Come and stay in our modern & clean apartment, located right in the heart of the city centre. This two bedroom apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of all attractions. Memory foam beds, all bed linens provided, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and a host of other amenities in a great, central location! Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.

The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising. There is a large wall mounted TV. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, pots, pans and cutlery and a Tesco supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away. The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a comfy spring mattress as well as ample hanging space and a reading lamp should you require. The 2nd bedroom again has a comfy spring mattress - though this time it's a king size. The handy sofabed is small double size so perfect for 2 children but 2 adults might be a bit cramped. The apartment also comes with one car park space. Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.

The apartment is just a 12 minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Lime Street Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre and St George's Hall.

Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station are just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3.

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
