The Space
Beautifully designed with a white interior and wooden laminated flooring, complemented by blue, grey, and amber furnishing, Princes Place Hideaway III boasts a modern and homely feel.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home away from home -  fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more! There is plenty of space for dining with a wooden dining table and breakfast bar.

The living area features a huge Smart TV above an indoor fireplace decor, two accent chairs and two sofas which convert to two double beds sleeping up to 4 guests.

Princes Place Hideaway III features two bedrooms accentuated with stylish blue divan bases, plush pillows and lovely frames in each room. The first bedroom fits two double beds comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The second bedroom offers a double bed for sleeping two guests, decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.

The property also has two bathrooms - ideal for large group stays! Sparkling clean, each bathroom has a WC, a wash basin and a shower. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. 

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located in Princes Road, the property is in surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, accessible via stairs.

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
