very clean and spacious accommodation<br/><br/>I didn't receive any emails informing me that we had to pay for insurance prior to obtaining the keys. The only choice was to pay a non refundable £35 or £300 that would take a few months to be refunded if there was no damage!!! so annoying as we only discovered this on collecting the keys.

Great location<br/><br/>No spare key provided as stated and when contacted the Host they did not call back or provide a key. Lift broken twice, lounge tiny , furniture uncomfortable and not equipped for 8 people, TV in lounge not working, damaged lamp in upstairs bedroom.

Location in a quieter area of town which was still within walking distance to main attractions, bars and restaurants, and had nice coffee shops and amenities within a minute's walk. Communication with host was fantastic. All questions were answered within the hour and instructions were extremely clear. The website provided the day before arrival provided everything we might need - checkin/out information, wifi details, information about attractions nearby, etc. The apartment was great, with little details like toiletries and coffee-making facilities taken care of. Bonus: Great views out the window!

The three bathrooms l.<br/><br/>The entire process of checking in was arduous. The beds were Horribly uncomfortable the apartment was not clean and the fridge and freezer or not sanitary – – dead bugs and freezer. Parking was difficult.

Accommodation was spotless, and check-in was so easy. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, great kitchen with everything that you would need local shop amd off licence just around the corner from Accommodation<br/><br/>All was good except trying to get the hot water for the showers and to heat the rooms a little chilly at night

Negatives -the damage deposit scheme- please not there is either a 25pound or 10 pound non refundable charge depending on the option you pick.<br/>Takes at least a week post stay for hosts to confirm there has been no damage and issue the deposit back if you choose this option.<br/>We also received an email on the morning of arrival that there are signs in the building stating Band B stays not allowed and to ignore this. It did make us anxious however all the while we were there as the notices are very prominent in the building and looking back at the reviews nowthey have been noted for a few months so not sure why the hosts haven’t arranged for removal of this if they are allowed to operate!! <br/>The positive- great location, living space compact but 3 bedrooms with ensuite and clean , very responsive to messages

This is a third-party lettings agent using AirBNB to give the impression of being a small business. They sprung a £250 deposit or £25 damage waiver on us that was not mentioned in the listing. We should've taken this as a sign. But we paid the £25 waiver through SuperHog.<br/>When we arrived at the property we found a sign from the building management saying "AirBnb lettings are NOT PERMITTED in this building<br/>If you are arriving for an AirBNB (or similar company) booking, please contact the company immediately and request a full refund." We were also met by neighbours who confirmed this to be true and the lettings company confirmed that there had been "problems" but tried to justify themselves.<br/>In that context, we were not willing to stay. It was a really stressful start to our trip. We asked for a full refund, which was refused by the company. AirBNB have agreed to a full refund through AirCover.<br/>As a host myself, I'm embarrassed that this company is on AirBNB and giving us a bad name.

Flat was as describes and very nice. However a notice on main board said Air BnB lets were not allowed in the block and another notice from police warned of local crime and asked if you had been a victim of crime, to contact them. That said, didn't experience any crime and great location for Liverpool arena.

Appt was to a good standard and had everything you needed for a few days away, was easy to locate and close enough to the city to be able to walk. Great views from the appt of the Liverpool skyline and beyond. Whilst I agree with hosts wanting to keep their places safe and damage free, about a week before check in and with no prior warning I received a messaged asking me to fill in an additional damage waiver, which was either £25 for an insurance or £250 deposit with £10 admin fee. Had this of been clearly stated in the advert I would not of seen the problem however to not say anything at all and to spring this on me a week before I was not happy with this. I spoken with the host who was very pushy for me to complete this form however, after a conversation with air b&b support this was quickly rectified.

Really clean

The quality of the fixtures and fittings was exceptional. Design elements were very tasteful. Location for city centre and Liverpool 1 was very good.<br/>Administration were very helpful and did respond out of hours when we couldn't get in.<br/><br/>We struggled for quite a while to get into the property. The keys looked like they had been poorly cut. In the end we only locked with one of the two keys as we didn't trust it working again - not ideal from a security point of view.<br/>The garage was very tight - only just enough room for the driver to squeeze in and out of the car.<br/>Would visit again.

The place was as described and very central to the docks and Liverpool centre. Lovely views from the apartment. Check in was very simple and the place felt like a home from home for the 4 days we stayed there. Will definitely use again when coming back to Liverpool.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was spotlessly clean, a brilliant location with views over the city and very good value!

We attended a wedding in Liverpool and after being let down with our accommodation through a different company, we booked this apartment last minute. The hosts were great very quick at responding to any questions we had. We had clear instructions on how to check in and there was a car park literally around the corner from the property. The apartment was lovely and clean, very well maintained and fitted 7 of us in perfectly. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was good the apartment is modern and clean it has nice views , the communication between us and the host was good we had some issues the hot water was not working and they tried to help us with two options even we go to other apartment or we refund our money , and the building was dirty to be honest we always smelled bad smell in elevator every day, in our stay we didn't feel comfortable we had issues that we didn't expect and i wish that never happen to anyone however Katy,Joe and team there were helpful and tried to solve every issue so i thank them for that.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the images but also exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, short walk away from Albert Dock and the main centre of Liverpool. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was provided for us, even including local recommendations! The team were very accommodating and responded to any messages in a very timely manner! Thoroughly impressed by this Airbnb, will definitely be back if I am in need of an apartment in Liverpool!

We had a great stay and the apartment was very comfortable and convenient for the conference centre. Loved the Baltic Triangle and all the old industrial buildings which are being brought back to life. We had problems with the lock/door and were locked out for 30 minutes quite late at night until we managed to wrestle it open. Hope it's been sorted out now.

The apartment was great both location and interior wise. The only issue was with the lock to the apartment door - it took a while to get in but someone was sent out to assist after a few phone-calls. We realised our initial error (following incorrect instructions and not pushing hard enough) but between 6 of us it was still quite difficult to lock / unlock across the weekend but other than that a perfect stay!

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and catered for all our needs. 10 minute walk from city centre in a nice quiet location.<br/><br/>The livingroom/kitchen area was small but sufficient.

This is the perfect location for a stay in Liverpool - a 15 minute walk into the city centre, or to the docks (e.g. the Maritime Museum), but as it is slightly out of the centre it was quiet at night. We parked nearby (there are various places offering £6 a day/24 hour parking) and had no issues with parking, collecting the key or finding the apartment. The instructions were detailed and clear.

Per effect location for the exhibition centre - only 10mins walk away

I was traveling with two friends as we went around England to attend different football matches for a week and a half. This place was perfect for us as we each had our own master suite with a private bedroom and bathroom. It's a great location a mile from the train station and walkable to a number of restaurants and pubs. The best part of the trip was the historic night at Anfield when the mighty boys in Red dispatched of the hapless Manchester United SEVEN - nil Sunday night but our accommodations were a close second. Strongly recommend!

Fabulous place to stay perfect for 3 couples all had own ensuite. Great living area big enough for sitting having a drink or eating breakfast. Kitchen facilities were also great. When we asked for a later check out whilst in Liverpool - quick response and all sorted in 10 mins . Within walking distance of the city centre. All in all a wonderful apartment and we definitely will return when we come back to Liverpool. Thanks so much

Vraiment dommage d'autant plus qu'il y avait largement de la place pour mettre des lits plus grands. <br/>Le problème de pression d'eau dans les douches, qui était beaucoup trop faible. Problème d'eau chaude aussi durant notre séjour. <br/>Départ à 10h00 beaucoup trop tôt et règlements très stricte (caution, etc....).

This flat was situated on the 9th floor of an apartment block and benefits from stunning views of the City, immaculatly presented throughout and lots of local bars, restaurants on the door step if you want a quieter night out. However the City is a 15-20 minute walk away for shopping, the docks, bars and restaurants. <br/>For 3 couples this is a far more cost effective accomodation solution than 3 hotel rooms and the ability to feel homely.<br/>Would highly recommend to anyone on a City Break.

This apartment was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Liverpool. The apartment and host is very much as described and revised. I would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending it to friends and family

There were a couple of issues. We had real difficulty getting into the apartment as the key didn't work - we managed it in the end and then used the spare key thereafter.<br/>We had an issue with the hot water - there was none - it got sorted.<br/>Entry to the apartment block was not clear. We were just fortunate that when we arrived someone let us in but we had no clue how to get in - the instructions for this were not included .

The apartment is fabulous and worked really well for our group of 4. I feel anymore would be difficult to accommodate as the communal area was not set up for more than 4 people. The three bedrooms are a good size and have fabulous en-suite bathrooms. <br/>The apartment was very well positioned for all the tourist areas we wanted to visit. Ubers arrived promptly at the apartment and the parking just down the road was easy and cheap for our stay.<br/>Would recommend x

A great flat, clean and well equipped with 3 comfy bedrooms each with en suite facilities making a family stay very easy. The location is great for access to the City Centre and docks along with a well known mural literally on the doorstep. Check in and out could not have been easier and the comms with Charlie on behalf of the team were excellent.<br/>A great place to base a city break from and would commend to others, especially if you need 3 bedrooms with their own facilities to satisfy needy teenagers.

Good location and generally well fitted out. Great having an en-suite for each bedroom.<br/><br/>Property was not fully equipped for the number of guests, as I guess due to past breakages not being replaced, there were not enough crockery or glassware. This was addressed for the second night. The fan in the top bedroom did not work, nor the iron in the boiler cupboard or the USB ports on one of the sockets in the top bedroom. This was reported but not put right during our short stay. The shower in the top floor bedroom took a good while to start to flow properly and randomly cut out though other 2 showers were fine; maybe this was due to lack of pressure as this was the highest point in the building. This may seem a bit of a list but I include it so that both the management can deal with issues and future guests are warned.

This apartment is on the top floor of a residential block in an excellent location for the M&S Bank Arena and Baltic Market. We really liked this area.<br/>Communication was responsive, courteous and helpful. Plenty of information regarding the apartment and check-in was sent prior to arrival. The key is collected from a busy local shop. There is one key only, which requires co-ordination with fellow travellers as there is no lockbox to leave the key in. <br/>We had a problem during our two night stay which was very promptly attended to. <br/>The bedrooms are all good sized with tidy en-suites; two downstairs and one upstairs. <br/>The cleanliness of the kitchen, table wear and lounge diner needs improving, particularly when you consider we are still in a pandemic. <br/>We used the washing machine while we were there and appreciated laundry pods, along with detergent tablets for the dishwasher. <br/>This was an adequate stay, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely flat in a great location - just 10 min walk into the city centre. Felt like a good safe neighbourhood. The flat itself was very well furnished and had everything we needed. Perfect for a short stay. The water pressure was poor meaning the showers weren't great but not a big problem. The communal areas of the block of flats were a little shabby but understand completely that this is beyond the owners control.

The apartment was clean,looked amazing when we entered the property. The living/dining area was cosy an we enjoy our time here. The beds were comfy got a really good night's sleep. We like that two of the bedrooms had ensuites and the third basically did but had a shared access to the toilet as a main bathroom which was not a problem. The apartment was beautifully presented had good views over the docks. Was lovely and warm no need for any heating on. The showers were very good, good water pressure. Internet was good service. We would definitely come back when we come to Liverpool again. We came as a family of 7 and had a fantastic time.<br/><br/>The rubbish collection area on the ground floor was full and ready to be emptied. Was a little tricky to find but put it down to the sat navigation. Parking was a bit chaotic at times.

Nice and clean apartment in the Baltic area. Nothing but an extra set of keys was missing, but to the asking price a bit more personal touch was expected. If you are looking for a three bedroom and three bathroom apartment and not staying most of the time indoors, this will work well.

The location was fabulous. The views were amazing<br/><br/>The only things that were not so great were. Firstly, directions to find the property itself and his to access the main door. Secondly, the water pressure and temperatures in all 3 showers were poor.

We loved our stay at the apartment! Good communication and instructions before the visit, including a helpful guide with recommendations of restaurants (we tried two of them!) The rooms were clean and spacious and the living room was perfect to gather as a family. Good distance from the town centre, both on foot and in a taxi. No issues!

A very comfortable and central apartment with amazing views over Liverpool. Walking distance to the city centre restaurants, shops and nightlife and even nearer to the docks. The Museum of Liverpool and the 2 Cathedrals are well worth visiting. Access is easy by car with several parking places nearby. A great place to stay.

Lovely place, clean and a great view to boot. The location was spot on for us visiting the Exhibition Centre everyday but also a 10 minute max. walk back towards town to more dining/drinking establishments than you can shake a stick at.<br/>The team running the place were also very attentive and made sure everything was ok at every step of the way.

The flat is great, extremely clean, quiet and well located, but be sure to ask for the central heating to be switched on before your stay as we had to use electric heaters to warm up and all communications with the team during our stay were tedious, were charged at peak rate and led to nought. The kitchen/ living room is also half the size it looks in the photos.

Apartment is very nice with comfy beds and stunning scenery looking out over Liverpool. Great location where you can scooter into the centre of town or the docks within 5-10 mins. Easy to pick up the keys nearby and checkout.

This is probably the best place we've stayed in Liverpool! The apartment was spacious, clean, well-stocked and in such a great location. The view across the city from all sides is brilliant.<br/>Communication was great and check-in/out was easy from the local shop. The communal areas are clean and tidy and the lift worked fine (handy when you're on the 9th floor!)
