Kitchen: • Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more. Bathroom: • The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin. Bedroom: • Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 Guests. Nestled within a Georgian Townhouse on a Residential Street, this property. has easy access to the City Centre. This open-plan apartment gives both a homely and spacious feeling with a Georgian-style tall ceiling and stylish interior designs! This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

Located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to some of the most breathtaking architecture in Liverpool, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city's history! With scenic buildings and original cobbled streets, it is an ideal location for a harmonious Georgian living experience. As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. Philharmonic Hall is only a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
