no mirror in bathroom ,no tables in lounge ,now were to put anything in bedroom ,carpet in lounge dirty ,we were put in basement no windows .

Good location Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up.

Location was excellent. Property was ideal for our group. There was a fault on the fire alarm, causing the panel to beep constantly. I’m sure this will be sorted as the property seems well maintained.

Location was very good The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment. All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside. We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer. Would not go back even with the great location. We ? overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Apartment cleaning levels need upped We had no microwave so we're unable to heat up any food. Really needs some sort of hob to cook 1 key fob, so had to wake up friends to get in Apartment When it says perfect for nightlife it means forget getting any sleep until at least 6am Living area too small for 16 guests Provide more toilet rolls

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep.

location was ideal - great for a large group Smell in one of the bathrooms. No toilet rolls provided - then when told they provided 2 for 18 people! Broken beds. Noise during the night couldn’t be helped but windows could be sound proofed! Number to contact owners wasn’t always available and answered.

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them.

The location was handy The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived.

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life. The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out. There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty. There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling! The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app.

Location great for nightlife , shops, travel,shopping, restaurants. etc very noisy , which we expected . Double/ tripple glazing would help. Needs a few basic facilities such as brush, pan, mop, ironing board.

The accommodation was fine. The beds were quite comfortable. Location was great, very central (but loud) Shower pressure is good. It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy. Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak. The accommodation wasn't that clean. Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels. The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches. The laminate floors need re doing There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open. The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures. The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it The bedrooms are fine but crowded. The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother.

The location was good There were 12 girls that stayed in this appointment. Wasn’t easy to get in even with the codes we had to try doors until ours opened. The sitting are was not great just small kitchen area. Not enough room for us all to sit together to have food and drinks. Not enough seating space. Not a great area if you are wanting to chill for a few hours before going out. Advertised as having a living area and kitchen but definitely was no living area. I would not recommend this apartment for large group of people.

Perfect for nightlife. Restaurants, pubs and bars just outside the door. We were a friend group of 5 so everyone got one bedroom each. Would definetely stay here if we go back to Liverpool AS a large group to enjoy the nightlife. As expected a bit noisy if you want to sleep at night. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. Beds slightly hard - but that might be subjective. We all ended up using one shower since the pressure in one of then was low. A few of us had some challenges with the front door now and then.

The location was extremely central. Perfect for a hen/stag do. It was lovely and clean also. There were a couple of broken beds, quite a lot of the wall sockets weren’t working and the toaster kept tripping all the electrics. The noise was very bad but we were pre warned about that before paying for the stay.

Location only good point Basement room stunk of damp and mould, no hot water for over 24 hours so we had to spend second day walking round liverpool unwashed. Sofas, beds and bean bags absolutely covered in human stains.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of everything. Really clean. Friendly host - they answered all my questions straight away. The flat was really loud at night, but this wasn't a problem for us - just take ear plugs and you will be fine!

Location is perfect and slept the number of guests we had comfortably! Place is grubby and things broken, needs modernised and a proper deep clean! One bed was broken. Late check out could not be done due to their strict cleaning regime, there is no time spent cleaning the place at all

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host. It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

A great central place in the city. Please take earplugs if you like your sleep as it is very loud over a weekend. This is something we were well aware of from other reviews but it is something that needs mentioning for anyone thinking of staying. Plenty of room for us all as well so we were very happy with our stay. Thankyou

It was central and enough space for all of us. Didn't like being in the basement flat due to having no windows or ventilation in kitchen. Also would help to have a brush and shovel.

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for. The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend.

It’s location is absolutely spot on, everything you need in touching distance, bars are fabulous. Organisation was great

Very close to the main bars and clubs and Liverpool 1, close to a Q park, though a 5 minute walk. The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is. The living/kitchen area was very small and didn't have enough chairs for 18 people and became cramped very quickly which was a pain as this was for a hen do and we wanted the living area for group activities. On the advert it states property has an oven, but only a microwave oven. Only 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) which is problematic when you have 18 people staying! Flat got absolutely boiling with no fans or Aircon and that was in October! It is very loud around the apartment but that is to be expected with the clubs but the noise goes on until 5/6am

The flat is essentially in the attic of Popworld. It was incredibly loud all night so really only appropriate for stag- or hen-dos that will be out themselves most of the night. If you think you'd like cheesy pop music all night, do remember the people smashing glasses, chanting and vomiting immediately outside your window. It's also sandwiched between a strip club and a bar that hires the worst live musicians in all of Liverpool. All 16 of the mattresses are so old they could legally buy a beer. I don't think the flat was accurately described and I would not recommend staying here.

It's definitely a great apartment if you are in Liverpool for the nightlife and up partying at night. Very central to all the clubs and pubs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean. Kitchen well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Good communication with staff. Rug and carpet in the living room really dirty and beanbags could do with a wash. Both bathroom doors didn't shut properly. We were a group of friends so wasn't too much of a problem but definitely had to knock before entering. Sensor light in the hall kept going on so was waking up people sleeping on the sofa beds. The apartment as people had said before is very noisy through the night with people/ music outside all through the night so bring earplugs. We were in the basement so it was a bit cold/damp.

Very spacious and in the best location! Clean and with plenty of space for all guests. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was lovely and shower was warm and powerful. Kitchen has everything you needed and more! Couldn’t ask for better really. There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the basement but it didn’t affect our stay.

Great Location Street level noise & beds a bit uncomfortable

The property was clean and perfect for a group. Even though the location was good the noise was so loud. You can hear everything and it doesn’t stop till 4am at the earliest.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Central location with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is better than a hotel as all in the same place, with a seating area so have somewhere to congregate while getting ready. The lock box with the key helps if end up coming home separately. Good value for money too We had the ground floor flat, so get a bit of street noise through the night, but not so much it is a problem

Great apartment. Bear in mind that it is in a noisy area. Bars open below apartment until 4am as described. Can get a little warm in communal area and fan would have been helpful. Some beds were a little worn and uncomfortable. Overall great location, good hosts and would use again for similar sort of get away.

Modern, spacious, perfect location for night life. Showers strong and kitchen had everything we needed. Great value for a group on a stag/hen for sure and like 1min from concert Square which is a fab night out. The apartment doesn't have curtains on the windows so light was a problem on top of the (already anticipated) noise. Also the lights in the hall come on automatically so those on the sofa beds in the living area had lights coming on and off everytime someone needed the loo. There was also a bit of a drainage issue with the WCs getting a bit smelly.

Very central location with good facilities. The location was also a bit of a setback, the noise from outside at times made it seem like the windows were left open even though they weren't. Rooms could have been cleaner. What would stop me coming back is the extremely poor service from customer service when we had trouble finding the property. Several phone calls and over an hour of walking around trying to find the place, made it seem like the people we spoke to didn't know where the place was either. Extremely frustrating and for that reason alone we won't be back.

initially the apartment was hard to locate as the front door was just off fleet Street, in a side street. Once we had located where we should be, entering the building was simple keycodes. There were a couple of teething problems, WiFi was not working and we couldn't get the hot water to go, this was soon rectified after a message to the owners, although the WiFi was not working the whole weekend which was a bit of a pain but not the end of the world. There were 15 adults that stayed here all with individual beds across 5 bedrooms, it was a bit tight with only having a kitchen/seating area and 2 showers but it worked. Noise levels were high from the street, this should be expected given the location and I would recommend ear plugs. The location was perfect, absolutely everything is on the doorstep and not too far to walk.

location was fantastic for night life Difficult to locate on arrival. Access was not as per the booking address. Down a lane adjacent but not clearly marked. Had to phone a call centre to be directed to the front door. Also no Wi-Fi available which was a problem given the poor 4G network in the area. Had to purchase toilet roll….only 4 rolls provided for 11 people for 2 days!

Just returned from a Hen Weekend with 11 other ladies and we had a great stay from start to finish. The apartment was clean throughout and well equipped, each room was a generous size and the beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment itself is centrally located and within walking distance of all shops, bars and clubs (excellent nightlife!!). Check in / out was quick and easy and a massive thank you to Charlie who kept in touch before and throughout our stay. We have one very happy Bride to Be!! :)

Perfect location for nightlife. Right in the centre of the bars and clubs - so perfect for a hen do as we were out partying! Not so good if you want to sleep any time before 3am. Beds comfy, bathroom and kitchens clean. Kitchen table area quite spacious for 16 of us. Lockbox for keys handy for check in but also good to keep them safe if anyone wanted to nip back and not risk losing. Bathroom drains a little smelly when we first got there, we were offered maintenance but it was manageable for what we needed. Had to buy extra toilet roll. Very loud in the bedrooms from the street - loud music from the clubs til 3am and also screaming outside much later. Fine for us but just a warning if anyone wants a good nights sleep!! Not a great amount of cups/plates etc, thankfully we’d taken plastic cups. Quite difficult to find as it’s just a door down an alley - follow the instructions they email you, rather than Google Maps!

Address given is not accurate and there is no markings on the property to identify it. No staff to greet you. No details of how to “self check in” ahead of time, it toke a long time to get through to someone in Booking.Com to eventually assist us to check in.

We really enjoyed our stay with Katie, Joe and Team! Check in was so easy with them being extremely accommodating with times! The actual flat itself was nice and clean with towels for all 16 guests, a few minor scuffs here and there but nothing you wouldn’t expect for a flat accommodating large group sizes! Bathrooms were particularly nice, also you couldn’t beat the location as it was right in the middle of the city centre! Only downsides being we couldn’t find the wifi and the heating controls seemed broken, however we were only really in the room to sleep so not a problem. I’m sure a message to the team would have cleared this up!

This accommodation is perfect for a large group. Very centrally located, close to lots of bars and nightlife. Communication with Charlie and Rolly was really easy and response time was excellent. Late check out was accommodated with no issues and at short notice. Would highly recommend

Good location, clean, friendly staff available via messages, entry was fairly simple once door was located. Bathrooms were decent. Beds were comfy enough. It was ideal for a stag do, reasonable price where everyone could be together with no frills. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking to just have a place to lay their head. Street noise was loud in the apartment due to thin windows. First night was difficult to sleep but second night was a bit easier. It was quite warm all night too which made it more difficult to sleep and opening the windows made it louder. The noise and heat died down after a while. In the check in instructions it was mentioned there was a plaque outside the front door on the street but I couldn't find this. Had to match up the door with the photo so not a massive issue but some signage would have been good.

Location good Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom and no hot water, which was very annoying for a group of 6, very pricy for what it is, served a purpose would not recommend, unless your desperate, location for a night out was good, complained regarding the smell and no hot water, asked for some compensation, which was not accepted, so hence a poor experience

Location perfect for nightlife Check in process was an absolute joke. 12 guys stood in the street for over an hour trying to get an address or any info due to delays in their systems updating our info. Also asked for £500 deposit up front aswell. No hot water in the apartment so freezing cold showers all round. Only good thing about this place is location but whole process for getting in was ridiculous. Got bombarded with 10 texts a day aswell in the lead up to the trip. Would avoid

Location was great. We were on a lads weekend away and was able to find parking nearby. Loads of space in the apartment and plenty of beds. The host Charlie was really quick to get back to you on any queries. Would definitely recommend and use again. N/A

It was clean, spacious and had good basic amenities. Bedding, towels and crockery were provided. There were two fridges which were super cold so great for keeping drinks cool! Checking in and out was really easy and the phone line staff were very helpful in answering any queries. The location was great for daytime. The windows are single glazed so trying to sleep with the noise of the nearby clubs, bottle bins, drunks in the street, seagulls, was almost impossible. If you are out all night and don’t care about sleeping it’s fine but if you need a decent nights sleep this isn’t the place for you!

We got charged for the shower which was already broken before we got there there was no toilet roll in the apartment- we had to buy our own (after paying £1200 to rent the apartment for the weekend) floors where dirty on arrival bedroom window did not close- ground floor so was loud but expected

location was amazing. we travelled as a hen party from Belfast with 8 of us in total. the location is right in the centre of the nightlife so it is loud but absolutely amazing for what we wanted. the communication from the host was very good. The actual apartment was tired, dirty and small. The pictures look great but unfortunately our apartment, which was on the ground floor was not good. It wasn’t clean even though you are charged a cleaning fee, we had dirty bed sheets. The communal area (the kitchen) didn’t have a table to eat off, the kitchen wasn’t big enough for our full party to be in at once, nor were any of the bedrooms unfortunately. The shower pressure was terrible, although the bathrooms were a good size, the main bathroom had a shower over the bath but it didn’t work. The hosts were contactable but we didn’t want to sit on and wait for issues to be resolved when the most of them weren’t going to be resolved without an entire property move. Wouldn’t have minded so much had the pictures were more accurate or the price was reflective but we were expecting something quite nice which we didn’t get.

We liked how close it was to everything we needed in Liverpool. Less than 5 minutes walking to the closest bars and restaurants which was ideal. Nothing really. We were very happy with everything

Just a warning to others renting through this group - they appear to run a scam with deposits claiming damage to beds etc once you’ve left. Would avoid! location good but hassle after not worth it

Clean and tidy, secure building and fantastic location! It would have been useful to have had more information on the facilities at our apartment, as the advert appears to be a generic one for a couple of apartments. Maybe an information booklet for each apartment would be useful in the future

Location was good but If you like your sleep it's not the greatest as music right outside all night then as soon as that finished the bin men were out collecting all the bottles. Noise all night

The location is smack bang in the middle of the city centre, the purpose of our trip being a hen do was perfect for the night life! Most of my communication was with 1 member of staff named Charlie, they were extremely helpful, responding to all messages and questions extremely fast and was honestly the best part of the stay. One of the only places we could find that allowed all members of the hen party to stay together, with 5 separate bedrooms which is rare and extremely useful. A short walk away from a decently priced multi storey car park for a city centre. Extremely noisy, windows are paper thin as are the blinds so let in all the light from the street lights as well as all the noisy from party goers directly below and some sort of club entrance, beds uncomfortable. Prior to and during our stay we were sent multiple messages stating how important it is we don’t leave any mess or damage or anything of the sort otherwise we will loose our substantial security deposit. It is fair enough if they have had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately we arrived to sticky floors, rubbish behind one of the bedroom doors and confetti on the floors.

Great apartment in a great location, good value for money and excellent communication from the team with quick responses throughout the weekend! Very easy check in and check out. Is very close to night clubs so alot of noise throughout the night but would definitely recommend for cheap weekend away with large groups wanting to hit the bars and clubs!

The location was perfect for our stay. walking distance to everything that we needed to do the heating system wasn’t working, told them but it wasn’t fixed. not enough tissue left in the apartment considering they knew it was for a large group. we had to go shop and buy our own toilet roll. There are smoke alarm on the communal area that are broken and need fixing as this is a fire hazard.

This place is super convenient and can sleep an entire family, we were visiting Liverpool for a night and it was in the centre of everything. I loved the wall decorations and the cleanliness! Would stay again if we came back!

The team were brilliant. Check in was easy, lots of information given to us before arrival so we could make the most of Liverpool and it really is perfect location for a night out. The team responded so quickly when we called or messaged them. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Me and a few people only stayed for one night but it was everything and more. The apartment is amazing for big groups of people. It is literally around the corner from some bars and clubs which is perfect if you are wanting to see the night life in Liverpool.

Booked last minute for my sister's hen party as the other apartment we had booked cancelled on us just a week before. Great apartment.The bride and all the hens were delighted with it. Perfect location, especially for walking back from the bars and clubs. As other reviews have stated, it is very noisy throughout the night but this is due to its very central location. Communication with the team was brilliant!

Stayed for a hen party and perfect central location for the night life. Everything was less than 5 minute walk away. Just be warned liverpool is mainly cobbled so be aware of walking in heels. Some of the bedrooms are facing the nightlife so can be noisy so don’t choose this location if you are wanting to relax. I don’t think the photos do this apartment justice. It was spotless and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is in a seperate room which you can’t really tell from the pictures and was perfect space to pre drink and set up our decorations for the hen night. I was the organiser for the hen party and Katy, Joe and team were all very quick to respond to messages and very helpful

Get location for a night out.

I booked this place for my sisters hen do and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location of this place is superb, especially if your plan is to party. If not then don’t stay here as it is very noisy well into the night. Katy, Joe and Team are great if you have any questions/queries, they responded straight away to any questions I had. Can’t fault them. The only downside to this place is the longe/kitchen area as it’s quite small for 16 people, it got very warm very quickly in a small room full of 16 bodies. Overall this is a fab place to stay in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Ideal for Hen/Stag party bookings. I will definitely stay again.

Was in a very central location

12 of us stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Liverpool on a "lads" weekend and we were extremely pleased with the accommodation. The location was perfect for what we wanted, with a fantastic night life within a couple of minutes walk. Mathew Street is only a 10-15 minute walk too. It was very noisy at night (Friday and Saturday) so if you're not intending to be out until the early hours, it's probably not the best place for you. The apartment itself was decent with a good size kitchen/social area, plenty of sleeping space, comfortable size bathrooms and very clean. Erin, Katy, Joe and team were exceptional hosts and extremely helpful. They always replied to my messages within 24 hours. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to groups looking for accommodation close to the night life of Liverpool.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Liverpool. Perfect for large parties and very convenient to reach to supermarket, train stations, clubs etc. Katy, Joe and Team have been very quick at getting back on all enquires and always happy to assist. This apartment is highly recommend to others.

Great team. Very professional. Made organising the trip easy for me. In terms of the place, you I can't beat the location. It is perfect if you're there to soak up the bars and clubs. Just need to accept the noise levels remain high in to the very early hours as it is very busy outside.

Amazing location for night life. We booked for a hen do - I'd recommend booking if you want a comfy place to rest your head but will spend most of your time out and about. The kitchen space is quite small for the number of beds, however if you're planning a night out then it's perfect for a coffee in the morning! The beds were really comfy. It is loud at night but being a few steps away from some great places to go out it is to be expected!

The apartment fulfilled all our expectations and needs; it was spacious, bright and clean. The location was perfect for our group - next door to restaurants, bars and nightclubs; walking distance to everything in Liverpool city centre. Of course a bit noisy late night, located on the 1st floor. The check-in via a keypad and lockbox at the door was easy; and the information and communication I had with Katie and her team was very good. I will choose it again if going back to Liverpool with a big group!

The apartment was as described, perfectly located and clean. The hosts were reactive and helpful, The only drawback is the noise from the streets on weekends, difficult to sleep until quite late at night, but if you come to Liverpool to party it’s fine.

Just arrived home after a fantastic stay for my daughters hen weekend, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean & easy to find, minutes walking distance from train station & city centre shopping & nightlife . Everything about this apartment and process was perfect, I didn't stay there personally as I booked it for a family members hen do. But I heard wonderful feedback. 5+++ stars.

Great place, really clean and central. The was a lack of mirrors considering we were a big group of girls getting ready for a hen do. So maybe bring your own. Other than that host was good at communication and we had a great stay.
