which is uphill on sometimes cobbled pavement which is not good when lugging heavy cases. Nesting seagulls huge problem as the noise at night was incessant which stopped you from getting a good nights sleep.

It was a very nice apartment and in a good location.  The first evening we had no electricity when we came in after a day out and couldn't do anything not even take a shower because it was an electric shower, I reported the issue but it was late so no one could come to check, luckily when we returned very late that evening the electricity was back on.No one came to check the day after so we ended up once again without electricity! You have no idea how bad it is coming back from a day out to rest and get ready for the evening but you can't because there's no electricity.It literally ruined my holiday. 

Very good accomadation,  well laid out over 2 levels.The balcony was a great bonus with it being a very hot weekend, so could chill outside in comfort.  We did take our own tea and coffee but it wasn't needed as it was already provided. Only a short walk to the busy areas and  bars. Would definitely stay again.  All good apart from the entrance door to the apartments didn't lock properly and could be pushed open. The apartment does have its own separate door which locks fine. 

Spacious apartment in a good location, just 5 min walking distance from Albert Dock. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Lage perfekt, Ausstattung funktionell und stylish  Abholen/Rückgabe des Schlüssels in großer Entfernung, Heizgelegenheit an kaltem Wintertag im Wohnbereich unzureichend.

Everything  Was a bit of a trek to pick keys up. But the shopkeeper was very pleasant and helpful 

Good apartment, clean and great to have the terrace.  Location was excellent, near restaurants and the centre of town.  That the keys had to be brought back to the shop where collected which was at least a 10 minute walk away in the rain. Would have been more customer friendly if we could have left them behind in the apartment or in a locker outside of the apartment. 

Good apartment, great location

this was a return visit so knew what to expect re collecting the keys etc.. the 1st time I visited it was midweek much different than at the weekend! it's a very lively part of town where people certainly seem to know how to party. the pub directly across from the apartment is fabulous. the main bedroom and bathroom are downstairs with sitting area, twin beds and balcony upstairs. the balcony has been upgraded since my last visit.  apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and decent shower  we have been in contact with host and stay regarding a couple of issues. No tea towel provided and the washing up liquid left was an empty bottle, the toilet smelt of sewage until we used a different brand of toilet paper  But the main issue was the front door did not feel secure and it actually was very loose and wobbly. I didn't feel secure during our stay. Hopefully this can be resolved for future guests. 

Great apartment with a few niggles

Location was good The bed was comfortable  The heater wasn’t great it fell off the wall a few times. The balcony was really dirty and needed cleaning The tv signal was poor The bathroom smelled like drains We had to pick up and drop off the keys at a shop up a long hill which was annoying 

Ottima posizione centrale. Vicinissima a pub e ristoranti. Finalmente nel bagno erano presenti gli appendini per gli asciugamani.  Guanciale praticamente inesistente e solo un asciugamano per persona. 

Only thing good about this place is location otherwise worth nothing and it was terrible experience  Dirty and disgusting bed sheets . Mattresses are worn out and not comfortable at all. Not enough towel for 4 of us. Rented for 2 weeks and only one toilet paper , one small shampoo and one soap provided for all four. The management never answered my phone calls even though I tried emergency line which no one picks up the phone. Messaged them several times through booking website app and again not responsive. 

Terrible experience and by all means avoid this property and management company

We had to walk a distance with cases for keys the Keith could be left in a secure box with Key code sent to person that is staying in the apartment

Perfect location close to city centre but quiet at night

The location is perfect. A restaurant below, nice bar across the road. Not in the super busy area so quiet but a nice atmosphere. The terrace made all the difference to us plus its a nice suntrap  Nothing to dislike about the property. The smell of weed seems to be everywhere which you obviously notice when sat outside. 

The location were spot on. Close to L1 and still a quiet area. Always quick response if we had questions.

Ottima posizione nel pieno centro di Liverpool. Appartamento con tutti i comfort e ben arredato. Semplice procedura di ingresso nell’appartamento  Il ritiro, la riconsegna delle chiavi e l’importo aggiuntivo pagato per eventuali danni sono stati la nota negativa della struttura. Le chiavi infatti devono essere recuperate e riconsegnate (entro le ore 10am in fase di check-out) in un piccolo market a circa 1km dall’appartamento. Inoltre subito dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione ci è stato richiesto un importo aggiuntivo di £25 per eventuale risarcimento danni. Tale informazione non era assolutamente presente in fase di prenotazione  su Booking. Inoltre fornirei un piccolo asciugamano aggiuntivo per ogni ospite e qualche rotolo in più di carta igienica.

Staff were responsive. Location is good.  Secret fees, hassle and early check out. They add on a £25 the night before as a “damage waiver”, or make you pay a £250 which they only refund £240 (or less if they feel like it). The key pick up is 10 mins walk away. Check out is at 9:45am, super early, as they want you to drop the keys to the shop 10 min walk away or face additional late fees. Staff are helpful on message and overall nice apartment, but the sneaky extra charges feel disingenuous and the check out is non-standard. Rework your model, include the damage insurance in the price and extend check out.

the drama about getting the keys... no one answers the "emergency numbers"... only thanks to a local guy named Joe and the fact that he persistently called the numbers, they brought us a spare key after an hour and a half in the wind, rain and cold with 2 girls from 10 and 12 years old 

I liked the place as it was very homey and comfortable. However, wifi was not that good

Lovely place to stay! It’s in a great location - restaurants, shops and the docks are only a short walk away and it was really easy to find when checking in. The hosts were great and very quick to respond to messages.

Was an issue with the parking (was told there was parking but then later told there wasn’t), was a parking structure nearby which worked out in the end.The accommodation was perfect, had working wifi, fresh towels, portable heater if needed. Perfect to go in a small group of people. Location was fantastic, 2 minute walk from the main shopping district and opposite an amazing pub.

Great location, clean,  tidy.  the staff are very helpful and accommodating.  The only issue is the collecting the key, it is a nine minute walk away from the apartment and you have to bring it back afterwards. It’s a little inconvenient- however, and saying that I will be back to stay there again.

Clean tidy flat in great location, kitchen could do with some updating of appliances etc but on the whole was as per description and a comfortable stay.

Good location, clean, comfortable, well equipped accommodation.  Shower was poor and took a lot of adjustment to stop it scalding or freezing. TV signal wouldn't let us watch BBC and brief note how to operate Now would have been good. 

Based in the centre of town near Hanover Street and bars, fab location and secure.  Being messed around and getting sent wrong details via text and email, we ended up collecting keys for a completely different address, no offer to help apart from you have to walk back with 3 suitcases to change the keys for the right ones which was 20 minutes each way, I had to email a screenshot because the lady on the phone didn't believe that she had sent the wrong details.  The day before we had arrived, another £250 security deposit was taken out of my account totalling in £500 deposit for a 2 night stay, a phonecall later and it was rectified.  There was a noise restriction in place between 10pm and 7am, but you are above a restaurant, next to a bar and people in the neighbouring building partied until 5am, keeping our party awake. Considering the hoops you have to jump through to book with them, this was a massive disappointment.   The apartment was a little rough around the edges, blinds in the bedroom were broken but worked, coat hangers upstairs in kitchen fell off randomly in the night, loads of paint off the walls in certain places too. It was good value for money between the 3 of us, but I won't be booking again.

Location is fabulous, right in the centre of Liverpool by Liverpool one! Place is perfect for couples or friends with a double bed and two singles. Has everything you need! Hosts are very helpful and respond quickly!

Excellent apartment, home from home. Plenty of space and privacy. Outside terrace to people watch with seating.  Great location, close to docks, city centre and great restaurants!  Perfect stay!

Everything. The apartment is well set out with everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. Bed settee was surprisingly comfy👍 Having the patio with table and chairs made all the difference, especially because it was nice weather. So glad we didn't choose a hotel.  Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others. The price was fair. Location was good, not far to shops. Not in the thick of it but not too quiet either.. still atmosphere at night time with the Italian Restaurant below.  Having 2 toilets would of been better but we managed. The creaky sound when walking towards the kitchen disturbed the one staying in the bedroom below.

Great location, balcony and overall comfortable apartment  Constant smell of cannabis if any window or door was opened. No water pressure in shower and shower rail was hanging off. 10am check is too early and having to leave keys back to a shop was an unnecessary inconvenience. 

We had a great stay at this place. Charlie keeps the apartment super clean and it has everything we need. It is really a nice place，I expect next time to be here.

The apartment as amazing, in the heart of liverpool yet tucked away so you had privacy & not a lot of noise. Great restaurants, shopping & tourist attractions close by.  It was a good walk to get the key from the minimart, wish it had a been a bit closer after a long journey. 

Amazing location

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The veranda was large and comfortable to eat. Both the bed and the sofa had good cushions and were comfortable to sit on, so I was able to sleep soundly every day. Charlie was very helpful and he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She hopes to stay here again when she comes to Liverpool

Nice, clean apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the restaurants, museums, and clubs of the docks and the Cavern area. Pub and restaurant immediately below, which is fun but loud until midnight or 1:00 if you leave the windows open for air (no A/C). Only thing we didn’t like was picking up and dropping off the key (by 10:00 AM) half a mile away the wrong direction from where we were coming or going with luggage on foot. Quite a hassle. But the apartment itself, especially the location, can’t be beat.

Very prompt to respond, great host - and great place to stay too

Loved the location of the apartment just a couple of minutes walk from the bus station, albert dock and Liverpool one. It was very quiet which surprised us and we felt safe and secure. Loved the balcony, we were blessed with beautiful weather. Directly above an Italian restaurant where we got a lovely takeaway pizza one evening. We loved the 2 separate bedrooms, shower was powerful. Had everything we needed. And a very reasonable price. Will definitely return  Found the key collection handy although not sure I'd be so keen if it was raining!!! 

Perfect central apartment safe and secure

A great apartment in a brilliant location. A 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment has a large balcony area that gets the sun in the afternoons. Outside area was a bit dusty but rest of the house was very clean.  Really enjoyed the stay.

Location was great, size of apartment, lots of space. Loved the balcony  TV- not many Channels. Shower head broken.

Der komplette Ablauf von der Buchung an bis zur Abreise war TOP. Es wurden sämtliche Fragen im Vorfeld geklärt und alle Infos(besonders die Handhabung des Check-ins) bereitgestellt. Die Lage, um Liverpool zu erkunden war super(2min Fußweg vom City Center, 5min zu den Albert Docks, weitere Attraktionen leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen).  Rolläden im Bad und Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht(oder wir kannten die Funktionsweise nicht🤣) aber das war eigentlicht ein unerwähnenswerter Punkt.
