The location, the decor, the appearance! The smell of the bathroom was not nice when first entered. Needs ventilation. The shower( would not stay up) slow pressure and adhoc heating of it. Dirty pots with no scourer to clean them , remotes needed cleaning and the tv is poor quality. Sofa could use a thorough clean. The keys drop off and collections and drop off is a bit of a faff when you have luggage, it can make you feel vulnerable when collecting and dropping. , the comms (questions about my stay))(mandatory form filling was a little invasive.
