The location is central to loads of bars and clubs, so it was ideal for the stag weekend we were on.  It is loud during the night but we were told this in advance so it’s not an unknown and also given where it is it’s fairly obvious. 

Great for a group of guys on a weekend, also the communication from host and stay was exceptional.

Good communal area to fit everyone and rooms were decent sizes. All things considered.  Property wasn’t particularly clean and the carpet was tacky, however for a stag, it was a great setup, other than the fact that the location is within the space of multiple nightclubs, so if you plan on sleeping, bring ear plugs. 

The noise level was absolutely terrible, there was a smell of urine the place was grubby the walls where dirty there was no hot water until I made numerous calls for it to be resolved 

Horrendous

Very central location perfect for a Liverpool stag do as all clubs right next door. Clean and tidy with good communicaiton.

The perfect location if you're planning a hen do or stag do, right in the heart of the night life. As a hen do this made it feel very safe getting in late at night as we were literallyjust around the corner in the clubs. Granted its noisy, you can hear all the bars and clubs, glass bins empties early in the morning but frankly, as a group we were out late and noisy too so it worked well for what we wanted as we had no concerns about disturbing anyone with our fun! Hosts responded to messages quickly, gave us everything we needed to know about our stay and how they expected us to behave in the space. Thanks for having us!

Sewage leaked from the roof for the whole stay. Stunk really bad. Also they gave us the wrong codes to get in so we waited 2 hours outside while they found out what it was. Also they refused to refund us as it’s against air b and b’s policy. We got 30% even though there was dirty smelly water leaking out the roof the entire time.

stayed here for my stag weekend  and was perfect for what I needed and enabled my party to stay together.  property was as described and host was very helpful and responsive,  would definitely come back 👍

Location was ideal, some of the communication with the company to check we were aware of the potential of noise etc was useful.  The communal area was tiny when there were 11 of us trying to enjoy time together. No oven or anything so thankfully we hadn’t brought oven food. The door was tricky to lock and we weren’t always confident that it was properly locked. 

Fine for a hen do, not sure I’d return

Separate rooms. Clean sheets. Kitchen area.  Al the damages that we found when we arrived broken mirror shower holes in kitchen chair holes in beds. Made me panic I would get charged with all the messages I was getting about damage.  The smell of sewage that came from the bathroom sink not draining water correctly obviously blocked drainage somewhere 

close to the nightlife/shops, beds comfy  couldn't find the WiFi password/router so some people went without. 

Lasses weekend

Amazing location in the city centre, bedding was clean. Host was quick at responding to messages and was very helpful.  It wasn’t very clean inside the apartment, the floor was stained in the lounge, walls dirty, and no ventilation or working windows, we had the basement apartment so it was very humid with 16 of us. We found earrings that did not belong to the group as well as false eyelashes, the sensors kept turning the lights on in the lounge (I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed) and this meant very little sleep. The apartment looked nothing like any of the photos but we made the best of it and appreciated the late booking after another apartment cancelled us with 24 hours notice. 

Very central to all shops, pubs etc.  Very noise from outside, had issues with bedding for 3 of our party. When contacted, the host found it extremely stressful and unhelpful to get this resolved. Had cold showers from Saturday morning. The living room looks extremely tired and needs updating. Not be suitable for people with reduced mobility due to all the steps and heavy doors.

There was some questionable things when we arrived at the aparentment but weren't too sure if it was just cleaning product that was not wiped up.  It was very very loud which we knew it was going to be heading in but I did wish the windows were thicker.  However, the location was amazing and the hosts got back to me with every question that I had.  

The property was hard to enter, the main door sticks and requires a hard push to open. The actual apartment itself differs slightly from the standard shown in the pictures. The place is full of black mould, the walls are covered and it has a very strong smell of damp. When we arrived there was a jug and pint glass left sitting in the bedroom and an unflushed toilet which says alot about the standard of cleaning in this apartment. The only saving grace about the place is it's a good location, however we couldn't wait to leave it and some guests booked alternative accommodation. The carpets are absolutely disgusting with stains, the bedding has stains and one of the beds is broken which I was told was fixed when I previously asked about it. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.  

Damp & Dirty

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious Good location  The noise, I’ve never heard anything like it  Bins emptied all day and all night absolutely horrendous sounded like we were being bombed Also people outside all night, think the windows could do with some work

Very enjoyable will be back

The location was perfect.  From the minute we stepped in the door there was dirt and rubbish everywhere. The apartment was filthy and smelled damp. Carpets and couches were covered in stains and they expected people to sleep on them. The pull out beds are also broken. The kitchen was fine but could do with an update. Lock on the bathroom door was broken. Rooms are tiny and have very little space for the amount of people they claim to accommodate. The walls in the bedrooms were full of mould and dirt. The alarm kept beeping all night and made it hard to sleep. It was nothing like the pictures on the website so don't be fooled.

Location  Locating the place in first place (poor phone signal in area meant  couldn’t access the pack I was sent with location on, ) & no number on door! It was a bit shabby. There was a cracked mirror, and one bed wasn’t sleepable in as no support.The lock on main front  door was faulty and by the last day of our stay  it wasn’t functioning at all. It took us 20 minutes waiting outside in the dark/cold and a phone call to the office who (were very helpful and) spoke to the to the maintenance man who said he knew it was faulty and had a new mechanism on order. We had to practically break the door down and bruised ourselves in the process. Really shouldn’t have had people staying when we couldn’t get in. Other people also couldn’t get in and woke us up in the early hours as they couldn’t get in either!! Noise levels were very high.. we expected usual noise , but it was very loud..especially bottle bins being emptied in the early morning !! 

Disappointing.. (but the staff on the phone were very helpful

Location was perfect, very clean and lovely and warm inside.  The door to enter the property was very hard to open. It took us ages to get in. You had to use force to open it.  Smoke alarm went off at 4am in the morning! There was also a continuous bleeping noise in the corridor the whole time we were there.  Needed a mirror in each bedroom and the ironing board was broken. 

We had a great weekend in Liverpool

no mirror in bathroom ,no tables in lounge ,now were to put anything in bedroom ,carpet in lounge dirty ,we were put in basement no windows . 

Noisy ,

Good location  Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up. 

Wouldn’t go back

Location was excellent. Property was ideal for our group.  There was a fault on the fire alarm, causing the panel to beep constantly. I’m sure this will be sorted as the property seems well maintained. 

Perfect for groups and in an ideal location for touring the city/enjoying night life

Location was very good  The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of  rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment.  All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside.  We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer.  Would not go back even with the great location.  We 💯 overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Awful.

Apartment cleaning levels need upped  We had no microwave so we're unable to heat up any food. Really needs some sort of hob to cook  1 key fob, so had to wake up friends to get in Apartment  When it says perfect for nightlife it means forget getting any sleep until at least 6am Living area too small for 16 guests  Provide more toilet rolls 

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.  The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep. 

Definitely need double glazed windows

location was ideal - great for a large group  Smell in one of the bathrooms. No toilet rolls provided - then when told they provided 2 for 18 people! Broken beds. Noise during the night couldn’t be helped but windows could be sound proofed! Number to contact owners wasn’t always available and answered. 

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.  We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them. 

GREAT for Nightlife, terrible for sleep - its tidy, its big and you can make noise- Perfect!

The location was handy  The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived. 

Our stay was poor

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful  We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life.  The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out.  There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty.  There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling!  The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app. 

Filthy and smelt horrendous!

Location great for nightlife , shops, travel,shopping, restaurants. etc  very noisy , which we expected . Double/ tripple glazing would help.  Needs a few basic facilities such as brush, pan, mop, ironing board. 

Had a great time, central to everything.

The accommodation was fine.  The beds were quite comfortable.  Location was great, very central (but loud)  Shower pressure is good.  It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy.  Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak. The accommodation wasn't that clean. Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels. The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches. The laminate floors need re doing There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open.  The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures.  The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it The bedrooms are fine but crowded.  The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother. 

Would only book if looking to party for a short time.

The location was good  There were 12 girls that stayed in this appointment. Wasn’t easy to get in even with the codes we had to try doors until ours opened. The sitting are was not great just small kitchen area. Not enough room for us all to sit together to have food and drinks.  Not enough seating space. Not a great area if you are wanting to chill for a few hours before going out.  Advertised as having a living area and kitchen but definitely was no living area. I would not recommend this apartment for large group of people.

Enjoyable

Perfect for nightlife. Restaurants, pubs and bars just outside the door. We were a friend group of 5 so everyone got one bedroom each. Would definetely stay here if we go back to Liverpool AS a large group to enjoy the nightlife.  As expected a bit noisy if you want to sleep at night. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. Beds slightly hard - but that might be subjective. We all ended up using one shower since the pressure in one of then was low. A few of us had some challenges with the front door now and then. 

Absolutely lived up to expectations

The location was extremely central. Perfect for a hen/stag do. It was lovely and clean also.  There were a couple of broken beds, quite a lot of the wall sockets weren’t working and the toaster kept tripping all the electrics. The noise was very bad but we were pre warned about that before paying for the stay.

Excellent, will definitely use again

Location was excellent - right in the centre of everything. Really clean. Friendly host - they answered all my questions straight away.  The flat was really loud at night, but this wasn't a problem for us - just take ear plugs and you will be fine!

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host.  It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

Location is perfect and slept the number of guests we had comfortably!  Place is grubby and things broken, needs modernised and a proper deep clean! One bed was broken. Late check out could not be done due to their strict cleaning regime, there is no time spent cleaning the place at all

A great central place in the city. Please take earplugs if you like your sleep as it is very loud over a weekend. This is something we were well aware of from other reviews but it is something that needs mentioning for anyone thinking of staying. Plenty of room for us all as well so we were very happy with our stay. Thankyou

Very clean and excellent location.  I expected noise, but it was quite bad at times. 

It was central and enough space for all of us.  Didn't like being in the basement flat due to having no windows or ventilation in kitchen.  Also would help to have a brush and shovel. 

Excellent location, perfect base for a weekend.  Beds weren't the best some seemed rather old. 

Great base

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for.  The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend. 

It’s location is absolutely spot on, everything you need in touching distance, bars are fabulous. Organisation was great

Nothing  Noise is ridiculous - won’t sleep until 6am when clubs close - no heating or hot water for 50% of our 3 day stay 

Poop - avoid unless your planning on going to an uncomfy bed at 06:00 in the morning and don’t like

Very close to the main bars and clubs and Liverpool 1, close to a Q park, though a 5 minute walk.  The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is. The living/kitchen area was very small and didn't have enough chairs for 18 people and became cramped very quickly which was a pain as this was for a hen do and we wanted the living area for group activities. On the advert it states property has an oven, but only a microwave oven. Only 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) which is problematic when you have 18 people staying! Flat got absolutely boiling with no fans or Aircon and that was in October! It is very loud around the apartment but that is to be expected with the clubs but the noise goes on until 5/6am 

Good location for a hen do, but smaller than expected and needs more toilets

The flat is essentially in the attic of Popworld. It was incredibly loud all night so really only appropriate for stag- or hen-dos that will be out themselves most of the night. If you think you'd like cheesy pop music all night, do remember the people smashing glasses, chanting and vomiting immediately outside your window. It's also sandwiched between a strip club and a bar that hires the worst live musicians in all of Liverpool. All 16 of the mattresses are so old they could legally buy a beer. I don't think the flat was accurately described and I would not recommend staying here.

It's definitely a great apartment if you are in Liverpool for the nightlife and up partying at night. Very central to all the clubs and pubs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean. Kitchen well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Good communication with staff.  Rug and carpet in the living room really dirty and beanbags could do with a wash. Both bathroom doors didn't shut properly. We were a group of friends so wasn't too much of a problem but definitely had to knock before entering. Sensor light in the hall kept going on so was waking up people sleeping on the sofa beds. The apartment as people had said before is very noisy through the night with people/ music outside all through the night so bring earplugs.  We were in the basement so it was a bit cold/damp.

Fun and a great vibrant city

The Size of the rooms were great and  walking distance to bars and restaurants  There were no windows in lounge and bathrooms.  The shower had mould in the corners 

Very spacious and in the best location! Clean and with plenty of space for all guests. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was lovely and shower was warm and powerful. Kitchen has everything you needed and more! Couldn’t ask for better really.  There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the basement but it didn’t affect our stay.
