You have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, cosy dining space, double sofa & modern bathroom. The apartment building is quiet with secure access to residents only, communal seating in the central courtyard & lift access. The apartment is ideal for those looking for a base to explore the city without all the noise of being in the thick of it.
The apartment is in a residential building with quiet, respectful neighbours. So we ask out of courtesy that our guests are the same.
The apartment is so central that everything in the city centre is within walking distance! If guests wish to venture further afield then the transport links are excellent nearby. There is Lime Street Station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station nearby. • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

La ubicación La decoración El guardia de seguridad super amable Es muy complicado encontrar al alojamiento ya que esta en un edificio al cual se le estan haciendo obras y honestamente espanta un poco la manera de entrar al alojamiento. Tener que ir por la llave del alojamiento a una tienda de conveniencia que esta a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento. Los calentadores no funcionaban, asi como la estufa y el refrigerador. A las almohadas de la habitación principal les faltaba higiene, asi como al colchón de la sala. Incluyendo que la alarma de incendios nos depsertó dos veces durante la noche, y como estan remodelando los ruidos no te dejan dormir, asi mismo cuando dejamos el alojamiento nos dimos cuenta de que había letreros que decían que estaban prohibidas las rentas de estancias cortas y que si había ese tipo de rentas se le iban a pedir a los huespedes que abandonaran el edificio lo que nos hizó dudar un poco de si nos estabamos quedando en una propiedad apta para rentar en vacaciones.
