El apartamento estaba bastante bien, moderno, con mucha luzl , el barrio regular, pero es verdad q estaba cerca del centro y para movernos no tuvimos q usar transporte publico. En general muy bien<br/><br/>Por guardar las maletas hasta la hora de la entrada nos pidieron 5 £por maletas.nos fuimos a comer con ellas y a la vuelta era las 14,45 y nos dijeron q hasta las 15 horas no nos la podían dar, tuvimos q ir dos veces a una tienda a unos 100 metros a por ellas , porque el email q le mandamos no nos contestaron,. Cuando dejamos las llaves a las 4 de la madrugada otra vez a la tienda a dejarla en un buzón, tuvimos q hacer un video de como las dejábamos y mandárselo a booking.com. <br/> 25£ de depósito en la tarjeta sin derecho a devolución, aunque no estropearas nada<br/>Al no haber persona física todo lo tenias q hacer por email, para mi muy complicado

Spacious .. useful location.<br/>Fairly clean (except for one of the toilets that definitely needed wiping).<br/><br/>The description of the property was that it included a patio which we were eagerly looking forward to ... however, there wasn't one.<br/>We were also informed that there was a spare key (which we very much needed). However, despite requesting via phone calls, one was not provided.<br/>The lock on the door to the apartment was incredibly difficult to operate (needs replacing).

Really clean and spacious<br/><br/>No parking, not the most streamlined check in experience at the local shop. Only 1 set of keys between the party and needed to get into the block, not just the flat itself. Was supposed to be an extra set in the flat but they were not there. Contacted host but we're not provided.<br/>No access to the roof terrace area- padlocked off. Not enough glass ware, crockery etc for no. of guests

Upon our arrival, we encountered several inconveniences. Firstly, we had to retrieve the keys from a convenience store two blocks away, which was quite inconvenient after a tiring journey from California and three kids. Despite requesting an early check-in and a late check-out (11 pm check-in and 1 pm check-out), we were informed that we would be charged 5 pounds per luggage at the office. This resulted in additional Uber rides and discomfort for my family, particularly one of my children who was unwell. To add to the frustration, we had to vacate the property by 10 am on the day of check-out and wait for hours with all our luggage, contrary to our agreed check-out time. I strongly believe that these inconveniences should have been properly addressed,. Luckily, our stay at an Airbnb in London was a stark comparison, as it was truly enjoyable. It's disappointing that this experience was marred by such simple inconvenience

A fantastic modern flat that was absolutely spotless. Host was very responsive in replying and proactive. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Appartement was erg netjes<br/><br/>Methode om de sleutel te krijgen en weer in te leveren was zeer omslachtig. <br/>We waren er precies tijdens een feest in de buurt, heel veel harde muziek. <br/>De buurt blijkt niet zo goed aangeschreven te zijn.

We stayed for the weekend for a Taylor Swift concert and had a great time.<br/>The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable and in a great location. There were nice views of the sunset and everything you could need was in walking distance. You have to pick the keys up from a local shop but it’s a few minutes away so that was not an issue.<br/>There is parking close by it’s on a small street so unloading needs to be fast! The communal entry area is not great and quite dirty but once you get into the apartment it’s fine.<br/>As mentioned in other reviews, you have to pay £25 insurance before you arrive which I have never had to do in any Airbnb but this didn’t feel like an Airbnb in the normal way, it’s very much a business.<br/>The main issue was we only had one set of keys the whole time which was a pain but we made it work as it was a short stay!!!

Great location, walkable to many sights of Liverpool, and comfortable/spacious apartment for a family of 4. Beds and shower pressure were good quality, kitchen table is expansive, and the living room is a fabulous space to gather and enjoy the views. We unfortunately did not have a positive check in experience. I messaged repeatedly asking for instructions and specifically asked for the address to pick up the keys for the Uber driver, noting that I would not have internet once in transit. I was told twice it was self check in with a code at the unit, which was not correct, so my family of four was locked out and had to walk to pick up keys with all of our luggage. As other reviews have noted, there was a non refundable security deposit and the lobby area is not well kept. We were also disappointed that the telescope was not usable (the scope was sealed shut). On balance, the unit was fairly priced, met our family’s needs, and we were content with our stay.

Location was great, comfy beds and lovely size dining table, easy key collection and the host and stay staff reply very quickly to any queries we had.<br/><br/>Not enough cutlery or loo roll(only one roll each bathroom) for 8 people, only one lift Working.

Pros: very quiet, great views, lovely apartment, friendly host, great amenities (fast internet!).<br/>Cons: non refundable 25 deposit required after purchase. Not so private terrace was not accessible (locked).<br/>Really good overall if you want quiet, views and to be central. Would stay again.

I booked the apartment and was informed to collect the keys in the corner shop. Not informed there is security code which I need to get to collect the keys. I was calling the number for more than 30min finally got hold of someone barely speaking english > she gave me the code which was invalid. Another hour later I go the call that someone is coming to drop the keys. 2hours waiting and finally 11pm got my keys. I had to pay 250£ deposit for damage.

Lovely apartment with great views. Good locations a short distance from all the main sights.<br/><br/>Lobby and outside street slightly dirty, but you don’t stay in the lobby do you! Had some issues with the lock until got the knack with it.

Lived the layout and the view.<br/>Location was great for our stay.<br/><br/>There seems to be a small issue with drafts from some windows. Minor issue but it was an incredibly windy weekend.

Great location for exploring Liverpool especially the Baltic triangle. Nice flat, although in a busy neighbourhood, the flat is still quiet.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit tollem Blick über Liverpool. Dank guter Beschreibung und Fotos einfach zu finden. Zahlreiche Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das sollte man berücksichtigen, falls man eine ruhige Umgebung bevorzugt. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Lovely top floor flat with lots of views across Liverpool. Very clean and well kitted out. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Good beds and plenty room for 5 people. Easy walk to Beatles story, harbour and to the shopping district.

Perfect location for 4 lads from the US visiting Liverpool for the Open. Everything was as advertised. Easy to walk to coffee shops and a few restaurants. Uber readily available to take you anywhere else.

We travelled to attend a graduation ceremony at Liverpool University. The apartment is in a great location a 10 minute walk from the city centre, university and shops with great amenities and restaurants nearby., Te apartment is well appointed, modern and spacious to accomodate a family of 8. I cannot recommend the support and advice from Katie, Charlie and Joe enough - well done guys.

The flat was a superb find and would be very happy to stay there again if I visit Liverpool.<br/>It is exactly as described in the pictures and also a short walk to the M and S arena where our daughter was competing in a cheerleading competition.

Great location and great modern space - modern and clean with dishwasher and washing machine. <br/>Great for walking much of Liverpool. <br/>Katy Joe and team were very responsive to texts, we had a few minor matters easily and quickly resolved. <br/>Access and getting the key was easy. <br/>Have to agree with previous comment the Lobby is a bit dirty and the smell of the bins very unexpected however this is not what the unit is like. <br/>You wouldn’t be disappointed staying here. In all a great mixer space for exploring much of Liverpool

We recently stayed here for a girls weekend getaway, my first time in Liverpool and the property did not disappoint. Fabulous location and the duplex apartment was beautiful with amazing views over the city….the hosts were also great with super easy check in/check out instructions provided ahead of our visit, and were always on hand should be have needed them for anything with great communication about everything we might need during our stay. We all loved our stay and were sad to leave at the end of our long weekend away. It was my first time in beautiful Liverpool and it won’t be my last…I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this apartment and it’s hosts to anyone.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment, which felt more like a house. The apartment itself is super clean and everything felt brand new. We ended up giving our two children (age 6 and 9) a bedroom each and my husband and I stayed in the lounge as the sofa beds were super comfy. <br/>There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the building is quiet. It's in a very handy location, you can walk to the docks or into Chinatown within 15 minutes. <br/>Very responsive, helpful hosts and check-in and out was super quick and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending here if you are planning a visit to Liverpool.

Great location, Very clean and easy to access.

We stayed here for a couple days while visiting Liverpool for the Aintree Grand National. Katy & Joe were absolutely fantastic from the minute we booked. Clear instructions on how to check in, suggestions on where to visit and mainly a really nice play to stay. It had everything we needed and more. We’ll definitely be using these guys again when we visit next year. Thanks again guys, you’ve been brilliant.
