The Space
Ropewalks Quarters VII is a newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Liverpool. Located in a traditional red brick building, the apartment has been transformed inside with modern and stylish interiors.

Ropewalks Quarters VII  sleeps up to 8 guests and features an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Perfect for home-cooked meals, the kitchen and dining area features all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and plenty more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. A double sofa bed is also provided in the lounge sleeping up to two guests comfortably. Free WiFi and a Smart TV is provided for streaming your favourite shows.

A private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers a bistro table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee or pre-dinner aperitifs.

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed and it also comes with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a comfy double bed.

The main bathroom is equipped with a WC, a basin, and a shower over the bath.
Please note:

- The property doesn't use gas, therefore, there is no carbon monoxide detector installed. We value safety and have prepared a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the apartment and send out a guide with safety information.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood known locally as the Ropewalks and is a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.

You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.

For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a minute walk away.

Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance.

Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs!

Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 8 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 10 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Getting Around
You won't be needing any taxis or public transport if you intend to stay in the city centre. However, if you do plan to leave the centre, to perhaps visit the football stadiums or parks, we are just a 7 minute walk from the main central bus station.

Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.

If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.

The apartment was very clean and accommodated 8 of us sufficiently. Location very central. Apartment was well equipped but couldn't get the tv to work.<br/>Couldn't get tv to work. 8 of us stayed in the apartment for 2 nights so there was quite a bit of rubbish but nowhere to empty the bin. It states in the welcome pack to maybe take your rubbish home with you but we were on the train. Couldn't find the bins to dispose of it. Yes we did look. But couldn't find it






It was spacious, clean, nice area-plenty to do around it mostly walking distance, comfortable and welcoming.<br/>Boiler stopped working-No hot water <br/>Heating smelt like burning when on-unsure why



This is probably 1 of the nicest apartments I have stayed in, I could move in and stay forever, it’s very homely, it’s on the 1st floor so not many stairs either<br/>Nothing

I liked the comfort and security of the apartment, the closeness to the M & S Arena and the city center. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It also had a really nice balcony, if the weather was nicer it would have been lovely to sit out. Very quiet apartment, bedrooms are at the back into a courtyard therefore it was very quiet.<br/>We missed having a dishwasher, we cook in the property. It is not a major issue, everything else was perfect.






Clean and warm. Balcony with two comfy seats. Well equipped kitchen but bring own milk. Coffee and tea supplies, sugar. Plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Bring own toiletries especially if staying longer than one night and extra toilet rolls and tissues for longer stays<br/>Early check out time! 10 am too early especially on a weekend break. Having to access information on the mobile. Would have been nice to get a welcome pack on arrival. The information link didn't work on phone so had to phone the company several times to ask how to get into the garage. There is no lift so for older people it's quite a haul carrying suitcase and provisions up two flights of stairs for flat 4.

It felt cold all the time. It was a shame there were no coffee pods for the Nespresso. Annoying to have to sign in to every app on the TV.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the property is centrally located for Liverpool City Centre<br/>The water did not stay hot, so it was impossible to have a hot shower. The towel rail was constantly on with no off switch in the bathroom. Only one of the windows in the small bedroom opened, all others in the apartment had been painted shut. The apartment had a terrible Wi-Fi signal scrambling the TV channels

Showing overseas family the sights of the city nothing could have been more convenient and knowing the car was secure because we didn’t need to use it everywhere on foot. Loved the property, it was fresh, clean and comfortable. Centrally located which was great and there was a garage for parking the car.<br/>There was not enough towels. Fine for those sleeping in the bedrooms but none for those sleeping on the sofa bed. The bedding for the sofa bed could have been doing with a refresh. Nothing major as thankfully I had packed towels etc. Other than that I would have scored the property a 10.

We stayed at these apartments for a two night stay .The apartment had excellent decor throughout to a very high standard. Easy access to city centre (2min walk)<br/>Waterfront (5min walk).Theatre's, Cinemas, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We stayed here as we were doing Christmas shopping and visiting a local Theatre. We will definitely be returning in the near future to this apartment as we had a really enjoyable stay. Also there was good communication throughout the whole process.



the apartment is beautiful so clean and beds very comfy and the location is brilliant good for shopping,eating out and entertainment all on the doorstep would highly recommend to family and friends excellent stay<br/>i had bother getting a link to get the keys it kept coming up error i had no wifi so i had to get my daughter to travel 10 miles to sort it out on my computer at home after 2 hours we got them but i think it would be better with a key safe outside the property, as we were all over 60 and it was quite a walk with cases apart from that a brilliant stay in luxury aparment
