This stunning apartment is situated in half basement, but you will soon forget that once you step in by its lovely decor and homey feeling! The quality furnishings make this apartment feel truly lavish, hence our hidden gem. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. Visit fantastic places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, and ensure you take a short walk to the vibrant 'Baltic Market' that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from various local restaurants! For some tranquillity, visit Falkner Square Gardens and enjoy the greenery just a short walk away from the apt.

The closest bus stops are on Falkner Street and Back Canning Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to hustle you around town!

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
