This was the perfect accommodation for a group of 4 friends visiting Liverpool for a Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. The beds are really comfortable. There is plenty of room within the property with the addition of a small balcony. The bonus of having its own parking space within a secure underground car park beneath the property was fantastic as the location of the property is within walking distance of all top attractions and pubs, shops, and restaurants . Although in the city centre the property is very quiet and located within a side street away from any noise. Access to the property is via a secure gated entrance using a key fob, which is also used to access the outer entrance door. A lift or stairs are available to take you to the property, which is situated on the fourth floor. We were given clear instructions on all aspects of the property, including key collection, and also provided with a digital guide. As many places do, the price of our stay was inflated for this particular weekend due to the Bruce Springsteen concert at Anfield. Supply and demand, I suppose.

Clean spacious apartment in a good location for sight seeing. Picking the keys up from a newsagent was a bit strange but seemed to work ok.

Great location, 10 minutes in any direction gets you where you need to go. Secure free basement parking. Really well equipped and clean, with large TVs in each room. Digital user guide was useful. Great stay. Would book again!

The apartment was exceptional with a high spec finish in all the rooms and a lot of attention to detail and those extra little touches to make you feel very welcomed. It was clean, mostly well maintained and very comfortable with lovely views and a quiet location close to all the sights. The lift, corridor and apartment all smelt fresh and beautifully perfumed which made a lovely first impression. The guide app is a great idea and really helpful, only comment would have liked more information on how to recycle. We also loved the Hidden Walks of Liverpool book that had been left in the apartment which we used on every day of our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook. Thank you for a wonderful city break. We would have found the apartment more easily if the directions link had included the flat apartment number and also referenced the Eden Apartment block rather than just Municipal View Abode 12 Cheapside. We did have to report several faulty items on arrival which appeared to have been broken for a while and would have liked a second hand towel and extractor fan in the bathroom. Interestingly we noticed that some of these issues had been mentioned in previous reviews but had not been acted upon. The Host and Stay Team were very responsive to all our queries, but the multiple and duplicate communications prior to and during our stay were not helpful.

Was a bit of a pain to get the keys from a convenience store nearby. Could have been easier to find the location to pick the keys up from.

Clear and bright

Absolutely fabulous, very clean, had everything we needed . The e-handbook was great and key pick up not a problem. Hosts very attentive. Will definitely recommend. Could have done with more than one hand towel in the bathroom for a 3 night stay, plenty of larger ones otherwise.

I had an amazing stay! The property has a gated entrance - so it feels very safe, free underground designated parking space, a central location and it's very quiet during the day or night. The flat is so central that shops, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes' walking distance. The hotel across the road for drinks and Dale Street Kitchen for breakfast was outstanding and convenient. The flat is exceptionally clean and modern with comfy beds, a fireplace, TVs in every room and everything you need for your stay. The black-out curtains are a bonus as the sun rises directly through bedroom windows. It has a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows or a humongous balcony, especially during the night when buildings and Radio City Tower are all lit up. The hosts' guidebook for the flat is very helpful and the key collection with a code from the corner shop was very straightforward. I will most definitely stay here again.

Some misunderstanding with a promised early check in, since the check in instructions are automated to be sent to you right before your check in time, we didn’t get the instructions when we arrived for our early check in. The host did not answer any messages so we had to call a help desk which was very helpful though. Also the coffee machine was broken. Otherwise very nice and cosy.

Great location within minutes of the docks etc - fantastic views. Immaculately clean and well presented - like a hotel room. Great space with two decent double bedroom. Clean a good quality bathroom - toilet in the bathroom (with noting if there are 4 of you staying!).

Absolutely fantastic would stay again!

Location was perfect. Apartment clean and very well presented. Keys easy to collect/drop off. There was no grill to cook breakfast. Also ten o’clock check out is early, especially for a Sunday. We asked but a later check out was not an option, even for an additional fee.

Property is spacious and as described. Well located to explore Liverpool cbd. Spoilt for choice with places to eat and shop. Clear instructions for pick up of keys. Would stay here again! Was a little disappointed by the response we received when asking if we needed to buy toilet paper. Only a few sheets were left on the roll and the agent who responded said the cleaners left a full roll of toilet paper and went on to explain that their toilet rolls are bigger than average. It felt like she thought I was lying. The offer was made to reimburse us for any toilet paper we purchased if we retained the receipt. We don’t bother claiming. This in no way detracted from our stay.

A very confusing system. Picking keys up from a newspaper agent felt abit dodgy and wasn't a good start to the stay The directions on Google maps led us to the back of the building and there was no signs to show that was the place to go. We were wondering around for ages trying to figure out if it was the right place as no clear signage and the back alley looked dodgy too. And when we did get in there was different entrances to different places with no signs to say where the apartments were. Once in however the stay was lovely.

I think the check in is silly! We was not informed that we had to retrieve keys from a shop!

It was very homely and welcoming with super comfy beds. The location was perfect. It was just a minor detail but the cutlery draw and the one below could do with a deep clean there was bits of crumbs and dirty cutlery.

Great place to stay, with all the attractions within walking distance. it was a bit if a faff getting the keys for apartment from a newsagent compared to other properties who use a key box entry system. The apartment met our expectation's and had a great view, well equipped and reasonably quiet for city centre location.

Die Lage ist Perfekt, der Ausblick ist auch Super. Die Wohnung macht einen guten Eindruck mit Fahrstuhl in der 4 Etage. Die Aufteilung ist auch sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert zufriedend stellend. Die beiden Betten habe eine Größe von 180 cm x 140 cm. Für normal große Menschen leider zu klein und viel zu schmal. Alleine ok, aber zu zweit eine Geduldsprobe.

The apartment was lovely once we got access to it, nice city views and very modern. *Firstly too many emails from two different host names (Charlie and Lizette), Then a change of location from the original pick up at a newsagents, so we had to negotiate one way streets in rush hour to locate a lock box. There was no garage door opener with the keys so we couldn't gain access to the garage. Confusing instructions for the apartment building as the name Municipal abode has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual building the apartment is in. Phoned the help line and a lovely young women tried to help. Finally got into the correct building and apartment, and another garage user took pity on us and gave us the code for the garage otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get into the garage. We put the keys back in the lock box as per instructions on the back of the apartment door, and then got asked why we hadn't returned them to the newsagents! Sort your instructions out!

it’s a spacious apartment in a perfect location. it has the basics for a longer holiday, such as washing machine, dishwasher, etc our main issue is the constant noise from an aircon or something similar in one of the neighboring buildings. you can’t have the windows open at night because it is so noisy. there is also noise coming from the cupboard, we assume the electricity? the windows are another point: they offer fantastic views over the cityscape but the blinds are really a pain: they are too heavy to lift, get stuck, some are already broken, and even if you get them all up, which is very hard work, they are so heavy that they tilt under their own weight. there are three tvs in the flat altogether, but we could only get one of them to work, the other two weren’t even connected to the wifi, and when i wanted to put in the wifi address, it wouldn’t accept it because it was too long…. the kitchen is sparsely equipped (nothing to peel veggies with except a knife), and someone left the wrong capsules for the coffeemaker, which meant that at our first attempt at coffee the capsule exploded and there was coffee everywhere. the other capsules were all decaf, thanks very much. when we arrived, the kitchen had been half-wiped: there were still crumbs and stains on the counter, and there was a wet towel on top of the washing machine. also, when we lifted the curtains in the bedroom, there was a layer of dust behind them - especially unhealthy in a bedroom - noone had obviously not vacuumed the floor behind the curtains for months! considering the hefty price, this is clearly not good enough!

Uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que he estado. Céntrico, limpio, cómodo, no le falta de nada. Súper equipado. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Para cualquier pregunta contestan rápidamente. Sin aire acondicionado pero realmente no hace falta en esta ciudad

Die Lage war ideal!!!Schnell erreichbar der Bahnhof, die Sehenswürdigkeiten…Wir waren begeistert! Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen. Hatten es mehrmals versucht- klappte leider nicht. In den Straßen der näheren Umgebung, liegt viel Abfall und Schmutz- es war sehr unappetitlich!!!

The location was in Cheapside so close to everything. We booked this very last minute! The apartment was amazing, very light, decorated well, lovely comfortable sofas, TV’s in lounge & both bedrooms. Great kitchen fitted out with nice crockery mugs plenty of utensils. The host left tea bags coffee sugar, cling film foil. Large white bath towels, nice linen. The apartment had a lovely feel Not easy to locate, no instructions for TV or appliance.

Clean, spacious, quiet. Quality facilities and equipment. Easy walk into centre, docks area and train station. Location felt safe. Very comfortable beds. Had problem locating the property- apartment in large block not signposted clearly. Very slippy shower/ bath- needs mat! No instructions for dishwasher, TV.

Denna lägenheten är ett måste om du är i Liverpool. Riktigt fin, i ett bra läge och värdarna var lätt tillgängliga på mail. Det var ganska kallt i lägenheten då vi inte fick elementen att fungera som de skulle.

Very central location, clean , tidy and served its purpose. Shame the TVs didn’t work.

Great location, spacious, clean accommodation

The apartment location was excellent right next to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would have preferred 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, other than that I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

loved the apartment very modern, beds are so conmfy , very bright and airy , location good and close to everywhere i wanted to visit , cleaning materials for you to use , tv in every room , teabags and sugar and coffee left for you to use . would deffo stay again and woulld recomend just a small gripe it woud have been nice to have a pint of milk in fridge no other dislike at all

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great views, especially at night. The location is perfect for exploring the city, day and night, everything is just minutes away but you can also get some peace and quiet. We haven’t heard any noise from neighbouring apartments. The gated entrance keeps the property feeling safe and secure. Easy to collect keys from a corner shop just a minute away and space to pull up and unload luggage before parking. There’s an indoor NPC in Vernon Street which is a bit expensive or an open air parking area at the end of Cheapside which is cheaper. Local shops, restaurants, bars and pubs on the door step and huge choice of takeaway deliveries. Perfect for our city break! Nothing - the sockets to the TV weren’t working so we used the supplied extension lead and couldn’t get the Sky TV to work but other streaming Apps were available and we were out most of the time so didn’t matter too much.

Great modern and tastefully decorated property in a really good location for everything in Liverpool, close to the all attractions yet really quiet, addition of a balcony was a great bonus, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Nothing, I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
