The location.

Property had a musty smell walking into the property. The bathrooms were not clean and there was a build up of black mold in showers.
The sofa beds were not comfy.
The blinds in bedroom need replaced and the room was on the fronts which kept us up with ambulance and police all night.
For the money paid I thought it was too much.
It's more like student accommodation.

It was in a really good location.

Floors weren't clean. Not entire mirrors for a group. Blinds didn't work. Tired fittings. No washing up liquid.

Everything was excellent, apart from a continuous beeping from the smoke ventilator for our whole visit. This stopped people from sleeping and one guest even booked a hotel for one of the nights so he could actually get some sleep. I tried to communicate this with the hosts several times, but they didn't do anything to help and were very slow to respond. After our stay I told the hosts I don't wish to write a bad review but we really weren't happy, and they didn't seem to be particularly apologetic or anything, hence why I'm now writing this review

The location and the size of the property so we could stay together.

Check in was supposed to be 3pm I received a text saying it was delayed till 4pm. We arrived at 4pm to be told to come back an hour later which was not possible as we had a booking at 6pm and needed to get ready. The rooms were not ready and the house smelt of weed as soon as you entered through the front door. The bedsheets were dirty we asked the cleaners to change the bedding to which they said they had done already, when we showed them the stains they then changed the bedding again for us. On Friday evening we returned back to the apartment to find the front door would not open with the electronic keypad we called the emergency number which was no help whatsoever, in the end one of our group discovered that the downstairs window was actually open (not by us) and managed to climb in to be able to open the front door from the inside. The catch sticks on the door so for this reason they need to supply you with an emergency key to open the door to prevent this from happening else we would have been locked out. The bathroom in the third apartment has the worse drain smell to the point we were gagging at the smell of the apartment on entry. Saturday morning we were showering in the 3rd floor bathroom and the 2nd floor apartment came upstairs to tell us the water was leaking through the ceiling all down the wall onto the light fitting which is obviously very dangerous. Downstairs apartment tv has no remote so you can't even use the TV, 2nd floor apartment the TV screen is broken where it looks like someone has thrown something at the tv screen and the aerial doesn't work so it's not usable. The mirrored wardrobe in apartment one was cracked all the way down. We had to ask the cleaner to empty our bin in apartment 3 as had the previous guests half eaten spring rolls left in there.

Plenty of room within the apartment and well equipped. I.e. tea, coffee, bedding and cleaning products.

We booked this at last minute due to a problem with original property. There was a disgusting smell from the drains that could be smelt in all 3 apartments - this needs addressing. Toilet is very noisy. Location - a little bit further out than expected. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and lighting not great in bedroom.

The team have great communication and are very help. The location of the apartments is ideal as everything was walking distance of what we had planned for our weekend. The flats we all clean. The skylights in some of bedrooms don’t have blinds which wasn’t pleasant in a morning.
Great stay. Flo
