Fantastic location. Very cool apartment, with comfy beds and lots of space! Nice and modern decorations. Great staff as well. Would highly recommend it :-) Bathroom upstairs was a bit old and small. But no big problem, as downstairs was perfect.

Spacious and clean accommodation

Spacious and comfortable - ideal for a group of friends or a large family. It’s in a lovely area with lots of choice for restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Amazon location, beautiful building, quite nice views from the windows. A bit on the chilly side at night. Bring warm pjs if you’re staying in the winter. The heating system was unpredictable, perhaps on a timer and came on when we were out. The apartment is on the third floor, accessed by quite steep stairs, so not for anyone with mobility issues.

Our 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Arrival and departure online instructions were good. Nice pub at end of the road. Checkout time of 10am.

Our place in Liverpool was managed by Host & Stay and they did a very nice job. They were always responsive and sent clear instructions. The home was as pictured and had nice decor. The place itself was not what I was hoping for. The floor plan was broken up and there was not a great communal space. We did not want to use the shared living space because it was so cold and that room is without a heater. The bathrooms were fine and cozy, the showers were hot, and there were plenty of towels. The bedrooms were comfortable, however, the bedroom's headboard in the upstairs bedroom had an unpleasant smell that we could not get away from. I'm not a fan of air fresheners, but I had to buy one to try and cover it up. Although the location was fine and quiet, because the space was shared with other units, you could hear everyone coming and going and the person in the unit above moving around. Although I think Host & Stay did a fine job managing, I did not enjoy our stay at this unit.

The communication with the hotel is excellent. Charlie is extremely helpful and efficient. The property is located in a fantastic location in Liverpool city centre within walking distance to famous landmarks, great restaurants and bars. The interior is stylish and comfortable. Checkin and checkout are simple and quick. Nothing - even the weather was great!

The property was clean well maintained and had everything we needed Nothing

I stayed with friends in Faulkner Street, The Georgian Quarter, Liverpool for 2 nights in November. The flat itself was fabulous minus a couple of blips such as toilets not flushing properly, the bath taking forever to drain whilst showering and the front bedrooms being rather chilly but other than that all was great. I would however have given this visit 5 stars if it hadn't been for Host and Stay emails prior to visiting. The first email advised that £80 would require to be collected at the property due to Liverpool Council requirements, I contacted Host and Stay to discuss this but their team knew nothing about it and advised they would look into it, they then e-mailed me back advising they were still investigating the matter then I never heard anything else about it which I thought was strange to say the least. Their second email requested check-in to proceed however during check-in their deposit scheme reared its head and offered two choices, first was to pay £350 and receive a refund if no damages occurred minus a £10 admin fee (for what?) alternatively, if damages occurred these would also be deducted. Second choice was to pay a non refundable deposit of £35 to cover any damages, what a con!! These extra costs should be included in the booking price and broken down accordingly like the cleaning charge, waiting the week before travel is not acceptable and is a way of simply conning more money out of people as you can't visit until you check-in and these costs need to be paid during check-in. I for one will be hesitant in booking any of Host and Stay's properties in the future, very sly and unprofessional indeed ......

The apartment is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. There are local pubs and cafes close by with the main bars and restaurants a walk away or short taxi ride. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern and very spacious. My only issue would be the sofa bed, it was not the comfiest, so if you have more guests than beds, the sofa bed is not a great option. Other than that, the apartment was great and I would definitely return.

The accommodation, facilities and location were great. Nothing really. I suppose having access via the front door would have been good. And would have given us more convenient and quicker access to the nearest pub, across the street, The Belvedere. But we can't complain, as The Blackburne Arms was close enough.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location..The facilities were excellent. There were lovely restaurants on the doorstep if you didn't fancy the 20 min walk into the city. Would definitely recommend this accomodatìon. We are a family of four, two teenagers. Cloths could be provided to wipe down work tops, etc. The apartment maybe needed to be "aired" as there was a smell of sweat, particularly downstairs, in the basement . It was quite confusing to find. The Falkner Road part of address was confusing

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and hot powerful shower. Kitchen well equipped. Good Location for attractions. Excellent value for money. There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Very well presented and all facilities great Nothing

This was the best-presented place that we stayed in the UK. So many nice details--artwork, bedroom set-up, lounge look and feel. I imagine this is quite the party place. We saw lots of hen parties out in the city center and we could hear partying going on in some of the other flats. It wasn't a major distraction for our family, but I can imagine things could get pretty crazy.

Beautiful apartment.

Stunning interior (bathrooms need a little zhuzh to match the exceptional level of all of the other rooms). Loved the location so close to Hope St. Would have liked it to be made clearer that we had to enter via the other street. Also parking is not easy so we drove and parked in a 24hr central city car park.

Apartment is immaculate with everything you should need for your stay. Great location, with a short walk to/from Lime Street Station and the city centre. Host was always available, to communicate any issues and sent a really helpful guide for check in. Just down the road are two fab restaurants to visit, for brunch!

The location was very good, nice and central to bars and restaurants. No clear advice about long stay parking. No cafetière. Manual spoke about a parking permit but no information.

It was modern with lovely space for all the family and comfortable beds and enough bathrooms. We had to phone for the location & entry details as we hadn’t received the details by our check in time only to find out we had to drag our luggage to the next road to enter through the back entrance. The oven & kitchen bins hadn’t been cleaned. But otherwise the rest was great.

No details about how to collect the keys. All information sent the day after arrival. Tried calling but no reply only answer machines and a call back over 12 hours late. Not a very good service for the cost of the accommodation. The house was lovely inside, had everything we needed and in a good location.

Location. Recently decorated. Furnished well. Bathrooms are in a serious need of a revamp. They are not to the standard of the rest of the place. Both showers are very poor and one shower head was not working. And we were not informed of this. 7 people in one shower is not easy. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were left. Which you would expect to be left. We had to buy are own, which was an inconvenience. Major issue was the temperamental electrical circuits which kept tripping and eventually the whole circuit went off when we were watching the Euro Final. This was an considerable disappointment and was hugely frustrating. Initial attempts to don’t at you were unfruitful as they was no answer to our call. We eventually fixed it ourselves as we turned off the shower switch which enabled the circuit to work. A suitable refund should be considered for this.

The apartment was truly beautiful in a very beautiful location in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool. Spacious , comfortable and spotlessly clean , we all slept well in very comfy beds. We picked this apartment to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we were not disappointed. Liverpool is a fantastic fun and thriving city. We will be back soon ? Having to leave

Very clean, value for money, spacious and tasty

We thought the apartment was very nice, the bedrooms were spacious with excellent beds, extensive kitchen, nice sitting room and TV everywhere. Between the first door and the door at the entrance of the building there was a narrow corridor full of seagull droppings and there was a smoking area that you had to walk through and therefore occasionally "joined the smokers", which we hate and is certainly not an example. for the little children. Furthermore, there was something lacking in hygiene: There was a nasty smell in the kitchen from the start. On the 2nd day of our stay we emptied the refrigerator and there was a lot of brown gunk under the bottom container. So this has not been cleaned by cleaners for several days! Furthermore, the Nespresso machine did not work. A waste bin had also not been emptied. Since we were traveling with very small children, this apartment on the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) was not ideal for us.

We stay there for Taylor Swift concert! Very clean and spacious place. Close walking distance a lots of restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay. Very very roomie and comfortable. Easy to get taxi or Uber.. Thank you for hosting us.

The property was well set up for a big group of people, with lots of crockery and cutlery, and lovely wine glasses! There was lots of space in the bedrooms and we loved the neighbourhood! The sofas were quite hard and the shower in the attic was really not good. It had low pressure and was freezing cold.

Location, comfort, spacious rooms, clean and modern. We had 9 in our party and we never felt on top of each other at any time. The stairs to the 3rd floor not easy as quite steep. The stairs into the attic bedrooms and bathroom were far too steep and didn't feel safe going up and down them. Balustrade was broken on the way up to the attic and could have hurt someone. Making the entrance way door more visible on bookings as this was very confusing. We encountered the facilities manager who was very rude to us because we came in the front door and not the rear entrance when we first arrived. We adhered to policy once we knew the rules..

The property was absolutely beautiful, really nice interior and it was so clean and comfortable. I didn’t like the communication I received from the staff, it came across very they reiterated over and over that they do not allow party groups. And if we didnt comply they would keep the money and remove us from the property. If your renting a property that sleeps 6 plus then I’m pretty sure it’s mainly going to be groups.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Airy and spacious. Well equipped. The restaurants and pubs near the apartment were great. Quite a few maintenance issues need resolving. Issue with hot water, electrics cutting out and apartment not being ready on arrival time. Property is managed by a company that were mostly unhelpful. Most communication is automated and there is far too much of it.

Fantastic property for a big group, great value for money. The beds are comfortable, it is well decorated, everyone was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in both the basement and top floor unit and both have been excellent.

The apartment was perfect for a weekend in Liverpool. My friends and I went to Uni in Liverpool and stayed in this apartment for our catch up weekend. It was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The host’s communication was excellent and a card was left for us, as well as a box of celebrations- a really lovely touch! The location is in the heart of the Georgian quarter, a short walk into town but far enough away that the area is quiet.

Very close to downtown, Tesco and places to eat, Cathedral the biggest in the world, museums and nice places to see in a city When we came was very cold, it is fine if will be adults to warm up the apartment. We are traveling with kids

Good property for 8 people, very good location for seeing Liverpool and specifically the Georgian area is a real find, good value at peak time, easy instruction from hosts on gaining entry , and hosts always in touch and contactable. Whilst property had good sized bedroom , the living area was a bit small for 8 people. Just a question of taste -our bed was a bit soft compared to what we are used to.Main shower -whilst good - the main overhead outlet didn't work, but hand-held did - just needs a bit of maintenance .

The unit was well appointed and in a great location for our needs. When we arrived. by taxi the address was confusing and we did not know how to enter the unit. We finally got some one on the phone and got things sorted out.

The property was amazing. Excellent location, great interiors and well maintained. The price was worth it. The property was perfect for a group or a family. Host was not flexible on checkout. We checked in very late and was expecting some flexibility on check out but the host was not ready to give any extension.

What a fantastic air b n b. 5 stars from us! Gorgeous Georgian flat with high ceilings, a big well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and nice big bedrooms. It was quiet, peaceful and private. The hosts were excellent at instructions and responsive to all my messages. I liked the fact that they’re strict on no smoking, noise and no large groups- it means the apartment is kept clean and tidy. We had the best time! We loved the fact that there was a TV in every room and the fact all beds incl sofas were big doubles. Great value weekend all round for 5 girls who wanted to have a few drinks, have a night in and explore the city during the day. Thank you, we’ll definitely be returning

Property was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Close to town about 15 min walk. Lovely restaurants near the property..felt like we were in a little village outside of the town. Bedrooms downstairs were a little cold While this was booked through booking.com the communication was with host&stay. There was a lot of messages from them which there was no need for. Also, I almost got scammed for the full amount of the property following a msg from booking.com asking for credit card details.

Wonderfully large apartment with high ceilings and huge windows on a lovely street. Great view of the cathedral from the sitting room. We had watched the BBC series A House Through Time series about 68 Falkner Street with David Olusoga so we were very happy with the location and to be able to stay in the Georgian Quarter. Easy 15 mins to walk down into the city centre. We also recommend the Moose Coffee restaurant. Very clean and prompt communication with the hosts. Highly recommended place to stay away from the hubbub of the streets in the centre. Nothing we didn't like BUT just a couple of heads up to let future guests know that the three bedroom apartment is comprised of two apartments on the same floor. One facing the front street and one the back courtyard view. Each is a one bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/lounge. The larger of the front rooms that look out onto Falkner Street would have been that apartment's lounge /kitchen and is now a bedroom. It's a great idea to combine the two apartments into a large one but to achieve that you have one bedroom with kitchen cupboards, a sink and a microwave. Just in case you wonder why one bedroom has the feel of an upmarket bedsit! This is the larger of the front street facing rooms and did get chilly as there is no double glazing. The radiator can be supplemented by using the electric heater in the wardrobe. There were guests in the above duplex apartment and they weren't noisy but you could still hear their voices filtering down through the walls occasionally. I don't think it was the next door house as the walls must be very solid. I guess that's old houses for you. The recommended parking at the Philharmonic Hall was full when we arrived as there was a Sunday afternoon concert. We were able to get a space by parking on the street for an hour and then moving over to the car park after it had emptied out a bit. Be prepared to download the Horizon parking app for the car park and the Phone to Pay app for the street parking. We didn't need our car after that so we just factored in the cost of £16 for 24 hours to the holiday. The entrance is accessed from the back of the house. A bit confusing as the apartment is advertised as being on Falkner Street but then you get the details and the address is Blackburne Place, the road behind Falkner Street. I can confirm that you are staying on Falkner Street but you don't go through the front door.

Location, facilities and on the whole a lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need. Damp in lower floor bathroom, which is clearly an ongoing problem being ignored. The smell was so bad that it spread to the 2 bedrooms next door, which became uninhabitable and the bathroom unusable. The property should not be let in this condition as it's a health hazard. Steps, loads of stairs up to the apartment, and a very steep staircase within the duplex apartment 3, you underestimate the amount until you arrive, dont recommend for anyone who struggls with staira..

Leider gab es große Probleme mit der Außentür sodass wir teilweise nicht oder nur sehr erschwert in die Unterkunft gelangen konnten. Die Kommunikation über die Hotline war sehr schwierig und vor Ankunft wurde man mit Nachrichten überflutet.

Good location and good for our needs In one of the apartments next door they played loud music until midnight and one morning started again at 7am. This could be heard in one of the bedrooms, even the supplied ear plugs could not help.

Location, light and airy space, multiple bathrooms, comfy beds and many amenities in the kitchen. Just needed a couple more rolls of toilet paper as there were 10 of us but then also shops aren't far.

Apartment was gorgeous, however the first floor bathroom leaked i to the downstairs bathroom, which made the short stay a very terrible one. The fact that the bathroom was leaking.

Location was fantastic, close to city by a short bus ride or 20 minute walk. Bus stop literally at end of road. Area was lovely and quite, few nice bars in the area and great breakfasts/lunch at Moose Coffee. Best coffee I've ever had here also. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Lots of space and beds were comfy too. Carpet needs replacing on stairs as well worn and there were a few stains on bench at end of bed. Internet could be hit and miss at times.

High quality accommodation in a lovely area in the city centre, close to everything. Be prepared for a lot of questions (including ages of each of the group) and copies of documents to be sent before confirmation.

Everything aside from the linens that has a bit of smell. But the staff sorted it. One room is a bit smelly when we arrived.

The place (Apartment 3) was able to accommodate my extended family of 12 comfortably. The beds were comfortable and of good sizes. Good to have all the added amenities as we were able to cook breakfast before we head out for the day. I informed the landlord of a certain smell in the kitchen which they quickly responded to saying they will investigate.

Pros: - Wonderful location - quiet area yet so close to the centre - place is great in size and clean - great kitchen area for hosting guests - beautiful decor generally - sleeps large group - had all the amenities needed - lots of extra bedding available - early checkin was accommodated Cons: - communications is rather discouraging - signed my life away not to have fun - noise detectors in property. Threatened if make noise we will be kicked out without refund. - No holiday paraphernalia allowed or also kicked out no refund - sleeps large group but if 12 people are in the apartment the noise will travel regardless - Felt like I had to constantly tell my friends to be quiet even though we were just talking at normal volume - Pull out couches very uncomfortable and to sleep two in each would be a stretch. It's clear they are used to having hen nights and other parties etc but you can't expect to host 12 people and not have noise. I would return now that I have been before

Fantastic location, and very peaceful. Host was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had too. It had all the comforts we needed and was very well presented. Not enough coffee pods in the kitchen. Bed mattresses were bit uncomfortable and noisey.

It’s in a great location, the road is beautiful and quiet. Only a £6 taxi ride to everywhere we wanted to go and some trips we walked. The instruction manuals were clear and useful. The doors were sturdy and sound didn’t travel between the floors/rooms.

I would book again but the price is high if you are only a couple - however the apartment was large, comfortable and beautiful decorated so cant complain.

Property was clean, warm & comfortable and in a very quiet location which was suitable for us. Access instructions were clear and staff very helpful prior to our trip. Stairs were a bit of a challenge! A few housekeeping points: kitchen kickboard needs adjustment & top floor bathroom basin very slow to drain.

rooms were comfortably big so you never felt cramped making it perfect for groups! the location is excellent with Liverpool Cathedral right around the corner and plenty of places to enjoy food and drinks just up the road. the noise from the hallway and people using the stairs can be quite loud especially with people coming in late at night. due to the building this can’t be helped and is only a minor inconvenience at most.

We thought we were coming on vacation but found ourselves sleeping near a construction site. Every morning from 7 am until noon there were unbearable drills that could be heard clearly in the walls of the apartment which made it difficult for us to sleep.

This property was fantastic. Very centrally located snd easy to find and follow access instructions. Needed support from host when there through a mishap my end and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend and use again.

Had a very pleasurable stay. Huge dinning table, perfect for seating all my guests. Having some condiments and cleaning supplies left out was a great touch. The beds were super comfy. Only thing is my guests reported the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. However the jacuzzi bath made up for this :) Very responsive host, quick to answer any queries. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!

The most beautiful apartment, about 20 minute walk to city centre or Ubers all around! The apartment was huge and so beautifully decorated. Great place for family! Warm and cozy and city center was walkable. Katy and Joe also got a parking pass for a car. That helped us with having the car parked there while we walked. We also used the jacuzzi, worth it to have at home in winter. Would recommend!

This fit our two families well. Sofa beds fine for a couple of nights but wouldn’t want much longer on them. Lovely location. The two bedrooms are very nice and the beds comfy.

Well-appointed flat in an excellent location. It’s a shame that the entrance has now been moved from Falkner St to Blackburne Place. And there is no longer a parking permit. On-street parking is available nearby but it is not cheap.

plenty of space, modern amenities, two bathrooms were a big bonus. bus stop at end of road sofa beds in living room were really uncomfortable which meant that sleep was difficult, a hard wooden piece was right across the sleeping area. Outside parking only allowed 2 hours max stay or residents only.

lovely spacious property. very clean and had regular contact with the host only downside was it was a little bit noisy outside at night. a slightly later checkout time on a Sunday would have been a bonus.

A lovely property in a period house. Contact with the owners was clear and they replied promptly. Property is in a great position for sightseeing and getting a feel for the Georgian Quarter. Lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kithchen well appointed. We did not really eat in much bit you could have very easilly. Parking was a pain. The recommended car park was full when we arrvied and full when we inquired the next day. The method of getting the parking repaid was long winded as far as i was concerend and I just gave up in the end. You had to upload a phot but as the receipt was a three page e mail and i did not fancy prinitng it and photoing the print out! If driving also check for filming, as the road was closing due to filming on the day we left and we had to leave early. The guys on the film crew were helpful but you needed to keep an eye for the signs. The property had a smell of blocked drains. This did get a bit better as we used the sinks but lingered in the basement hall and bathroom. A couple of times people rang the door for other flats which got a bit irratating!

It was very difficult to book this appartment, the owner wants a e-mail and you have to exsplain who you are and what is the group in age and so on. Then you get a e-mail and you have to pay a deposit to cover if you brake anything. You a not alought to have noise because of the neighbor's. It is very difficult to find the entrance to the place it is on another street.

This property is located in a really lovely neighbourhood. Very quiet, yet with everything within walking distance. A five bedroom apartment was ideal for a family reunion. We had space for everyone and everyone had their own space!

Great experience, located on a lovely quiet street. As you are only 10min walk from the city centre it was nice to be located in a quieter area. Great value, close to some nice restaurants and cafes. Very easy check in, would have liked a later check out but that's the only complaint I would have, if that's even a complaint. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Location was great. One of my guests was a smoker.The host reminded me quite a few times about the fine if anyone smoked at the front of the building. When we arrived she was happy to see a sign in the stair pointing to the designated smoking area. I think it may be helpful to mention this

Location was excellent. Just close enough to the city centre for shops and nightlife but quiet too with nearby cafes, bars and restaurants ! Apartment was very spacious and clean with all the mod-cons you would need. Ideal for families. Communication with the management was quick and any questions/issues dealt with promptly. Would definitely consider this accommodation again if staying in Liverpool. Not much we didn’t like!

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. A family group of 12 stayed for a family wedding - everything we needed and beautifully clean. The stairs and the parking! We were unprepared for the 6 flights of stairs with no lift. We had a lot of luggage and had to make multiple trips up the stairs. Then, at 7.00 pm we went to find parking in the Philharmonic car park and there was no space. It meant we missed our 8.00 dinner reservation as we were still looking for parking at 8.00 pm.

We stayed here for our son's graduation at the Philharmonic Hall. The location was perfect as it was so close to the graduation venue and to the University of Liverpool. Tesco Express was nearby as were some modern bars/restaurants. We were a group of 6 and we stayed in the 5 bedroom flat on the top floor of the house. Access to the property was easy and the apartment had every modern comfort that we needed. It was immaculately clean. We drove to Liverpool and parking was fairly straightforward. We used the pay for parking on the street when we arrived for a couple of hours until we moved the car and parked near the Philharmonic Hall where there was disabled parking (my parents have a blue badge) but there was ample parking if needed in the pay for Horizon car park opposite.We only wish that we had found this accommodation four years ago when our son started his studies in Liverpool and not at the end! If we are in Liverpool again, we would not hesitate to return to this quiet, leafy residential quarter. The communication with Charlie has been outstanding. I can't believe how quickly Charlie responded to any query we had and how helpful Charlie has been. The apartment was on the top floor and there were two flights of stairs - this was not a problem for us and we just took extra care with my father on the stairs!

Location was good, near to the Philharmonic Theatre which is what we wanted. This was a disaster. We were due to check in on a Monday. On the Friday before I received an email saying all was in order and we are looking forward to seeing you etc. Then the day before we arrive, ie on Sunday at 3pm I receive an email saying "we have been informed by the council that our parking permits are no longer valid". Really!! on a Sunday and you have just been informed, because on Friday everything was ok, yeah right! We now have to park in a nearby carpark, pay for the parking for 4 days, then send them the receipts & they will refund the money. £56, it took 18 days and many emails to get the money into my account & then the miserable buggers charged me both sets of bank fees. If you want a place with a carpark then I strongly suggest you look somewhere elsewhere.

Great location with enough cafes, restaurants and bars close by plus the city centre is a short walk away. The apartment is huge with plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was clean and had everything you would need for a short break, great base to explore the city.

Bold Street a 10 minute walk away where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Liverpool one 3 minutes walk from there. Problems with their website, which made the booking requirements, ie (ID, Deposit & Guest info) far more difficult.

Comfortable, excellent value for money.

Very spacious, felt special, excellent kerb appeal. Well appointed and appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and cleaning products. Would definitely stay again. Door lock awkward to use, but that’s an easy fix.

Location very convenient with many restaurants nearby. Also short drive to The Albert Dock where we caught the Mersey cruise. Also we went on hop on & off bus with city tour The lock getting into the apartment was very difficult to open. You either locked it first time or it could take 5 minutes. Just a suggestion as the smaller bathroom is very dark perhaps a mirror with lights could be a good idea. Also one that doesn’t steam up.

Pretty apartment in great location.

It’s a gorgeous property in a quiet and beautiful street. Perfect for a family :) The amenities were what we needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the fixtures were a bit wobbly, the window in our room couldn’t close and the entry code was changed in the middle of our stay, good thing we were able to reach the support before they closed for the day.

We had a wonderful time - the property was super convenient for the city centre and had a lovely buzz in the nearby streets. The property was clean, very well equipped and was very comfortable for my family. There is no longer a parking pass for outside the property (maybe this will change), although the alternative parking space adjacent to the Royal Philharmonic Hall is only a 2 minute walk. Unloading and loading was possible on the day of arrival/departure, but it would be more convenient to have a parking space directly outside. We will be reimbursed for the additional costs of parking and this was a reasonable solution for us.

The host is easy to contact and friendly. The property is very well maintained and equipped and in a lovely street not too far from most of Liverpool's attractions Loved it all

Fantastic location! I usually stay in one of the hotels near the docks, but the photos caught my eye. Being a typical Londoner I was biased by what I had read and watched on the media. But I loved the area where the house was, and the house itself that I even talked about buying something in the area. Beautiful houses and loads of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The apartment it self has 5 bedrooms, a decent size kitchen and living room. all for a price similar to a hotel. Book it. £250 deposit and proof of identity paper work needed. but then again, if it was my apartment I would ask the same.

The apparment was really excellent. Great location... Quiet street, nice cosy restaurants and bars nearby. 10 min walk to the party mile and the RC cathedral and angelic cathedral near by.

Great location on a fabulous street (where Peaky Blinders was filmed) with plenty of places to eat nearby and an easy walk into Liverpool city centre so no need for taxis. Lovely clean and spacious apartment, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with quality towels/bed linen and a well stocked kitchen. The free wifi was a bonus as well. The sofa/lounge area was quite small compared to the rest of the apartment but wasn't a big deal as we didn't spend that much time sitting in it. The dining table was shabby, with holes in it, which was really out of place compared to the rest of the furnishings which were immaculate and there were also dirty dishes stacked in the dishwasher from the previous occupants that we had to wash. There was a lot of noise from building work being carried out at the property next door but one to our apartment, with the builders firing up their generator and starting work around 8.30am, although this obviously wasn't the fault of the host but the fact that the property doesn't have double glazing meant that outside noises were pretty loud, plus there was a lot of noise from the people in the apartment above, who liked to run around on the wooden floors very early in the morning and again at night - not sure what they were doing but they seemed to have a lot of energy!

A stylishly dressed apartment of good proportions in a fantastic location, with benefit of good coms with the property manager. The presence of “noise detectors” felt like an intrusion of privacy.

Beautiful flats. Exceptionally clean and well looked after. Absolutely perfect for a group, plenty of space! Comfy beds, enough bathrooms, good showers. Great location! Lots of information provided by the hosts on check in and checkout. Very responsive to any questions. Would have liked some hand soap, tea towels and oven gloves. We had to be inventive with using the oven!

Apartment was a great size, 10 of us stayed and we had more than enough room for all of us in the bedrooms and living space. It was extremely clean and having 2 bathrooms with showers was great when all of us were getting ready. We only had one key for the apartment as we were told the previous group had lost the second one which was ideal for such a large group.

This apartment is so modern, lots of natural light coming in, plenty of space, clean, lots of mirrors, I could literally go on and on. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating any questions you have they answer straight away and are very helpful. Its not far from the centre at all it was £5 in an Uber would highly recommend staying here. I was even given a bottle of Prosecco and a card as it was my 30th just the nicest gesture they really thought of everything nothing

The location was perfect for us as attending a wedding in Hope Street Hotel, just around the corner. The rooms were enormous (feature of Georgian architecture) and loved the jacuzzi bath. No outside space but this didn't matter to us as a wet weekend in February!

Great apartment, fabulous location. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean bed linen and plenty of towels. The Host team were responsive and helpful. We would recommend papillon and dining room next door for lunch, brunch and drinks (2 min walk away) The art school for dinner was a real treat. Had a lovely time in a beautiful apartment which had everything you could want for a great stay in Liverpool! Really spacious with 2 large bedrooms. The street the apartment is located on is lovely and we were able to park right outside the front door on the day we arrived. It’s close to the centre of Liverpool. There were a few suggestions in the manual of places to eat which was very helpful. Moose Coffee, a 2 minute walk was a great suggestion, we loved it there! Plenty to see and do around the area. Great stay, great communication from Charlie and we would definitely book again!!

Amazing House !! Perfect for a family of 4 or more. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Parking was really easy for us but you can park anywhere along the road. Plenty to do in the local area and 5/10 minutes drive to Liverpool One & Albert Dock. We forgot a few things so it was quite handy that Tesco was only a 5 min walk, along with some good takeaway. Good communication with the team, great few days away in Liverpool. Liverpool is a city for all ages.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Georgian quarter is a lovely area to stay. It is quiet while only a 20 minute walk from the centre and Albert Dock. There are great restaurants within a few minutes walk and three of them are only a one minute walk away. We tried them all without complaint. Liverpool has improved greatly over the last decade or two, we need to visit again as ran out of time to see everything on offer. The accommodation was well equipped and very comfortable. We are fussy when it comes to beds and bedding, no complaints here, we slept extremely well. Thanks to the team.

This apartment is fabulous. In a great location, much bigger than I imagined, easy access, and really clean. It is perfect for two couples or indeed two families, with a bedroom,bathroom, and living room on one floor, and a bedroom, massive bathroom and large kitchen on the lower floor, so it offers a degree of privacy for two groups. The kitchen diner has a large table which can sit c10 people, so a great for a get together / mini party. The kitchen itself is generally well stocked with a large fridge, and handily a dishwasher. The living room is also large and is a lovely space offering great views over Faulkner Street. The location is great, it is in a lovely area, with a number of bars and restaurants within 2 mins walking distance, also a gentle walk into town/dockside. On top of all this parking was easy, whether we got lucky I don’t know but we managed to park right outside the house, and there always seemed to be space across the 4 days we were there. All in all, a great stay, highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay, the apartment is huge and really lovely. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to Liverpool One but you pass a few bar on the way. The cafe on the street was busy all weekend and we managed to get in for brunch on Sunday which we would recommend. All in all a great place to stay! Great communication from the hosts too.

Of you are after a stay close to the city yet still not noisy the this is a great choice. From check in, whoch is nice and easy due to secure access points in place to the location this is a great little place to stay. Parking could be arkward at times as although a permit is provided it is street parking so if busy then you may end up parking the other end of the street. Location is absolutely. In an area that has a lot of food spots so great for foodies. There is a few restaurants in the area we wanted to try but could not getting bookings so may well be back soon. Found an absolute gem of a place for breakfast nice and close though. City centre Liverpool One and the docks are a 20-30 min walk depending on pace so if the weather is nice, as was for us in this exceptionally warm September we seem to be it is a nice walk. The apartment it's self is large, massive comfy bed. Great jacuzzi bath. Massive living room and kitchen /dining room. For 2 of us it was a bit of overkill and we rarely used half of it but given location was what we were looking for the size wasn't a concern. Would easily fit larger families with the addition of sofa beds and given the size still would probably not feel too cramped. Cleanliness was great, beds and towels as expected also toiletries supplied which is a nice touch. The little things like loo roll and washing up liquid/sponge and tea towel are there as well. Close to a co-op and Tesco so easy to pick up some fresh hits once you arrive. Overall a great little find. Hope to be able to make our way back soon. Thanks.

The location is very close to the city centre. 10 mins walking distance to pubs, restaurants and train stations. Very prompt and nice service. Apartment equipped with 3 TVs, big kitchen and jacuzzi too. Certainly value for money and recommended.

The property was beautiful and exactly like the pictures and was spotlessly clean. Ideally situated for a stroll into the city centre, with some lovely places to sit and have a drink/food and watch the world go by just at the end of the road. We did encounter a lot of noise from the apartment above and found that the upstairs bedroom was right next to where people went to smoke so couldnt leave the window open without the smell of smoke entering the bedroom which was shame as we had some very warm weather. Communication was very good from hosts.

Beautiful apartment. We had a few issues on arrival. The parking permit was out of date. There was dirty water sitting in one of the sinks. The bedroom lamp didn’t work. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work (our big disappointment). However, communication was superb. They sent a maintenance man round on Xmas eve to try and fix the problems. The jacuzzi couldn’t be fixed. The owners gave us a partial refund on our stay which we happily accepted. The location is gorgeous. The apartment is gorgeous. Just make sure the jacuzzi is working because that is the reason we chose to go there

Excellent property, only 20 minutes walk from Liverpool One and just a few streets away from the Cathedral. The house is in excellent condition (as described) and a short walk to a number of restaurants and pubs.

Beautiful apartment lots of space and sleek decor. Great for our mixed group, living room space and included Netflix on the TV was a great touch. The bathrooms were really clean and kitchen had a lot of seating space too! Pictures dont do this apartment justice!

Excellent venue and great hosts

Amazing!! The team made everything so easy for us, the check in was straight forward, responses were instant and the apartment had everything we could need. The location is ideal, only took us 5/10 minutes to walk into town through the gorgeous Georgian Quarter. The home is beautiful, modern and very clean. We can’t wait to be back for another weekend.

Great location, close to the main attractions. Beautiful place with lots of space. Lots of nice touches; milk in the fridge, toiletries, coffee machine and tea making facilities. Would definitely stay again when back in Liverpool.

Great central, luxury apartment in a fantastic location for all of Liverpool’s amenities. Katy and Joe have been great hosts and their communication was also professional and any questions we had were dealt with quickly. My family and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place. Very central. Loved the way the whole place is done. Note - this property is in two floors, one bedroom, toilet and living room on ground floor, while kitchen, other bed room and toilet on lower ground floor. No lift

Fantastic house in great location very lean and spacious would recommend!

The apartment is very well located for visiting Liverpool. It is spacious with large rooms and high ceilings, in a good decorative state and well cleaned. The bedrooms are at the rear of the building, so there is no street noise there, but sounds from the communal hall and the flat above were clearly audible in the ground floor bedroom. We found the storage space to be barely adequate for two people, so twelve people sharing would have to live out of suitcases. We also found the kitchen to be lacking some basic equipment which we would expect, for example tea pot, scissors, eggcups, potato masher. It should be noted that the apartment is on two floors, with the living room and one bedroom on the ground floor and the kitchen and other bedroom on the lower ground floor.

Very nice place to be in case you need to visit Liverpool! Very convenient, big kitchen area, very good to stay with family!

This is a real gem of a place . Huge beautiful apartment with all the amenities included dishwasher , washing machine , cutlery , 2 bathrooms , jacuzzi bath and separate shower . Situated in the Georgian quarter on a lovely cobbled street feels like you are transported back in time . Netflix on all the TVs which was appreciated by my teenage daughter . Secure lockbox facility and key pad access to front door which made us feel secure . The hosts I cannot commend highly enough we had one slight issue that Erin handled very professionally as did Robyn . I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Liverpool . It is a short pleasant walk to Liverpool centre or cheap taxi ride , there are shops , cafes , restaurants nearby as well.

We got moved to this property last minute due to an issue with the other property we'd booked with the hosts. The accommodation still worked out fine and didn't affect our stay. The place is spacious and met all of our requirements

Wonderful modern spacious apartment 10 minute walk to City Centre and Albert Docks. Good bus links and 2 minutes walk to local amenities. Highly recommended.

Me and my friends had an outstanding stay at your home. It was really cozy and comfortable. The apartament was spacious and very modern. Starting with smooth and quick arrival, leading to peacefull and luxurious neighbourhood. The apartament had every necessary details especially in the kitchen which we really loved to use. All around we had an amazing stay and very helpfull hosts. Aslo self check-in was really simple and quick. We appreciated all suggestions in the guidebook about most visited places and restaurants in the area. Everything was easy to reach in 5-15 min, even small food stores. Cannot thank enough for the stay and all different offers. Hope to comne back some time and i really recomend to chech this place. P.S. suggested italian restaurant Villa Romana and vegetarian Down the hatch were really great!

Beautiful apartment, done up really well and very clean. The location is simply beautiful, you would think you were on the set of Mary Poppins rather than a short walk from Liverpool one!! Really nice restaurants a five min walk also. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment - modern, comfortable and spacious for 8 adults who are happy to share for a couple of nights. Perfect location - great cafe across the road for breakfast, and a 5 min walk to either cathedral, 25 min walk to Albert Dock. Would definitely book again for our next reunion!

Fabulous apartment in the heat of Liverpool. It was a very pleasant stay and the bath is amazing!

We chose this apartment as we thought it looked beautiful and it didn't disappoint. It is located a 20 minute walk (uphill) in the Georgian Quarter on a lovely street which is quiet, but conveniently located with pubs, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Also if you are a Liverpool FC fan, the hotel where they have their pre-match meetings is located less than 500 yards from your front door. The apartment and building has recently been refurbished to a good standard. It is well equipped for everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious even with the huge beds, which are extremely comfortable. Anthony our host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment, answered the only query we had during our stay promptly and then met us again on departure to make sure everything was ok. I can not recommend this property enough, it beats staying in a Premier Inn hands down which would usually have been our choice.

Loved the design of the place everything was good except for the fact that there was renovations which made the stay less peaceful. I do think this place is in a good location near to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well. The place has a new feel with lots and lots of space. Parking was okay, sometimes it was far away, probably depending on the time of day but parking was nice and nearby majority of the time. Overall lovely except for the renovations taking place as all the tools were outside the main bedroom and people were also working there during the day for the renovations. Thanks for having us though. :)

We had a really great stay in this house. The flat was beautiful, in such a great locations and had excellent communal spaces. The entire flat was really clean and had appropriate facilities. Above of our spectations. We highly recommend for a lovely stay in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment exceeded all our expectations and was excellent value for money. It was amazingly clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. It's worth noting that the living room is completely separate from other communal areas so works really well as an extra bedroom without people being disturbed. The location was also really convenient for access to town and the university. Thank you!

We had a really great stay at Falkner Street. Anthony was really helpful and responded quickly to our communications. The apartment was beautiful, in such a great locations and had excellent communal spaces - it was also really clean and had appropriate facilities. This is a great apartment in a very good location with coffee shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Liverpool city centre is just a 15 minute stroll down the hill and Chinatown 5 minutes away. The apartment is huge with 2 big bedrooms, 2 very nice bathrooms and a lovely big kitchen and dining table. The lounge is also very big. We couldn't find fault and we would definitely stay here again.

Just wanted to say what a lovely time we all had at the apartment this weekend. The whole place was beautifully decorated, convenient location and the hosts were so quick to respond to messages. After an initial hitch with another apartment through no fault of the hosts, they were quick to sort another option for us and kept the whole process stress free. Check-in was smooth with a friendly face on arrival! I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely loved this places. Falkner Street even got a mention on the Hop in Hop Off Tour we did so felt quite chuffed that we’d chosen a good spot. Bedrooms are huge and feel very luxurious, kitchen is really well supplied and lounge us lively. Very clean - great hosts. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this lovely apartment. It was incredibly spacious and very comfortable with 10 people, with a basement kitchen which had a table we could all sit at to eat together. A fantastic, huge, bright, airy apartment in a very good location. Everything is in walking distance and only a twenty minute walk to the docs and shops were just around the corner. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to our questions within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use them again if we visit Liverpool in the future and highly recommend them as hosts.

The apartment is lovely and the location was great for exploring Liverpool. Enjoyed the double jacuzzi bath, especially, after all the walking we did! Great space in the kitchen for eating & chatting, was 10 of us and we all got round the table comfortably. Hosts were quick with communication and check in was all quick & easy.

Check In was fast and detailed, even had time to discuss about where to go and what we had planned, which in an unfamiliar city is great to know from a local. Definitely staying again.

E' un'abitazione molto confortevole e in stile con il luogo. Tipica casa inglese borghese ristrutturata da poco calata in un quartiere tranquillo. Pulita ed ordinata ed attrezzata. Facile da raggiungere e strategica per visitare la città. Erin è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Avevamo a disposizione anche un permesso per parcheggiare l'auto. Tutto perfetto.

Lovely place, fantastic value. Sizeable kitchen, wonderful rooms with comfortable beds. There is a jacuzzi as well as another shower room. The hosts were great, left us alone but answered questions very quickly. The location is pretty good, just a short walk into the centre of the city. I would highly recommend this place!

A great location in central Liverpool. Situated on a lovely cobbled street which even gets a mention on the city bus tour! Spacious rooms and very comfortable.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and stylish. Big rooms and good beds. The kitchen area is amazing, and perfect for group breakfast our a home cooked meal. The neighbourhood is fantastic, a short walk to the center and great pub around the corner, plus a supermarket and a coffee shop mere 3 minute walk . HIGHLY Recommended.

My stay in Liverpool was excellent the place was like a 5 star lodge. The place had a lot of character it seemed like it may have previously been a listed building. The site manager was very helpful and gave us a great tour of the place and the city. I would definitely stay again and I think I will !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. It's just been finished and although there is still some work going on in the building it did not encroach upon us. Excellent communication from the hosts and smooth check-in. The photos are a very true likeness. There is a bedroom, lounge and wet room at entry level and a bedroom, kichen and bathroom downstairs. It's really spacious and very comfortable. The property is a short walk to shops, bars and both cathedrals yet is on a really quiet street. We are so pleased we chose this apartment and the added bonus of the parking permit is invaluable. Thanks guys, we will be back!
