Feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen & open plan living area where you can easily host breakfast, lunch and dinner with your family and friends; or explore excellent dining options in one of the many local pubs and restaurants!

The Space

*We kindly ask you to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* Apartment Sleeps 12: Open Plan Kitchen/Living Area • Located on the Lower Floor of the Apartment • Fitted with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests • Fitted with a large Smart TV that has Aerial Channels • The Kitchen is equipped with a Oven/Hob, Fridgefreezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine w/Milk Frother, and much more. Bedroom 1: • Located on the Lower Floor with a view overlooking the Anglican Cathedral • Fitted with a King Size Bed and two Single Beds sleeping up to 4 Guests. Bedroom 2: • Located on the on Upper Floor with a view of the Anglican Cathedral • Fitted with a King Size Bed and a Single Bed sleeping up to 3 Guests • Fitted with a Smart TV with aerial channels Bedroom 3: • Located on the Upper Floor with views of the historic Georgian Quater towards LIPA and the Metropolitan Cathedral • Fitted with a King Size Bed and a Single Bed sleeping up to 3 Guests • Fitted with a Smart TV with aerial channels Bathroom 1: • A large Bathroom located on the Upper Floor • Fitted with a Toilet, Basin and Bathtub with Shower Bathroom 2: • A Showerroom located on the Upper Floor • Fitted with a Toilet, Basin and Shower Home Truths: - This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is up four flights of stairs. Although up a few flights of stairs, it is well worth it for the gorgeous apartment inside! - All of the bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Although it has some steps to climb, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the neighbourhood and the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals! - The apartment is situated in a historic grade II listed building. The building has kept its quaint interior while the apartment itself have had a major uplift with modern and contemporary touches! **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please also be aware that as a busy, developing city we are within close proximity of student accommodation. The building has a modern touch whilst being close to historic areas such as the Anglican Cathedral and St James Mount Gardens. It is close to the Philharmonic Hall and within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions of the city, such as the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the Docks. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the City Centre where you’ll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues!

Getting Around

The nearest bus stops are on Great George Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is within a 15-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town! If you're arriving by car, there are nearby secure parking options available: - Horizon Parking at Liverpool Cathedral - On-street parking at pay & display bays on Pilgrim Street

Other things to note

• Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed in our apartment. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay in the apartment. • Please use the designated smoking area and do not smoke in front of the building . Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. Location of the smoking area will be sent along with check in guide/confirmation email. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service. Please note that there are four flights of stairs up to the apartment. Plenty of secure parking options are available nearby!

Mooi appartement dichtbij het centrum. Met 5-10 min lopen sta je in het centrum. Ook de bushalte voor de buslijn naar het vliegveld was op 2 min lopen. Ideale uitvalsbasis om Liverpool te verkennen. Appartement is ruim, netjes en van de genoemde gemakken voorzien. Aanrader als je naar Liverpool wilt. Als ik een minpunt mag noemen heeft dat betrekking op de incheck en uitchecktijden. Hierin is geen enkele flexibiliteit. Zowel voor ons verblijf als na ons verblijf was het appartement niet verhuurd echter in verband met het schoonmaakprotocol kun je niet eerder inchecken of later uitchecken. Vooral 10 uur uitchecken is vroeg. Wel zit er op 100 meter in de straat een lockerstorage waar wij onze koffers opgeslagen hebben. Dit kan je eenvoudig online reserveren en zit om de hoek van de bushalte naar het vliegveld. Maar een heerlijk appartement om te verblijven!
