Nestled in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, The Quarter is a family-friendly one-bed apartment furnished to a high standard. Designed with a white and cream interior, accentuated by neutral-coloured furniture, it exudes a minimalist yet stylish and modern look. Situated on the same road as Lime Street, along with two overnight car parks, The Quarter offers convenient access to Liverpool's best attractions, such as the Empire Theatre, St George's Quarter, and more, all within a short walk.

Property Details

The Space
The Quarter is a charming one-bedroom apartment perfectly located in the city centre. With laminated wood vinyl flooring throughout and a décor of simple and stylish interiors.

On entry, you will find the kitchen to your right, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. You can use our fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and more. A washing is also available for your convenience if you are enjoying a longer stay.

The bathroom is modern in design with a neutral colour palette. The space features a cubicle shower, WC and wash basin.

You'll find the open-plan living and dining area on the left-hand side of the apartment entrance. Bright and airy with large windows that can be shaded with roll-down blinds. A huge wall-mounted Smart TV is provided for entertainment, complemented by a three-seater sofa bed that can accommodate two guests comfortably.

The dining area features a table with matching chairs for up to four guests. You can enjoy home cooked meals or a freshly prepared meal from one of the local eateries.

At the end of a busy day, the bedroom is no doubt everyone's favourite place to retreat. Fully carpeted with huge windows and blinds, rest your head in the comfy double bed with luxurious bedding and crisp white linen.

The Quarter is the perfect getaway for families with children, groups of friends, or business travellers.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The Quarter is the perfect place to stay to explore Liverpool.

Conveniently located, it's just a brief 10-minute stroll from the Liverpool ONE shopping centre, boasting a diverse range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and more!

You're also just a short 7-minute walk from St George's Hall and The Walker Art Gallery - two beautiful sites to take in Liverpool's history and culture.

The football stadiums are a short bus ride or taxi ride away. London Road,  another main shopping street is just a stone's throw away, along with Tesco Express, Lidl and Costa Coffee, Subway and numerous other shops and cafés.

Getting Around
The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk away from Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations, providing convenient travel in and out of Liverpool by train. Liverpool One Bus Station is also just a brief 17-minute walk from the apartment.

Taxis are a comfortable choice, especially on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town - you can easily catch one outside Lime Street Station.

For those feeling adventurous, you can take advantage of one of the city's Electric Scooters to get around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to The Quarter is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There are two overnight car park options on the same street, and plenty of other pay-and-display car parks are nearby. Details will be provided prior to your arrival.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
