Pros - Amazing location and the hosts were responsive and helpful. <br/>Cons - The place is just a bit run down, and needs some TLC. Cracked mirrors, paint peeling off, damaged skirting boards etc. And we were only given one toilet roll and one sachet of shampoo despite saying these were provided. <br/>All in all, it did the job but could be better with the amount of money paid. X

Location was greatcoat to attractions shops, pubs and restaurants. Duke Street Food Market and Salt House Tapas were great.<br/><br/>,Apartment was dirty , carpets and sofa beds were stained. Shower and tiles mouldy. Main entrance dirty. Overall needs a deep clean and decorating

they just did not honest they took deposit damage and they do not refund after few massages I had sent to them after more than 10 days and more they refund it not in full amount they took admin fee however they do not till you anything about until you get you refund which will discover it.

Lovely clean flat.<br/>Was slightly smaller than expected considering it sleeps up to 9 people but we didn't mind as it was a fair price.

The apartment was amazing, plenty of space and lots of facilities.<br/>The first night our bed was wet due to a wet clean towel being left on the bed, however I messaged host and stay, they sorted this out straight away and sent fresh linen and towels. They couldn't apologise enough. Would definitely stay again.

It’s cheaper than most for a reason. Booked last minute as another accommodation let me down, don’t book unless you want reams of emails with extra rules, hidden fees after you’ve booked, jumping through hoops with forms to fill in only to not get the lockbox code automatically & have to wait half an hour in the rain to receive the code once you complete the forms. The bathroom was dirty and bits of grime came off the shower head handle which clearly hasn’t been touched during the 6 hours of cleaning they needed to do between check out and the next guests arriving, as they couldn’t possibly allow a 1 hour later check out we asked and offered to pay for. It’s fine if you don’t care and will be out most of the time. pics are deceiving & before the furniture was stained. The smell of the bathroom drains filled the whole apartment. Minimum furnishings and no where for toiletries to go. Great location, that’s it on what’s good about it. will never stay again.

The property is located well.<br/><br/>The toilet has a macerator and stinks. The bedroom smells of sewerage. We had to sleep on the floor in the living room. We informed the host but they told us later we can move to a different house but would not fit us all. Truly disappointing. This house shouldn’t have been on the market for rental.

Host forced us to pay more money outside of booking for this apartment. He said that if we didn't pkay he would cancel our booking and take our money. Booking stuff didn't even reply to us.

Location was ok<br/><br/>was not clean- bra behind toilet , bottle behind bedside table-noisy neighbours knocking on door at 4 am drunk and shouting till 6 am. entrance dirty and smelled<br/>of humidity- sofa dirty and no linen to put on sofa - quilt cover used and quilts stained - poor assistance when toilet clogged expecting elderly and family not to undertake human needs until next day - neighbours starting fire alarm - someone accessing flat putting heaters full blast - poor security on door not safe for belongings

The bins are right outside the bedroom window so we couldn’t open them and upon arrival there was a musty smell in the apartment. Breakfast NA. Location good close to bars, restaurants, also near bus station which was handy as we traveled by National Express coach. A few little things could be renewed in apartments coffee table was a bit rickety but we really enjoyed our time in Liverpool.

The ceiling in bedroom at the front of the property leaked on the first night when the apartment above us had a shower. This was in the evening and I contacted the support number and spoke to a girl called Ivy. She said that as it was in the evening they couldn't send anyone out but would the next morning. However, nobody arrived the next morning and I couldn't get through to the support number again. The water came right down onto the middle of the bed so that room was virtually unusable. Other than that, everything else was ok.

The location was ideal, 2 minutes away from the centre of town. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and get access to the apartment.

This is a pleasant apartment in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, sights, places to eat and concert venues. Check in was convenient, the kitchenette was handy and there was a good communal space.

Katy, Joe and the whole team provided me and by 8 friends great accommodation to stay in while away for the weekend! The location is less then a 5 minute walk from the city which is perfect for getting away from the noise when wanting it! Lovely clean and spacious place to stay for a weekend away! The whole team are always on hand to help with whatever you need and provide excellent info about everything to do! Customer service is something the whole team clearly pride themselves on as theirs was absolutely excellent! Would 100% stay again!

Great location!

Beautiful and spacious home. Hosts were responsive whenever I needed help or provide feedback. My family of 8 enjoyed our short stay in Liverpool. Katy & Joe's place was close to amenities and plenty of food nearby. Supermarkets were very accessible as well.

Clear instructions provided by the owner about how to enter the property.<br/>Once we walked into the apartment itself you could see it was very clean and tidy, amazing location during the day for shopping / restaurants.<br/><br/>When we arrived it was a communal hallway, lots of bills and private paperwork we on the floor which had been posted through the letterbox.<br/>We walked up one flight of stairs, which were quite narrow and found our apartment, once we placed the code into the security box, we gained access to the key.<br/>When walking into the apartment, there was a very strong smell of fresh gloss type paint, which was very overpowering.<br/>In the living room, the smell was even stronger, I tried to open the window but found it slightly already open, but this then couldn't be closed as it was painted open.<br/>There was a lot of noise on the road from students and in November it was cold, unfortunately this was where the children were sleeping. We couldn't swap rooms as one child is 14 - a boy, the other a 7 year old girl, they would not share a small double bed.<br/>In our small double room, our window was the same, it would not shut properly, so it was noisy and cold.<br/><br/>We also didn't expect building works right next door, we were woken each morning at 7am by noisy builders, due to the window situation, we could hear all their conversations and swearing.<br/><br/>The TV could not access any channels stating too many people owned accounts on them?<br/>The wash machine was great, but no dryer built in?<br/><br/>The fridge was useful, but we didn't use anything else in the kitchen due to us eating out.<br/><br/>Ideal apartment for a couple, not really suitable for 5 people.<br/>Once the sofa bed was made up in the living room, you couldn't open the living door fully.

Modern en comfortabel appartement op zeer goede locatie, vlakbij de bezienswaardigheden van Liverpool. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima bedden en WiFi. Binnen een paar minuten ben je bij Albert Dock en het winkelgebied.<br/><br/>Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer (ik heb stof allergie). De wijk is levendig, dus in het weekend wel wat gehorig door langslopend uitgaanspubliek.

The location of the property was great and it was clean.<br/><br/>We didn’t feel safe in the property as a random man walked straight into our apartment. I don’t think you should be able to open the apartment doors from the outside once its shut. We did always lock our apartment door from the inside but on this one occasion we forgot and this really shook us up. If it wasn’t for the location I wouldn’t recommend staying there again as being a group of girls we didn’t feel safe, especially as there were a few occasions that the front door to the building was left open. We also didn’t like how there was no bolted lock on the apartment doors or any instructions on how to open the lock box with the keys inside and how to turn on the shower. I also think the toilet needs to be fixed as it didn’t feel like it was secure and the water would always rise to the top when flushing from the moment we arrived. We also felt like the apartment smelt damp.

It was clean<br/><br/>Outside was filthy. There was no TV remote. Many inside items were cheap/ unusable. One of the toilet rolls were used. Fan was broken, beds were uncomfortable. They crammed 9 people into an apartment that sleeps 5.

Perfect location, close to restaurants and plenty of nightlife. The apartment comfortably accommodates big groups (sharing full-sized beds). Upon arrival, the heating for the shower wasn’t working, Katy and Joe were very quick to send repairpeople. A fix wasn’t able to be made, however Katy & Joe were kind enough to offer us access to the apartment on the next floor with even more space and a working shower.

The apartment was modern, tidy and more spacious than we thought it would be considering there were 8 of us staying together. The lockbox and door codes were easy to use and made check-in and check-out really efficient. <br/>The sofa beds were easy to assemble, and everyone had enough bedding, towels, etc. The kitchen, though compact, had everything we needed and the little extras like the coffee machine and microwave were great. As we weren't staying that long we didn't get to use all the kitchen facilities, though it was nice to have the options! <br/>I had excellent communication with the hosts when booking and I never felt like anything was too much hassle to ask or enquire about. <br/>We also used the luggage storage facility at the host's reception building (for a small fee and not far from the apartment) which was so easy and helpful for us on our last day exploring the city, even on a Sunday!<br/><br/>Some minor details of decor/finishings were a little tired, but this did not get in our way or bother us too much. The bedding provided was quite thick, and it did get quite warm sleeping in the living room with the two sofa beds - but we also were grateful we had nice weather during our stay so can't really complain too much! As there is only a skylight in the living room/kitchen and we chose to keep internal doors shut during the night I think it would have been good to have thinner duvets or the option of a fan or something similar to improve air flow during the summer- but we were okay without. The bathroom did have mini shower gels but no hand soap - I could have contacted the host about this and I'm sure they would have rectified it but we managed with our own during the stay.

Location was spot on. Very Central to the Baltic quarter and Albert Dock.<br/><br/>Perhaps a bit too snug for 5 grown men. Perfect for a mixture of adults and kids though.

Nice location good amount of space<br/><br/>Few issues were not fixed before our arrival. Was offered a little discount off next booking but didn't feel like that was good enough. Seems staff are really responsive up untill you pay for the stay then if you have problems no response.

Location<br/><br/>We found a used syringe in the wardrobe on our second day. We informed the hosts and they offered to send in cleaners the following day after we had left and wanted photos so they could take up this issue with cleaning staff. They displayed no concern that we as a family had found this or had to have it in our apartment during our stay. I told them this was unacceptable and they said that the cleaning staff were getting ready to go home and offered us 10% off a future stay by way of compensation and a late check out. By the time this offer had come in we had already left anyway . The apartment appeared ok on first glance but after finding this we were unsettled about the real cleanliness and very upset about the lack of concern from the hosts.

Clean appartement on the ground floor near most of the hotspots in Liverpool. Easy check-in, good communication nice shower and good beds. No dishwasher, but other appliances are good.

Bedroom window has a massive crack all the way up the window, we had to take pictures to prove we hadn’t done it. The fire door in the living room doesn’t shut as it had been damaged. Tiles coming away from the bathroom floor. It wasn’t all bad, it just could do with a bit of an update to bring back to previous glory. would stay again if these we’re complete. <br/>The main entrance could do with the same, there was saw dust from some cutting all over the floor that hadn’t been cleaned, felt a bit like a youth hotel.

Had a very enjoyable weekend in Liverpool for my sisters 40th! The location was central and we were able to walk everywhere! The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and communication was brilliant throughout the whole stay! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay at the same apartment again when we return!

Great place to stay, the location is the best, you can walk to the center of Liverpool, the Cathedral and you have a lot of options to eat. Very clean place and the communication with the team is great. 40m from the apartment you can find a very convienient parking . I can recommend for families.

how close it is to town centre

Great place at a great price. Very central location and plenty of space for 8 of us. The cleaner kindly let us drop some things off before check in to leave them in the fridge which was very handy. There was a bit of noise from the road in the front bedroom at night, and no windos to open in the living area but worked well for us as a base on a busy weekend and was so handy for walking into the city centre.

The location of the property is excellent, particularly if you're intending to visit some of the main bars and restaurants. The hosts made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of our stay.

The apartment is in the great location, just 3 min walk away there is an amazing street with many pubs and it is around 8 min walk to get to the city centre. Communication with owners were smooth, as well as check-in and check-out. Only if there would be 9 people, they would have to be very close, because you will be sharing bed and also a blanket.

The location was excellent for where we wanted to go. Found the apartment and gained access with no problems at all. The apartment was very clean, has a brilliant view of the street (great for people watching) the bed was very comfortable and despite being close to bars and restaurants was really quiet, and thankfully no noise from the front either. Everything is in walking distance. So if you like shopping, eating, drinking or sightseeing it is an excellent base.<br/><br/>The apartment suited us fine as a couple but if there were a few more adults it would get a bit cramped. The macerator in the bathroom is a new experience for me but thankfully no issues. Shower is a bit lacking but that may be a thing here. First trip so nothing to compare it to.

Great location, well kitted out, nothing wrong with the kitchen amenities etc.<br/><br/>The place was somewhat falling apart it was obviously furnished on a shoestring and while there is nothing wrong with that, it was showing. The wardrobe door in one of the bedrooms was broken (making the boiler very noisy and nowhere really to hang up clothes), definite bow in the kitchen 'Island' etc. It needs a freshen up for sure and it was pretty expensive for what it was.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. It was a quiet area and had a spacious living room. We did have some issues with the bedding but Katy, Joe and Charlie sorted this out really quickly. Only downside was the shower as it kept overflowing. Beside this it was a comfy space and the hosts were very easy to communicate with!

Beautiful apartment with pretty much everything thought of. Really good location near shopping and nightlife but nice and quiet inside the flat. Great communication and lots of information provided. Just one shower room so I wouldn’t have a big group in there, but highly recommend. Thank you!

the apartment we stayed in was lovely, the only problem we had were windows and no blinds to cover so light was beaming in at 5am, the front door also needs the lock looking at due to us struggling to open it but apart from that was a lovely apartment to stay jn, well cleaned

Lovely apartment, glasses could have been cleaned better and no blinds on the roof windows meant light came in the bedroom early morning, overall a nice stay and very good location! Easy check in.

We recently stayed here visiting Liverpool on a girls weekend. The pictures of the Airbnb looked lovely and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We arrived mid afternoon, got ourselves ready and headed out for the night. When we woke up the next morning we found ants all over the front room and living room (no food or drink was left out over night) and to make matters worse the fire alarm started going off. The owner did say as a result of the construction nearby the dust can set this off which is understandable. However, I was calling the property help number on repeat as the alarm would not subside. I was told someone was coming to the property to sort the issue, but no one ever arrived. We actually had to phone someone we knew who is an alarm engineer from back home to ask him how to turn it off, otherwise it would have been going off all day. For something as serious as a fire, it didn’t seem like a matter of urgency to them. The towels that were provided were damp and we had to buy batteries for the tv remote as there was none. There was also no hand soap provided which was a red flag, during these covid times. <br/>All in all the location of the Airbnb is great, really easy to walk to all the main tourist spots but there were a few down sides to the property, that sadly would be enough for us to seek accommodation elsewhere next time.

A lovely stay, amazing for location! Really clean and a simple check in. I wouldn’t recommend for groups larger than 5/6 simply due to size and having only one bathroom. The hosts were great !! :)

Lovely place to stay. Right central to everything, attractions, shopping centre and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay a lot!

Everything was great for the most-part and was as described. Lovely spacious place in a good location <br/>Only qualm was no guests stayed the night before and we still could not arrive early FOC. A £30 early sign-in was offered which seems excessive after the covid year we all had. Other than that all good.

Had a great stay at Katy, Joe & the team’s place. Perfect location, super cosy and clean. The team were amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay. Would definitely go back and recommend

This is a perfectly placed apartment to explore Liverpool City Centre and the Docklands. There is plenty of room in this apartment and a family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The check-in was very smooth and the communication was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again on a mini break to Liverpool.

Gorgeous modern apartment with big spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Location is very very central! You get the heart of Liverpool shops, bars & restaurants at your door step. Easy check in and very informative step by step instructions on how to get to the apartment/ how to enter the apartment. Great value for price. Would definitely recommend.
