Good location<br/><br/>Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up.

Location was excellent. Property was ideal for our group.<br/><br/>There was a fault on the fire alarm, causing the panel to beep constantly. I’m sure this will be sorted as the property seems well maintained.

Location was very good<br/><br/>The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment. All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside. We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer. Would not go back even with the great location. We ? overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Apartment cleaning levels need upped <br/>We had no microwave so we're unable to heat up any food. Really needs some sort of hob to cook <br/>1 key fob, so had to wake up friends to get in Apartment <br/>When it says perfect for nightlife it means forget getting any sleep until at least 6am<br/>Living area too small for 16 guests <br/>Provide more toilet rolls

This place is a great location and a good setup for a hen party or a large group but it does have the wear and tear of having hosted a lot of parties. The sofas and carpets are dirty and stained, it’s a basement so there are no windows and the walls are all marked and dirty. <br/>Good space for what you need but they didn’t provide any towels or bedding for the sofa beds which was disappointing.

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.<br/><br/>The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep.

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.<br/><br/>We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them.

The location was handy<br/><br/>The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived.

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful<br/><br/>We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life.<br/><br/>The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out. <br/>There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty. <br/>There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling! <br/>The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app.

The accommodation was fine. <br/>The beds were quite comfortable. <br/>Location was great, very central (but loud) <br/>Shower pressure is good.<br/><br/>It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy. <br/>Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak.<br/>The accommodation wasn't that clean.<br/>Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels.<br/>The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches.<br/>The laminate floors need re doing<br/>There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open. <br/>The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures. <br/>The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it<br/>The bedrooms are fine but crowded. <br/>The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother.

The location was good<br/><br/>There were 12 girls that stayed in this appointment. Wasn’t easy to get in even with the codes we had to try doors until ours opened.<br/>The sitting are was not great just small kitchen area. Not enough room for us all to sit together to have food and drinks. <br/>Not enough seating space.<br/>Not a great area if you are wanting to chill for a few hours before going out. <br/>Advertised as having a living area and kitchen but definitely was no living area.<br/>I would not recommend this apartment for large group of people.

Perfect for nightlife. Restaurants, pubs and bars just outside the door. We were a friend group of 5 so everyone got one bedroom each. Would definetely stay here if we go back to Liverpool AS a large group to enjoy the nightlife.<br/><br/>As expected a bit noisy if you want to sleep at night. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. Beds slightly hard - but that might be subjective. We all ended up using one shower since the pressure in one of then was low. A few of us had some challenges with the front door now and then.

The location was extremely central. Perfect for a hen/stag do. It was lovely and clean also.<br/><br/>There were a couple of broken beds, quite a lot of the wall sockets weren’t working and the toaster kept tripping all the electrics. The noise was very bad but we were pre warned about that before paying for the stay.

Location only good point<br/><br/>Basement room stunk of damp and mould, no hot water for over 24 hours so we had to spend second day walking round liverpool unwashed. Sofas, beds and bean bags absolutely covered in human stains.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of everything. Really clean. Friendly host - they answered all my questions straight away.<br/><br/>The flat was really loud at night, but this wasn't a problem for us - just take ear plugs and you will be fine!

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host.<br/><br/>It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for.<br/><br/>The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend.

It’s location is absolutely spot on, everything you need in touching distance, bars are fabulous.<br/>Organisation was great

Very close to the main bars and clubs and Liverpool 1, close to a Q park, though a 5 minute walk.<br/><br/>The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is. The living/kitchen area was very small and didn't have enough chairs for 18 people and became cramped very quickly which was a pain as this was for a hen do and we wanted the living area for group activities. On the advert it states property has an oven, but only a microwave oven. Only 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) which is problematic when you have 18 people staying! Flat got absolutely boiling with no fans or Aircon and that was in October! It is very loud around the apartment but that is to be expected with the clubs but the noise goes on until 5/6am

It's definitely a great apartment if you are in Liverpool for the nightlife and up partying at night. Very central to all the clubs and pubs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean. Kitchen well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Good communication with staff.<br/><br/>Rug and carpet in the living room really dirty and beanbags could do with a wash. Both bathroom doors didn't shut properly. We were a group of friends so wasn't too much of a problem but definitely had to knock before entering. Sensor light in the hall kept going on so was waking up people sleeping on the sofa beds. The apartment as people had said before is very noisy through the night with people/ music outside all through the night so bring earplugs. We were in the basement so it was a bit cold/damp.

It was a big apartment and very central

Booked this apartment for a hen do for 2 night. Brilliant location, easy to find. <br/>Check in was at 3pm although did not receive code to check in. Had to call the office a few times before we actually had the code to enter the apartment (50min late) <br/>We entered the apartment and we noticed there was no windows in any room as it in the basement. Strong smell of damp once you walk in. <br/>2 bathrooms, however only had 2 tissue paper to share between 16 of us. <br/>Overall, the apartment was clean the bed was comfortable and great location.

Very spacious and in the best location! Clean and with plenty of space for all guests. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was lovely and shower was warm and powerful. Kitchen has everything you needed and more! Couldn’t ask for better really.<br/><br/>There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the basement but it didn’t affect our stay.

great location for our visit to Hoylake for the golf. right next to concert square and close to Mathews street for r bars in the evening!<br/>Overall I would recommend the accommodation only thing from allowing me to score 5 stars is the hot water wasn't working for 2 days of our stay

The location was perfect for what we needed. Central location with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is better than a hotel as all in the same place, with a seating area so have somewhere to congregate while getting ready. The lock box with the key helps if end up coming home separately. Good value for money too<br/><br/>We had the ground floor flat, so get a bit of street noise through the night, but not so much it is a problem

Modern, spacious, perfect location for night life. Showers strong and kitchen had everything we needed. Great value for a group on a stag/hen for sure and like 1min from concert Square which is a fab night out.<br/><br/>The apartment doesn't have curtains on the windows so light was a problem on top of the (already anticipated) noise. Also the lights in the hall come on automatically so those on the sofa beds in the living area had lights coming on and off everytime someone needed the loo. There was also a bit of a drainage issue with the WCs getting a bit smelly.

Apartment is grand for what it is, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here if you weren't on a Hen/Stag type weekend. The apartment is dirty, there was a very bad smell on arrival and stains all over the floors. <br/>The instructions in the apartment are not correct. As it's a basement it is essentially a bunker when it comes to phone access. The instructions within the apartment indicate that you can find a router in the place and get the WiFi from that. This is incorrect. I had to contact the host to gain WiFi access and this was a real pain. The hot water instructions are also incorrect. Again I had to contact the host to get more hot water. The instructions should be provided before arrival or be correct within the apartment for these issues. <br/>The apartment is also attached to a nightclub so it is almost like you are sleeping in the nightclub when you are there. I appreciated that there would be noise but we never expected it to be that intense.

Very central location with good facilities.<br/><br/>The location was also a bit of a setback, the noise from outside at times made it seem like the windows were left open even though they weren't. Rooms could have been cleaner. What would stop me coming back is the extremely poor service from customer service when we had trouble finding the property. Several phone calls and over an hour of walking around trying to find the place, made it seem like the people we spoke to didn't know where the place was either. Extremely frustrating and for that reason alone we won't be back.

Had to phone a call centre to be directed to the front door. Also no Wi-Fi available which was a problem given the poor 4G network in the area. Had to purchase toilet roll….only 4 rolls provided for 11 people for 2 days!

Helpful hosts!<br/>No signal downstairs so make sure you get a pic of the wifi before you head down the basement as you won’t get ANY signal.<br/>When they say it’s loud, as it’s in the city centre - they mean it, it’s so so loud, music thumping till early morning and I could hear people in the air b&b above us throwing up lol!!

Perfect location for nightlife. Right in the centre of the bars and clubs - so perfect for a hen do as we were out partying! Not so good if you want to sleep any time before 3am. Beds comfy, bathroom and kitchens clean. Kitchen table area quite spacious for 16 of us. Lockbox for keys handy for check in but also good to keep them safe if anyone wanted to nip back and not risk losing.<br/><br/>Bathroom drains a little smelly when we first got there, we were offered maintenance but it was manageable for what we needed. Had to buy extra toilet roll. Very loud in the bedrooms from the street - loud music from the clubs til 3am and also screaming outside much later. Fine for us but just a warning if anyone wants a good nights sleep!! Not a great amount of cups/plates etc, thankfully we’d taken plastic cups. Quite difficult to find as it’s just a door down an alley - follow the instructions they email you, rather than Google Maps!

No details of how to “self check in” ahead of time, it toke a long time to get through to someone in Booking.Com to eventually assist us to check in.

Lovely apartment and the location was perfect for what we wanted - right in the centre of the city and close to nightlife. The home was clean and as described, it was nice and open too as I was concerned with 12 of us staying we might be a little cramped but it was perfect. However, we stayed for 2 nights and had no heating or hot water for a large chunk of our stay (1st night and most of 2nd day). We were therefore unable to shower on day 2. We phoned around 9am and were advised someone would be with us by midday, however they did not arrive until around 1. We also asked maintenance to fix the TV for us, they switched it on at the wall but upon leaving we realised it was still not working. This wasn’t a major issue as we just wanted to use the TV for music. The main issue was for the price we paid, having no hot water or heating for the majority of our stay was really disappointing and dampened our experience considerably.

Amazing location and ideal if you are looking to be out and about in Liverpool. Down side is that the Airbnb doesn’t have any air circulation so if you are planning on relaxing in the apartment, it feels very stuffy and can get a very unpleasant damp smell quite quickly - especially after showering. The hosts were great and were very responsive and did send someone over to fix issues that we had. The bedrooms do have some sunlight which you can not escape and there is no blind - this can make sleeping hard if you prefer to be in total darkness. Overall a good price for what you get, however i would encourage you to book this place only if you are looking to be out of the apartment the majority of time!

Great Hosts, great price, great location. Extremely responsive and helpful, the apartment was also super clean with everything needed for a getaway with friends or family. Would highly recommend these hosts.

Location of this place couldn’t get any better, walk out the front door and your in the strip of liverpool. Really nice apartment and very clean. Only bad thing is they really need to sort out heating/hot water, it wasn’t working when we first arrived so they sent out someone to sort it. But on the 2nd day it went again so unless we wanted a cold shower we had to go without, but that was the only negative thing.

Stayed there for a hen weekend and the property was a great location for shops/restaurants/bars and just a short walk to the docks. The only thing I would note is as it’s right next to some late bars you can hear the beat of the music until they close, other than that I couldn’t fault.

Highly recommend staying here as it makes for a lot of fun as a group and was nice to stay somewhere tidy like here in the perfect location

Location is honestly the best thing about this Airbnb, perfect. <br/>Check is was a little stressful for us. Make sure you get all the information needed to get into the apartment before getting there. <br/>Heating was not working for us, we had to sleep first night in jumpers as it was cold, however this should be fixed before the next person stays. <br/>Noise wasn’t a problem for us, it wasn’t too loud. <br/>The Airbnb is indeed in the basement with no service which isn’t an issue, the problem was wifi was terrible. We expected wifi to be strong enough for 16 people but it took forever for anything to load. To make a simple phone call we had to go back up stairs to the front door to get a strong enough connection. WIFI is not strong enough if you’re considering WFH - which is what some of the people with me tried to do. Other than that service was good, lovely and kind, they tried everything thing they could to help us. They’re a bit slow at messaging back but call them and they will answer. :)

It was a nice stay. There was no signal because were in a basement so we had to take phone calls outside. The communication between the actual owners was amazing, but when I had to call up, the communication was awful! It was some company in overseas who was the customer service so they knew the property, but had no idea about the location of the key holder or the street it was on etc. this meant me and my friends were looking for the apartment for an hour before we got there. The customer service was so unhelpful honestly. Got inside and we were pretty pleased until we saw some wear and tear and experienced a horrid smell from one of the bathrooms.(Basically someone used the toilet and forgot to flush..). I assume the pictures in the photo were from when it was brand new so they met need updating. We struggled for signal for a while and spent some time looking for the wifi. The instructions of where to find the wifi said it would be either in “the living room, the hallway or one of the bedrooms” so it wasn’t specific. We then gave up and went outside to get signal to ask the owners who gave it to us. It only worked faintly in certain areas of the apartment though, and disconnects frequently. The good thing is the location was right next to all the clubs so it was easy for us to go out however, when you wanted to sleep it was super noisy as you could hear everything on the street. Overall it was just okay. I wasn’t amazingly impressed but I didn’t hate it. The whole experience was like a treasure hunt as we had to follow what seemed like riddles to get simple results.

Good location, clean, friendly staff available via messages, entry was fairly simple once door was located. Bathrooms were decent. Beds were comfy enough. It was ideal for a stag do, reasonable price where everyone could be together with no frills. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking to just have a place to lay their head.<br/><br/>Street noise was loud in the apartment due to thin windows. First night was difficult to sleep but second night was a bit easier. It was quite warm all night too which made it more difficult to sleep and opening the windows made it louder. The noise and heat died down after a while. In the check in instructions it was mentioned there was a plaque outside the front door on the street but I couldn't find this. Had to match up the door with the photo so not a massive issue but some signage would have been good.

Location good<br/><br/>Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom and no hot water, which was very annoying for a group of 6, very pricy for what it is, served a purpose would not recommend, unless your desperate, location for a night out was good, complained regarding the smell and no hot water, asked for some compensation, which was not accepted, so hence a poor experience

Location perfect for nightlife<br/><br/>Check in process was an absolute joke. 12 guys stood in the street for over an hour trying to get an address or any info due to delays in their systems updating our info. Also asked for £500 deposit up front aswell. No hot water in the apartment so freezing cold showers all round. Only good thing about this place is location but whole process for getting in was ridiculous. Got bombarded with 10 texts a day aswell in the lead up to the trip. Would avoid

Location was great. We were on a lads weekend away and was able to find parking nearby. Loads of space in the apartment and plenty of beds. The host Charlie was really quick to get back to you on any queries. Would definitely recommend and use again.<br/><br/>N/A

It was clean, spacious and had good basic amenities. Bedding, towels and crockery were provided. There were two fridges which were super cold so great for keeping drinks cool! Checking in and out was really easy and the phone line staff were very helpful in answering any queries. The location was great for daytime.<br/><br/>The windows are single glazed so trying to sleep with the noise of the nearby clubs, bottle bins, drunks in the street, seagulls, was almost impossible. If you are out all night and don’t care about sleeping it’s fine but if you need a decent nights sleep this isn’t the place for you!

location was amazing. we travelled as a hen party from Belfast with 8 of us in total. the location is right in the centre of the nightlife so it is loud but absolutely amazing for what we wanted. the communication from the host was very good.<br/><br/>The actual apartment was tired, dirty and small. The pictures look great but unfortunately our apartment, which was on the ground floor was not good. It wasn’t clean even though you are charged a cleaning fee, we had dirty bed sheets. The communal area (the kitchen) didn’t have a table to eat off, the kitchen wasn’t big enough for our full party to be in at once, nor were any of the bedrooms unfortunately. The shower pressure was terrible, although the bathrooms were a good size, the main bathroom had a shower over the bath but it didn’t work. The hosts were contactable but we didn’t want to sit on and wait for issues to be resolved when the most of them weren’t going to be resolved without an entire property move. Wouldn’t have minded so much had the pictures were more accurate or the price was reflective but we were expecting something quite nice which we didn’t get.

Right in the centre of Liverpool night life. Spacious with plenty of beds. Looks exactly as described. Beware of hidden deposit costs which are not mentioned on the listing.

Just a warning to others renting through this group - they appear to run a scam with deposits claiming damage to beds etc once you’ve left. Would avoid!<br/><br/>location good but hassle after not worth it

Clean and tidy, secure building and fantastic location!<br/><br/>It would have been useful to have had more information on the facilities at our apartment, as the advert appears to be a generic one for a couple of apartments. Maybe an information booklet for each apartment would be useful in the future

Overall our experience was great! From start to finish the communication was spot on and we had an amazing time up in Liverpool. There was a slight issue on the Saturday which resulted in us being locked out for some time as the battery died on the door but it was sorted later on in the night and the guys were very sincere in their apology and did the best they could to get it fixed! Would highly recommend :)

Location was good but If you like your sleep it's not the greatest as music right outside all night then as soon as that finished the bin men were out collecting all the bottles.<br/><br/>Noise all night

This Apartment could not have been more ideal for what we wanted ! It was right in the heart of Liverpool - accessible to everything! Perfect for a big group! Only issue we had was the wifi! Someone came to fix it the first day but it wasn’t resolved. It wasn’t a big issue , we didn’t need our phones much! And Katy,Joe and Team allowed us a later check out due to this. Much appreciated. Will definitely be recommending and may even return ourselves.

Flat is nice and spacious, perfect for a hen party I was throwing. Be mindful that thr premises has 3 flats, so check with the hosts which flat you're staying in. <br/>(if you are placed in the lower ground flat, there isn't phone connection, apart from the WiFi that comes with the premises.)<br/>Being in the heart of the nightlife of the city there is noise that comes into the property from the streets either side so maybe pack earplugs, but for the price it's well worth it!

Perfect apartment for a hen do. We were a group of 14 and the location was excellent, everything was so close. Slightly confusing to find the keys when we arrived but after a quick telephone call, all was sorted. Thanks

The location is smack bang in the middle of the city centre, the purpose of our trip being a hen do was perfect for the night life!<br/>Most of my communication was with 1 member of staff named Charlie, they were extremely helpful, responding to all messages and questions extremely fast and was honestly the best part of the stay. <br/>One of the only places we could find that allowed all members of the hen party to stay together, with 5 separate bedrooms which is rare and extremely useful. <br/>A short walk away from a decently priced multi storey car park for a city centre.<br/><br/>Extremely noisy, windows are paper thin as are the blinds so let in all the light from the street lights as well as all the noisy from party goers directly below and some sort of club entrance, beds uncomfortable. Prior to and during our stay we were sent multiple messages stating how important it is we don’t leave any mess or damage or anything of the sort otherwise we will loose our substantial security deposit. It is fair enough if they have had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately we arrived to sticky floors, rubbish behind one of the bedroom doors and confetti on the floors.

The location was perfect for our stay. walking distance to everything that we needed to do<br/><br/>the heating system wasn’t working, told them but it wasn’t fixed. not enough tissue left in the apartment considering they knew it was for a large group. we had to go shop and buy our own toilet roll. There are smoke alarm on the communal area that are broken and need fixing as this is a fire hazard.

Was brilliant !

It hadn’t been cleaned in advance floors dirty a lot of cigarette burns to furniture, cracked tiles, damp, poor condition not as advertised at all. No settee. Uncomfortable seating. The host did offer another clean when advised but we declined as all our belongings were inside by then.

Nothing at all.<br/><br/>This apartment ( dormitory) was nothing was I expected for the price £1354 for one nights stay. <br/>The accommodation was dirty, cramped, not enough seating or crockery for 12 people. One dirty shower with brown stains on walls & ceiling. Broken, missing @ stained vertical blinds in all rooms. <br/>Holes in seating in kitchen and metal edging of worktop pulled back , which ripped a friends trousers. I could go on, I am livid a property could be advertised for this price being such a poor standard of accommodation .

Great apartment for large groups looking to go out around central Liverpool. Location couldn't be better. I had actually been expecting some noise due to it's central location but as it is a basement apartment, had no issues with this. Hosts made check-in and check-out totally straight forward and responded very promptly in the run up to the stay and during. Would recommend!
