Property Details

The Space
A modern style apartment that sleeps 9 guests with one double bed in one of the bedrooms, one double and one single sofa bed in the other, and two double sofa beds in the living room area.

**Please note that the single sofa-bed in the apartment is fairly small and is ideal for children, young adults and those who are happy to sleep on a cosy, snug, single futon bed. Please see photos for reference. **

The kitchen comes complete with all crockery and pots and pans for cooking at home and you are just a few minutes walk away from Tesco. If cooking doesn't tickle your fancy then there are a host of restaurants all available within a short stroll of the apartment.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours so we ask that all our guests are the same back.

Our apartment is within walking distance of all major attractions. You can choose to take a short stroll or use your car to go around the city. Duke Street Market, Liverpool ONE and Baltic Triangle are close by, however if you are willing to take an extra few minutes walk, you'll be at Albert Dock and Liverpool Waterfront.

Please note, there are currently some construction works in a nearby building which may cause some noise pollution.

Getting Around
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away with Liverpool Central train station just around the corner.

There is pay and display on-street parking available from 8am-6:00pm at £2.40 per hour and in the evenings for free after 6pm on any designated bays along the street. This is subject to availability.
