This contemporary two double bedroom apartment accommodates up-to six people with a super comfy sofa bed in the lounge area. Bright, airy and modern this is the ideal place for families, friends or the business traveler fed up of corporate hotels! With all the creature comforts; fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, fresh modern bathroom with waterfall shower & bath you'll feel right at home!

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment is right in the city centre and has quiet friendly neighbours. Please respect our neighbours at all times.

Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.

Please note there are building works taking place opposite Shaw’s Place and some of the windows in the apartment overlook the site.
