Apartment Sleeps 3: Living room: - Fitted with a large Smart TV - The Sofa Bed can sleep 1 Guest or 2 Children. (up to 4 Guests in total) - Also comes with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table. Bedroom - Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests. Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more. Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over the Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin. This Apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access to the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

This apartment is within one of Liverpool's most iconic neighbourhoods, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The Georgian Quarter which is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces. It is also only a short stroll from magnificent buildings such as The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall. As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. Make sure you stop by the lively Baltic Market which offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants.

The nearest Bus Stop is on Catharine Street, just 3 minutes walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The Apartment is a 20 minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via Train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from the city centre and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
