The master bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a double bed and a unique mezzanine level featuring two single beds. Neighborhood
Located on Princes Road, the property is in surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.
The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!
Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Just got back today from this lovely apartment! Spent the weekend in Liverpool for my birthday celebrations and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed and not too far out of town. Looks like the photos too - so we definitely got what we asked for. It was beautiful! It is walkable into Liverpool City Centre, but the weather was awful this weekend - so we used Uber into town which was very cheap. Hosts were fab too! Very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again, and also use Host and Stay for future reservations. Thank you!

The place is just okay. Location is good which is not far to the city with frequent bus service or can be on foot for about 30 mins. Disappointed about the microwave situation, there was none in the property although this was on the amenities list. Kitchen utensil wasn't clean properly and the tv wasn't set up with the WiFi, plus the remote control was so unresponsive. Few little things needed to make the guest welcome like some complementary drinks.

Great location and the apartment itself was lovely, clean & spacious for 9 of us staying. Kitchen was well equipped, no keys needed as it was a code - once we worked out how to input the code (pressing the screen for the numbers to show) it was great However there was a leak in the 2nd bathroom sink and the shower did not drain, I reported this and we were advised not to use it, which wasn’t great when there were 9 people to get ready I was advised someone would be out on Saturday to look at the leak however no one arrived, the leak got worse we were literally emptying the bowl every 10 minutes which obviously wasn’t possible during the night so we had to use towels for the overflow Really disappointing as the place itself was great and within a 30 minute walk to the Exhibition centre we were visiting all weekend.

A great apartment, very modern and clean, spacious and well arranged, good beds, good wifi, flexible keyless entrance, in a very quiet neighbourhood. All rooms including the 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet) are accessed independently from a small central hall, making it ideal for groups of colleagues or friends - as well of course as families. Just be aware that the apartment is on the top floor without elevator, so there are 3 flights of stairs to climb (not an issue for us).

I liked the Apartment it was in a good location, bus stop was nearby to get to the town centre quicker . the beds were very comfy and the apartment was spacious. we checked in and there was still rubbish from previous occupants.

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy. Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries. Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location. The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire. The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut. There is a shortage of plug sockets. Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding. Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

This is one of these rare reviews where my only regret on heaping so much praise on the property and the team looking after it, is that I hope that it doesn't become unbookable as a result of the success of the place.. I will definitely be coming back here, the apartment was perfectly located to allow for walking into the city centre, Sefton Park, Lark Lane, and the views from the windows were pretty great too. The apartment has a great communal area, which is perfect for respectful reunions of friends and served as a great base for our city exploring and nightlife foraging. The two toilets and showers meant that there was never anyone waiting to use the facilities, and everyone slept very well. The design is stunning in its simplicity, which also makes it easy to keep clean and tidy. As a place for a relaxing getaway, or if you're looking for a base for something more adventurous, it is an ideal landing and launch pad for anyone looking for a balanced stay in Liverpool. God bless

The apartment is in a good quiet area a 20 minute walk from the city centre with good public transport access. Property very easily accessible. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, well furnished, clean and modern. Good sized outdoor area. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool.
