The Space
With contemporary decor throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, The Municipal View Abode is bright and airy providing plenty of natural light for a refreshing ambiance.

Furnished to a high standard, The Municipal View Abode has everything you need for your home away from home! The hallway leads to a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with elegant white and grey interiors complemented by wooden floors.

A large flat-screen TV with access to Sky channels and Smart features awaits you in the lounge. Watching your favourite shows on a bright or cosy day has never been more relaxing. The city lights are also a lovely feature during the night.

Dine in with the group and cook your favourite meals from our fully equipped kitchen. A fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and more are available for you to use!

The apartment has two double bedrooms which boast a modern white interior, wooden floors and huge windows offering views of the Municipal Buildings. Room-darkening blinds are also fitted so you can rest your eyes any time of the day!

The family bathroom features a wash basin, a WC and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Located in a quiet and secure building, The Municipal View Abode provides a peaceful environment and offers the added convenience of a digital safe for your personal use.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located in Central Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance of the city's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' is just a 10-minute walk away.

You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.

You can also make your way more central and just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment you can find the Everyman cinema, a luxurious hub for a great movie experience! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is an 8-minute walk away.

Mathew Street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern Club where the Beatles played - is only 7 minutes away. Castle Street is also only 8 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver Building plus bars and restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Getting Around
All of Liverpool's wonderful city centre attractions are within walking distance, however, if you plan on venturing further afield, the transport links from the city centre are second to none. Lime Street train station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station are only a few minutes' walk away.

Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a local Keynest Shop nearby and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Secure pay & display car parks can also be found nearby if staying with more than one vehicle.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

it’s a spacious apartment in a perfect location. it has the basics for a longer holiday, such as washing machine, dishwasher, etc<br/><br/>our main issue is the constant noise from an aircon or something similar in one of the neighboring buildings. you can’t have the windows open at night because it is<br/>so noisy. there is also noise coming from the cupboard, we assume the electricity? the windows are another point: they offer fantastic views over the cityscape but the blinds are really a<br/>pain: they are too heavy to lift, get stuck, some are already broken, and even if you get them all up, which is very hard work, they are so heavy that they tilt under their own weight.<br/>there are three tvs in the flat altogether, but we could only get one of them to work, the other two weren’t even connected to the wifi, and when i wanted to put in the wifi address, it wouldn’t accept it because it was too long….<br/>the kitchen is sparsely equipped (nothing to peel veggies with except a knife), and someone left the wrong capsules for the coffeemaker, which meant that at our first attempt at coffee the capsule exploded and there was coffee everywhere. the other capsules were all decaf, thanks very much. <br/>when we arrived, the kitchen had been half-wiped: there were still crumbs and stains on the counter, and there was a wet towel on top of the washing machine. also, when we lifted the curtains in the bedroom, there was a layer of dust behind them - especially unhealthy in a bedroom - noone had obviously not vacuumed the floor behind the curtains for months! considering the hefty price, this is clearly not good enough!

Uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado. Céntrico, limpio, cómodo, no le falta de nada. Súper equipado. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Para cualquier pregunta contestan rápidamente.<br/><br/>Sin aire acondicionado pero realmente no hace falta en esta ciudad

Die Lage war ideal!!!Schnell erreichbar der Bahnhof, die Sehenswürdigkeiten…Wir waren begeistert!<br/><br/>Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen. Hatten es mehrmals versucht- klappte leider nicht. In den Straßen der näheren Umgebung, liegt viel Abfall und Schmutz- es war sehr unappetitlich!!!

The location was in Cheapside so close to everything. <br/>We booked this very last minute! <br/>The apartment was amazing, very light, decorated well, lovely comfortable sofas, TV’s in lounge & both bedrooms. <br/>Great kitchen fitted out with nice crockery mugs plenty of utensils. <br/>The host left tea bags coffee sugar, cling film foil. <br/>Large white bath towels, nice linen. <br/>The apartment had a lovely feel<br/><br/>Not easy to locate, no instructions for TV or appliance.

Clean, spacious, quiet. Quality facilities and equipment. Easy walk into centre, docks area and train station. Location felt safe. <br/>Very comfortable beds.<br/><br/>Had problem locating the property- apartment in large block not signposted clearly. Very slippy shower/ bath- needs mat! No instructions for dishwasher, TV.

Denna lägenheten är ett måste om du är i Liverpool. Riktigt fin, i ett bra läge och värdarna var lätt tillgängliga på mail.<br/><br/>Det var ganska kallt i lägenheten då vi inte fick elementen att fungera som de skulle.

The apartment location was excellent right next to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would have preferred 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, other than that I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

loved the apartment very modern, beds are so conmfy , very bright and airy , location good and close to everywhere i wanted to visit , cleaning materials for you to use , tv in every room , teabags and sugar and coffee left for you to use . <br/>would deffo stay again and woulld recomend<br/><br/>just a small gripe <br/>it woud have been nice to have a pint of milk in fridge <br/>no other dislike at all

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great views, especially at night. The location is perfect for exploring the city, day and night, everything is just minutes away but you can also get some peace and quiet. We haven’t heard any noise from neighbouring apartments. The gated entrance keeps the property feeling safe and secure. Easy to collect keys from a corner shop just a minute away and space to pull up and unload luggage before parking. There’s an indoor NPC in Vernon Street which is a bit expensive or an open air parking area at the end of Cheapside which is cheaper. Local shops, restaurants, bars and pubs on the door step and huge choice of takeaway deliveries. Perfect for our city break!<br/><br/>Nothing - the sockets to the TV weren’t working so we used the supplied extension lead and couldn’t get the Sky TV to work but other streaming Apps were available and we were out most of the time so didn’t matter too much.

Great modern and tastefully decorated property in a really good location for everything in Liverpool, close to the all attractions yet really quiet, addition of a balcony was a great bonus, everything is provided for a comfortable stay.<br/><br/>Nothing, I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
